Citizen maybe, but NOT a “natural born Citizen” of the United States.
Obama is not Article II constitutionally eligible to be the President and Commander of our military. Obama is NOT a “natural born Citizen” to constitutional standards. Obama’s father was NOT a U.S. Citizen. Obama’s father was not an immigrant to the United States. Obama’s father was a foreign national, a British Subject. Obama is the child of an alien father who was sojourning in the U.S. attending college. Obama was born a British Subject via his father and is still such to this day. Obama has never conclusively proved he was born in Hawaii. Obama’s paternal family in Kenya, Kenyan government officials, and newspapers in Kenya say he was born in Kenya. Obama’s maternal grandmother likely falsely and illegally registered him as born in Hawaii to get him, her new foreign-born grandson, U.S. Citizenship.
History shows us that a popularly elected, but ineligible, chief executive in the executive branch of a government can be legally and constitutionally removed from office, e.g., Governor Thomas H. Moodie of North Dakota was a prime example. Also, two U.S. Senators although popularly elected and sworn in to the U.S. Senate were subsequently removed from office after it was learned that they were NOT constitutionally eligible when they were elected.

Thus it is very clear that winning a popular election does not trump or nullify the constitution of a state or the U.S. federal constitution. Obama is not constitutionally eligible to be the President and Commander in Chief of the military and should be removed from office and his election, confirmation, and swearing in annulled.

The reason that the US Congress voted to confirm Obama’s election UNANIMOUSLY is that not a single one of them believes either that Obama was born outside of the USA or that the citizenship of Obama’s father has any effect on his Natural Born Citizenship.
Every US citizen who was born in the USA is a Natural Born Citizen. The only US citizens who are not Natural Born are naturalized citizens.

On worldnetdaily.com I read an artical from the Governor of HA. He did an extension search of the hospitals and Vital Records and no where was a birth certificate for Obama. The announcement was made by the Governor that Obama is not born in HA.

Item: Former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak is currently in exile in the suburbs of Tel Aviv, Israel.
He was originally scheduled to leave Egypt three weeks ago but was actually detained by members of his own military before he was able to board an aircraft that would have taken him to Tel Aviv.
Note: The status of secret Mubarak accounts in both Switzerland and Germany was the reason for his detention.
We can also divulge that Bush-Clinton Crime Family Syndicate stooges and financial advisers to Egyptian President Mubarak, John Podesta and James Baker, were able to coordinate a financial settlement for Mubarak, which allowed the former Egyptian President and dictator to walk away with SEVENTY (70) BILLION dollars of STOLEN Egyptian Treasury funds.
These STOLEN funds derive from the $130 BILLION of U.S. foreign aid given to Egypt over the last 30 years.
The $70 BILLION was withdrawn from a secret Deutsche Bank account tied to Mubarak, the European Union, the Saudi monarchy, and King Juan Carlos of Spain.

Answer: Look again. WND said that the Governor of Hawaii said that he could not find the original birth certificate. But that was WND ONLY. The Governor of Hawaii did not say any such thing, and we know–because TWO Republican officials confirmed it twice–that there is an ORIGINAL birth certificate in Obama’s file and that it VERIFIES that Obama was born in Hawaii.

Notice where it says that there is an original birth certificate filed. Well, in 1961 foreign birth certificates, even those from other states, could not be filed in Hawaii. So the birth certificate in Obama’s files must be a Hawaii birth certificate.

Notice where it says that the document in the files VERIFIES that Obama was born in Hawaii. So, not only is there an official Hawaiian birth certificate in the files, but it says right on it that Obama was born in Hawaii. Hawaii has never allowed the Department of Health to issue a birth document of any kind that says on it that anyone was born in Hawaii unless there was proof that the child was born in Hawaii, and that is what the officials in Hawaii have confirmed twice.

I am not an operative. I post for the same reason that you do and that this site was created, interest in this issue. I simply disagree with you. Another major difference is that I have the facts, and you do not.
It is a FACT that three Republican officials have confirmed that Obama was born in Hawaii.
