Dear Representative/Senator,
Please consider that these questions may be the most important ones you are ever asked.
You, sir, will soon be part of a very crucial decision as Congress meets to certify the electoral vote. The purpose of this letter is to ask that you give your part in this decision the attention it is due. The decision you make and the action you take, I and many others believe, will impact the course of our Nation and the world on a profound scale. As you thoughtfully approach this decision to act on the information before you,
Will you do what is right?
This is the oath that all Congressmen have taken; will it be honored?
“I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”
Will you do what is right?
Will someone demand specific answers to these questions before it is too late?
Can Mr. Obama prove he is a natural born citizen? Was he adopted by Lolo Soetoro? Will he immediately release his college admission applications? Will he release all medical records? Mr. Obama chooses to ignore these very reasonable requests. These questions must be answered before the electors’ vote is certified.
Will you do what is right?
Are those who are calling for the proof of constitutional requirements on the fringe?
If they are, they are in good company. They have the signers of the Declaration of Independence and those from the Boston Tea Party as compatriots and their cause is in every way just as important.

Can Americans derive hope from knowing the Constitution of the United States will be respected?
Leaders must uphold the original intent of the Constitution and the rule of law. If we as citizens and you as our leaders will remain faithful, our greatest days will be ahead.

Is it proper to establish a candidate’s eligibility without full and open disclosure on the part of the candidate himself?
Had Mr. Obama simply followed his own admonishments throughout his campaign that he espoused during the John Roberts confirmation hearings all of this could have been put to rest long ago. These are the words of Senator Obama:
Even if Mr. Obama had never spoken these words the principle would remain the same. A position of responsibility and authority cannot be bestowed on a person who will not submit to the prevailing law. Congress must enforce these requirements. Will you do what is right?
Have you or any official government entity personally viewed an actual physical copy of the long form original birth certificate?
Was it signed by the attending physician at a Honolulu hospital? What was the name of the hospital? What was the name of the attending physician? Can you affirm under penalties of perjury that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii?
Can you state under penalties of perjury that Barack Obama was not born somewhere other than in Hawaii? Was the original birth certificate on record submitted as part of the 1911 Hawaii Birth Certificate program, which allowed parents of children residing in Hawaii who were over one year of age to submit alternate birth documentation to the Department of Health and still be called an “original birth certificate”?
If in fact you cannot verify that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, or that he was not born somewhere other than Hawaii, then what records do you believe would establish with 100% certitude where Barack Obama was or may have been born?
Will you do what is right?
Do you make decisions based on principle or based on how you judge the outcome?
On January 8, 2008 a decision will be made as to whether or not Mr. Obama will become America’s next President. To question his eligibility would require a bold man to make a bold stand. A decision to make a just stand would demand our Constitution be honored with compliance.
[Title 3, United States Code, Section 15] … Upon such reading of any such certificate or paper, the President of the Senate shall call for objections, if any. Every objection shall be made in writing, and shall state clearly and concisely, and without argument, the ground thereof, and shall be signed by at least one Senator and one Member of the House of Representatives before the same shall be received. When all objections so made to any vote or paper from a State shall have been received and read….

Let me first say I think this letter is well written.
Let me add, that due the the fact that many have received return letters from Congressmen and Senators as follows. It seems our distinguished Officials DO NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE IN CITIZENS Natural Born, or citizens just because they were born in the US to foreigners, and naturalized citizens. It seems we may need to provide proof in the beginning of our letters form a source they will take seriously before we get into the rest of our plea. Maybe the Aol poll with 100,000 voters nation wide who 53% say something is wrong here, with some states as high as 65%, with the lowest of only 5 states saying there is nothing to this issue being at 45% . Let me add that this poll was increasing in numbers every day before it was closed! A week earlier we had 14 states at the 45% mark. Maybe this will get their attention.

Received this from my SC Senator Lindsey Graham replying to a letter I wrote him 2 weeks ago:
“President-elect Obama was born on August 4, 1961, in the State of Hawaii two years after it became a state in 1959. Every child born in the United States is a natural-born United States citizen except for the children of Diplomats. As such, President-elect Obama acquired United States citizenship automatically at birth. Therefore, after turning 35 years of age. President-elect Obama was eligible to run for President of the United States.”
I received a very similar reply from Congressman Bart Gordon DEM. TN. His added: Obama’s birth certificate could be viewed at the “BI-PARTISAN factcheck website.
Obviously, we must try to educate them early, as well on what Natural Born Really does mean!
How Can we Grab their attention quickly, when they want to just blow us off??? We need something that will make them pay attention, yet not dismiss us as “crazies” . Any thoughts or suggestions from anyone?

Yes I have one. After Christmas I am calling my Senator and Representives and tell them if they vote for Obama they are breaking the law. And can loose their office. If they have one question that cannot be answered without giving us “factcheck” or Obama website then they are not representing the citizens of their state or the USA citizens. I will call them every day and every hour to get my point across. We put these people in the Congress and we can take them out. I was the leader to getting rid of one of our Senators in our state for voting to raise their pay substantaily at 2am when we were asleep. We working people were told no raises. So I got a commmitte together and we got him out of our State Congress and he is MAD. The letter is better written then I would do. I would ge to the point and tell them if you do this I am going to do that. I am a fighter and if I was not in a wheelchair with horrible pain I would be at the Congress and yell at them to get my point across. I would sit on their doorstep until they saw me and I could discuss Obama with them. I have just one problem. My husband likes Obama. Sad state of affairs in this house. But letter writing is my way of geting my point across. and I am going to call.

Each and every member of Congress should be notified that he or she is personally liable (can be sued) for his or her own failure, or the same in conspiracy with other members, to perform what is a ministerial and constitutional duty, that is, to require and/or insist that Presidential electoral votes only be counted for candidates who are “natural born citizens” under Article II of the United States Constitution, the failure of which creates a cause of action for deprivation of claimants’ constitutional rights (as allowed under the Bivens case) against employees of the Federal Government, in this case, to a lawful President and Commander in Chief, and therefore, for deprivation of adequate continuation of the United States as a Constitutional Republic. The constitutionally tortious conduct is not subject to congressional immunity and would be the jettison of Article II of the Constitution by failure to stop and/or object to the counting of electoral votes for Barack H. Obama who has admitted that at the time of his birth his father was a Kenyan/British citizen and not a citizen of the United States of America.

I have to agree with the ADD of the congressmen. To me there would be NOTHING more important to their jobs and the future of us all than getting rid of this tumor. What on earth could they be tied up in that would even pale in comparison.
Again - can someone contact this man?, Rep. Paul Broun, Republican Congressman from Georgia, said in an interview “Georgia Congressman Warns of Obama Dictatorship”. This was posted on http://dontvoteobama.net/ . He may get on board with us and help educate.
I’ve posted very similar responses from congressmen here like those exampled … a form type denyal response. You would think they would embrace an education about this problem. We all here are the chosen ones and should consider ourselves to be quite blessed that we can see what’s happening as clear as we do. But I can see where we’d be getting a lot more rest if we were living in a lala land like all was right with the world.
It kinda doesn’t sound like Rick Warren would be able to bank into a turn enough, from what I’ve heard him say, to be any help but, hey, someone should contact him and educate him. Let’s hope the Lord speaks to his heart again. ….
Asking congressmen to object to electoral college vote counting for unqualified candidate obama is asking for them to do an extremely dangerous thing. Were any of them to challenge this usurpation of the US Government and trampling of our Constitution, their lives would be in danger and our cities would be under martial law. I would certainly like someone to get Obama to release his bona fides, but I would not have the courage to do it.

Here is my letter to Sen. Inhofe, which I will be sending to other Senators and Representatives, also. If anyone wants, they can copy whatever they want from my letter.
Dear Senator Inhofe,
I am one of many thousands of Americans who desperately need one of our Senators and one of our Representatives to challenge the candidacy of Barack Obama.
To give you an idea of the scope of concern raised, a quick count shows more than 60,000 letters were sent to the U.S. Supreme Court contesting Obama’s eligibility; there are now nearly 200,000 who have signed the petition at wnd.com, requesting authorities to seek proof of Obama’s eligibility; more than 92,000 signed the Internet and Gateway to Congress Petition, and there are many more petitions still being filed, as well as individuals sending separate letters and e-mails. So, this is not an issue of a few disgruntled Americans who did not see their candidate get elected. These are many thousands of Americans who want only a President who is eligible under the Constitution to serve our country.
And Barack Obama is not eligible, based on his own admission of his father’s British citizenship, which was conferred upon him as his son. That gives Obama dual citizenship, AT BIRTH, with divided allegiance, regardless of whether he really was born in Hawaii or not. That in itself is questionable because of the lengths Obama has gone to keep his BC from review. And even if he were born in Hawaii, it was to only one American parent. But, even if that were the case, he still had an African father who passed his British citizenship to Obama. That seems to trump everything else.
There is also the question of Obama being adopted by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro. Is Obama still an Indonesian citizen? Did he ever become a naturalized American citizen? And did he travel to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport? Unlikely an American passport because of the restrictions that were in place at that time. There are many other issues surrounding Obama, but my immediate concern is his impending usurpation of the office of President, unless we can find at least one U.S. Senator and one Representative who will make objection during the electoral college count and require documentation to verify Obama’s eligibility under the Constitution.
Senator, hopefully Oklahoma Rep. Dr. Mike Ritze has been able to contact you to discuss this issue with you. I know he has been working on a bill for Oklahoma on this very issue of candidate eligibility so this would not be a State issue in the future. However, we have an impending Federal crisis now and we need you and a U.S. Representative to stand up and make an objection when the electoral count comes up in Congress on Jan. 8, 2009. You will not be alone in your objection, because of the 300,000 Americans (at least) who are demanding Obama to put up before we will shut up. If it would bolster your objection to have concerned citizens there as party to the objection, just say the word. I know there’d be a groundswell of those of us who’d drop everything we are doing to be there for support at that historic moment. You can count me in right now.
Senator, you’ve heard the quote regarding “times such as these”. Well, we are in one of those times which will determine the way this country will go. If a usurper is allowed to take control of the U.S. Presidency, he will take this country down a road none of us ever thought possible, and with extremely serious consequences for not only us, but for the world.
If Congress is willing to let an unexamined and unvetted man take over this country, America will never, ever forgive them.
But if you and one Representative will do the right thing and stand up for America and the Constitution, we will never, ever forget you and the honorable and right cause you supported.
