Orly you need to expose Carter’s bias in using one of Obama’s obots as a clerk. Carter’s decision and behavior throughout this case has been basically treasonous and he has flouted every oath he has ever taken. I suggest apart from the obvious appeal against his decision that the next step in this TITANIC battle is to file a judicial misconduct complaint:

Carter’s career will almost certainly hit an iceberg if you do.
