JANUARY 27TH WH PROTEST MESSAGES;

Why is Obama fighting the release of ALL past records, with lawyers paid with OUR tax dollars…

Obama and Chester Arthur have too much in common: All past presidents complied with the Article II, Section 1, of our Constitution, or were protected by its Grandfather Clause, as J. Buchanan’s father, who moved to America in 1783, and benefited from Peace treaties and ratification of our Constitution by England in 1788. Others, like W. Wilson and H. Hoover; had mothers who benefited from the Congressional Act of February 1855, in vigour until 1922.
Chester Arthur; however, lied his way to the Oval Office, in an era in which facts were far easier to mould into lies. The same exact way as Obama, but we live in very different times now: WE CANNOT ALLOW DECEIVERS to set precedents, we need the SCOTUS to put an end to this NOW!

DID YOU KNOW? … That Obama is the ONLY president in U.S. history whose father was a foreign national? (He was in the U.S. on a student visa, and NEVER became a citizen) … That it is suspected he was adopted by Indonesian citizen Lolo Soetoro, thus becoming a citizen of his stepfather’s country, where he lived AS A MUSLIM under the name Barry Soetoro?

… That our Constitution DEMANDS a Natural Born Citizen as POTUS, and such Constitutional requirement can only logically be fulfilled by someone with TWO American citizens as parents? Would you be comfortable with a POTUS with an American mother and an IRANIAN father? Why is everyone so afraid of having the SCOTUS put Obama in the defendant seat?

Our Constitution DEMANDS a Natural Born Citizen as POTUS, and such Constitutional requirement can only logically be fulfilled by someone with TWO American citizens as parents! Barack Hussein Obama IS INELIGIBLE!! SCOTUS must see into this NOW!!

Any claim that the 14th Amendment is enough to declare Obama a natural born citizen who fulfils the Constitutional requirement of eligibility, upon the UNCONFIRMED appearance of having been born “in HI”, is insufficient: TO OUR CONSTITUTION, such things matter, A LOT.
If the 14th Amendment was the beacon with which to view Constitutional requirements of eligibility, we would have that any man or woman born to an American woman and to a Mexican out-of-status alien IS a NBC… able to be the POTUS? What if we ever go to war against Mexico? What if said POTUS spent his childhood abroad?

Our Constitution, and the SCOTUS, in obiter dictum opinions, state clearly enough that to expect a set of TWO American parents will NEVER leave to doubt the loyalty of a POTUS. As it is, Obama is choosing to leave way to much to doubt! Enough with the dirty tactics, Obama: Let SCOTUS decide if you are eligible!

Barack Obama MUST disclose the information and documents he has been so unreasonably refusing to make public: It was just so much easier to furnish whatever proof demanded; in the interest of transparency, than to resort to obscure loopholes to withhold information, while incurring in legal expenditures of more than 2 million dollars; and counting, of the taxpayer money, in efforts to conceal the very things that might prove him eligible… That is, IF, and ONLY IF, he’s really eligible. Even sober liberal journalists Camille Paglia and Michelle Malkin have admitted there might be an issue here and reluctance to disclose is an open invitation to suspicion: This issue must reach SCOTUS!

As an American citizen, I value truth, and the correct and stringent observance of our rules and Constitution. Whether Obama or not is eligible is a matter that is to be decided by our Supreme Court. But under no circumstance we can allow anyone to flout our laws, as nobody, not one person; is above them: I want Obama to hear us, to acknowledge that we want transparency and accountability from him!

Stop the secrecy, and let this eligibility matter reach the SCOTUS!! Why is Obama fighting the release of ALL past records, with lawyers paid with OUR tax dollars? What is he hiding??
