Let’s pray this information is accurate, personally I cannot confirm nor deny the validity other than saying that I hold Linda Starr in high esteem.

how many of you picked up on what Phil said on tonight’s radio show about the FOIA confirming Barry never had an American passport under the name of Barack Obama until his diplomatic passport issued as a US Senator? Do you understand and comprehend the enormity of that announcement?
Do you all realize what it means? I can tell you now that is one part of several pieces of good news we had the other day that I hinted at and could not reveal. That information confirms Barry had to renew an Indonesian passport to go to Pakistan in 81. That means Barry swore an Oath of Allegiance to Indonesia and had to renounce all other allegiances to get that passport. This is independent confirmation of information we’ve had and from OUR OWN State Department, Barry couldn’t go to Pakistan on an American passport if he didn’t have one.
There are so many amazing pieces of good news coming in. I wish I could tell you all about it. I will say this, I am skeptical of the announcement Barry will be served with papers to block his swearing in tomorrow, but it’s not inconceivable in light of other information I have heard today. Again, I have no way to verify anything except that which we have obtained certified documents.
I may have some very interesting information for everyone tomorrow.

I am shaking in my wheelchair reading this as I knew in my heart that he was here on a Foreign Student Visa and never went home to Kenya. Wow you all are fantastic to find this information. How can they FOIA passport information when that information is specifically exempted? In Department of State v. Washington Post Co., 456 U.S. 595 (1982), the Court adopted a broad interpretation of Exemption 6’s threshold “similar files” requirement. thereby permitting that exemption to apply potentially to any information regarding an individual.
“The citizenship information sought by respondent satisfies the “similar files” requirement of Exemption 6, and petitioners’ denial of the request should have been sustained upon a showing by the Government that release of the information would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.”

Obama has run on a platform of transparency. To keep looking for reasons to prevent disclosure of basic information vilotates HIS policy. Does he direct you to do this?
We can all quote case law that presents our own needs or opinions. But if this president is HONEST, and true, there should be no need to write emails against disclosure of information.
An agency’s decision to release submitted information in response to a FOIA request ordinarily will be grounded either in its view that none of the FOIA exemptions applies, and thus that disclosure is mandatory, or in its belief that release is justified in the exercise of its discretion, even though the information falls within one or more of the statutory exemptions.

I’ve never been able to track down the source of the “travel ban to Pakistan” story.
There was an early version on WorldNetDaily by Aaron Klein that it was “difficult” for Americans to go to Pakistan. This seems to be speculation based on the fact that Pakistan was a Muslim country under military rule, which grew over the months into a “travel ban” to Pakistan in a later article. in WorldNetDaily by Janet Porter.

ANSWER:
Joe Biden.
He was the Acting President for at least 5 minutes under either the Constitution’s Article 2 or the Constitution’s 20th Amendment, from 12:00 Noon 1/20/09, having already taken his Oath of Office and before Obama completed his ‘oath’ at approximately 12:05 PM, 1/20/09. Under the 20th Amendment if the President-elect shall have failed to qualify, or alternatively under Article 2 if the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term, being 12:00 Noon 1/20/09, which ability and/or qualification includes that he take the Article 2 oath “before he enter on the execution of his office,” then either the Presidency shall devolve on the Vice President under Article 2 or the Vice President shall act as President under the 20th Amendment.
Here’s why this may be significant. If a subsequent Supreme Court ruling disqualifies Obama as not being an Article 2 “natural born citizen”, Biden’s automatic succession to the Presidency could be predicated upon either and/or both having been Vice President under Article 2 or, if that be deemed problematic because Obama’s unlawful Presidency is nullified, Vice President-elect under the 20th Amendment.
In my opinion, Queen Nancy Pelosi is behind this whole charade. She signed the DNC form vouching for Obama to be on the ballot. Pelosi is third in line for Presidency if something were to happen to Usurper Obama and gaffe Biden. I would not doubt that information, that was unattainable before the election, will start coming out regarding Obama now that he is in the House.
