The Democratic Party of Hawaii Refused To Certify Obama was legally eligible under the Constitution to be President.
If Hawaii understandably refused to certify him under the provisions of the Constitution, then why did Hawaii put them on the ballot???? How does that happen? Who would be responsible for that violation?
