Please join the Plains Radio chat room for more information. Now the actual proof for Obama’s Kenya birth will become available between Monday and Wednesday. Ed Hale reported that the actual proof is located it in a US port of entry and will retrieved for sure. Let’s follow developments as they unfold.

This needs to be shown in full. Never knew the divorce parties were called libellee and libellant. That is a new term.
The pages from 7 through 11 need to be shown.
I don’t see anything about a Kenyan birth anywhere in these papers? Am I missing something?
Cover page on the GLOBE this week - WHERE OBAMA WAS REALLY BORN!
Although the Globe is known as a “gossip” tabloid, it’s probably the only newspaper that is covering the issue on Obama’s birthplace. In the center of this paper it says: Chocking charge: OBAMA PRESIDENCY ILLEGAL! And it goes on saying that Obama was born in this foreign hospital 8,000 miles from the U.S. at Coast Province General Hospital in Mombassa at 7:24 pm on August 4, 1961, in his father’s East African homeland of Kenya. Thank you, Globe!
So we were lied to about this document saying Obama was born in Kenya. I DO NOT LIKE BEING LIED TO.
MESSAGE TO EVERY MEMBER OF CONGRESS:
When counting the electoral votes, either Congress finds by 1/8/09 that Obama, not being an Article II “natural born citizen”, fails to qualify as President whereupon Biden becomes the full fledged President under 3 USC 19 (free to pick his own VP such as Hillary) or thereafter defers to the Supreme Court to enjoin Obama’s inauguration with Biden becoming only Acting President under the 20th Amendment until a new President is duly determined.
The preferable choice, at least for the Democrats, should seem obvious.
Like most of the visitors and regular posters on this site, we all would dearly like to see some tangible evidence of Obama’s citizenship that will prove one way or another that he is a usurper or not, but I have a real issue with Plainsradio playing everybody and dragging this whole divorce paper issue out, just to attract more eyeballs to his website.
What is he trying to achieve?
Does he have real evidence, or is this a bogus scam to up the hits on his website.
I guess we will know any time between Monday and Wednesday - or maybe between Wednesday and Friday next week - or maybe there is nothing at all.
Sorry for being cynical, but I hate being strung along for somebody else’s benefit.

Get a grip. Nobody has ever show one iota of proof that Obama’s mama was ever in Kenya. His daddy was there in 1960, but not again until 1965. No pregnant white girl would ever go to Kenya without her mate during the late stages of the Mau Mau uprising. All the BS about his grandma saying he was born there is just that. No proof Stanley Ann Dunham was EVER in Kenya.
Let’s indulge your foolish fantasies and assume he was born in Kenya. It is very clear that his father was already married with two children when he married Dunham. Hence, the US will not recognize the Obama-Dunham marriage so she was legally unmarried when she had Barack. If he was born in Hawaii, case closed — he is QUALIFIED to be President.
If he was born in Kenya, It is without question that a citizen born on US soil is natural born. The US Code also defines provisions under which foreign born children are natural born. You are trying to redefine long-understood definitions of natural born citizenship by creating arbitrary terms in your desperate attempts to discredit Obama. Any “citizen at birth” is natural born. There is no intermediary classification between natural born and naturalized. You’re either one or the other, or not a US citizen. Nowhere in the Constitution is natural born defined.
Obama is qualified even if he WAS born in Kenya. Of course he was not as nobody has ever provided one shred of physical evidence that his mama was ever in Kenya. Why would a pregnant white girl visit Kenya during the Mau Mau uprising?
If he was born in Kenya, he was born out of wedlock, and the natural born laws require only 1 year of physical US presence by an unwed mother prior to birth overseas.
This is from the State Dept. website: Birth Abroad Out-of-Wedlock to a U.S. Citizen Mother: “A child born abroad out-of-wedlock to a U.S. citizen mother may acquire U.S. citizenship under Section 301(g) INA, as made applicable by Section 309© INA if the mother was a U.S. citizen at the time of the child’s birth, and if the mother had previously been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of ONE YEAR.”

In some countries, marriage to a national of that country will automatically make the spouse either a citizen of that country or eligible to become naturalized in that country expeditiously. The automatic acquisition of a second nationality will NOT affect U.S. citizenship.

Obama claims he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961; however, has never
given the name of the hospital he was born in; whereas Obama’s grandmother on his
father’s side, half brother and half sister claim Obama was born in Kenya. Reports
reflect Obama’s mother went to Kenya during her pregnancy; however, she was
prevented from boarding a flight from Kenya to Hawaii at her late stage of pregnancy,
which apparently was a normal restriction to avoid births during a flight. Stanley Ann
Dunham (Obama) gave birth to Obama in Kenya, after which she flew to Hawaii and
registered Obama’s birth. There are records of a “registry of birth” for Obama, on or
about August 8, 1961 in the public records office in Hawaii.

It will kick up a voter by the name Obama, to the Rhode Island.
It will tell you he is a Presidental Candidate, but it gives the age all wrong, he’d be over a hundred.
But it is a registered voter card, does this mean if they counted this vote, it would be Voter’s Fraud??
