Update on AZ and the Supreme Court - Thanks RichardL
PHOENIX – A federal judge on Wednesday blocked the most controversial parts of Arizona’s immigration law from taking effect, delivering a last-minute victory to opponents of the crackdown.
The overall law will still take effect Thursday, but without the provisions that angered opponents — including sections that required officers to check a person’s immigration status while enforcing other laws.
The judge also put on hold parts of the law that required immigrants to carry their papers at all times, and made it illegal for undocumented workers to solicit employment in public places.
U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton ruled that those sections should be put on hold until the courts resolve the issues. Other provisions of the law, many of them procedural and slight revisions to existing Arizona immigration statute, will go into effect at 12:01 a.m.

This might be a precursor to Civil war. It shows a complete detachment between the federal government, including Federal Judiciary and majority of people in this Nation. With massive elections fraud that we have seen, we can’t make any change to the type of politicians being elected. I believe, the only alternative to full blown civil war, is filing a quo warranto on behalf of the state of AZ and other states, that support AZ.
As I’ve been saying for a year and a half, it is a complete idiocy to fight different laws and executive orders by Obama, without addressing the root of the problem, his illegitimacy for US presidency. There is a lot of corruption at the top of both major parties. Republican leadership refused to address this problem and here are the results.
I have stated, that the state of AZ needs to demand a jury trial on all issue including Quo Warranto. I am confident, that the jury would have decided for AZ. This was not done as well, and here is a result.
They have to bring Quo Warranto and they have to demand a jury trial.
In regards to my Application for stay, I talked to the clerks office of the Supreme Court. One of the clerks, who refused to give out his name, stated that the clerk for the stays, Danny Bickel, is too busy and can’t talk to me, but that he is returning my application sent to Justice Alito without docketing it and without giving it to Alito. I asked, why. This is totally against the rules, as one can resubmit the application, if one justice denies it. Theoretically I can resubmit it 9 times. The clerk refused to give me any answer and slammed the phone in my face.
Meanwhile, I got a confirmation from the Public integrity unit of the Department of Justice, they got my complaint, they are supposed to investigate and prosecute public corruption. They have put in prison some corrupt judges, never mind clerks, however, keep in mind, that though theoretically they have to be independent, they are run by Obama appointee, so I don’t now, what will they do.
You can call the office of the Inspector General of the Department of Justice and Public Integrity unit of the Department of Justice and demand an immediate investigation.
This ruling is UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND UNBELIEVABLE.
People, we REALLY need to think about protecting our Constitution; by whatever means necessary.
It always comes back to his illegitimacy doesn’t it. All else is a distraction and diversion from what’s really going on.
Like he needs to explain why he uses numerous social security card numbers namely, one from a deceased man in Connecticut.
All else is noise.
(Note: I will send this to Az patriots I know to urge them to start a campaign to take the following steps. I encourage everyone to do so as well)
No doubt about it, gov Brewer will be (verbally) attacked by the left if she files quo warranto against the usurper. However she will also gain our (in the millions) undying love and protection! Her duty and opportunity are the same.
Well, I think here are what they/WE can do now:
1. have all the AZ sherrifs do what Sheriff Joe ARPAIO has been doing to deal with the illegal aliens. Sheriffs have ultimate authority over their own counties, even authority over federal laws/agents!
2. send their national guards to the border; utilize their militia and volunteer citizens’ help to fight the foreign Invasion at the border.
3. don’t bother appealing - it is a waste of time, money and energy - the judicial branch is completely broken! Use the donation for the lawsuits for securing the border instead.
3. Millions of us descend upon the criminals on the Hill on our 9/6 thru 9/9 USURPATHON (demo squarely on Obama ineligibility). This will send an unmistakeable message to all - we demand removal of the usurper !
* Governor Brewer will SEE and HEAR our roaring message that she has our full support on quo waranto against the usurper!
* The judges will HEAR us right outside their courts that they can’t hide behind excuses any more.
* Congress will SEE us at their steps that we will not take no for answer.
* Media will have to TALK about this or they will die a thousand deaths (all their lies and spins will be exposed and they lose audience)!
