Emotional pleas do not sway federal courts. Only the cold hard force of legal will does.
Patience. Attention to detail. Strategy. Planning. Honesty. Integrity. Respect for the law. Respect for the process. Thorough research. And most important – genuine injuries different than those suffered by the public at large.
By now it should be clear that federal standing and political question doctrine issues will not yield to exotic conceptual legal theories. As predicted, the courts will not bend to anyone that precedent does not bestow judicial invitation upon. After the electoral college certified Obama, I predicted every eligibility law suit pending against him would fail on procedural grounds unless brought via the DC District Court under the the DC quo warranto statute.
That prediction is batting 1000.
If people feel better blaming the messenger for correctly analyzing these cases, so be it. Not knowing the legal truth doesn’t stop the legal truth from being true.
The blog is taking too much of my time and energy. Therefore, it is going dark. I have work to do. My legal blogging days are over. I may eventually publish a book on this era of my life.

Leo C. Donofrio gave himself the job of being the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Leo C. Donofrio Bull Shit blog, as Leo Donofrio would demonically publicly evaluate and critique other USA Constitution attorney’s legal tactics and law suits against the Usurper Obama, while Leo was trying to destroy the sovereign power of the USA citizens to seek redress for the illegal felonies & crimes being committed against them by Usurper Obama.
God, let Leo Donofrio go crawl under the hell-hole rock that he crawled out of, since Leo attacked on his blog my brothers and sisters who are faithful & true Constitutional lawyers, while attorney Leo Donofrio turned into a treasonous traitor to the Constitution, to the Rule Of Law, to ALL USA Citizens, on his blog.

That is quite a charge! It pretty easy to say, especially since Donofrio is not around to defend himself.
On the contrary, Donofrio has faithfully declared the histrorical record of “natural born Citizen” which means a person born on US soil whose parents are citizens at the time of that person’s birth. He consistently held that Obama’s was Kenya born; therefore, Obama is not, nor ever was a natural born Citizen.
Since you have read Donofrio’s blog, you know that he has dealt with problematic circumstances of birth for a number of US presidents’ parents. He has reconciled the differences for each of their parents. Since Chester Arthur’s dad naturalized after Chester’s birth, Donofrio has said the he failed the natural born Citizen test.
Of course, you know that Donofrio toke on many challengers to the position. I actually learned something by reading Donofrio’s blog since he would correct errors of his readers. His blog was not a “shouting match between readers”.
Again, on the contrary, Donofrio was not “Obama bashing” since he also challenged John McCain’s natural born Citizen status.
Again, on the contrary, if Donofrio concluded that he had made an error he would correct he own blog publically. He upbraided John Charlton serverely and later relented of chastising the man. I have seen the man correct more than one of his positions.
Actually, this speaks of integrity.

Ok, tell us where, in what way, Donofrio attacked these lawyers. What were the lawyers’ position and what was Donofrio’s position? What are the specific charges? You better be able to name them!

so scared that there is no way we would do anything
now. He stole the election, he stole the MSM, and finally any Judge that even tries to oppose him is

Somehow I had a gut feeling about Donofrio at some point in tie either to be taken down or close down om his own. His work is indeed priceless the problem however always been is one of commitment. He isn’t ready to go all the way, maybe as he has no military background he never learned the concept of sacrifice.
But that is all not important now, important is that his work is preserved and extended upon so please make full use of this site’s records. If you want to republish to your own site you are welcome to do so.
Of course you and me don’t always agree on everything but we are united in love for our Country for which we don’t shy away from making the ultimate sacrifice when needed. So you Sir have my respect.

It became obvious to me that Leo was playing the ‘other’ side when he left the blog the first time, and then returned only to bash the other lawyers involved.
His statements, his arguements, and his actions were speaking pretty loud and clear to those who were paying attention. He might of been a good lawyer, but good lawyers, and consistant lawyers were what the Obama administration needed to keep the confusion going long enough to tire everyone out.
It might be sad that many fell for his antics, but it was going to happen, no - matter who was the stooge behind the blog, so why should any of us feel at a loss now? It’s over, and his supporters were fooled into thinking he really cared enough to do something about it. Reality these days seems to be much different than what any of us think, so I don’t think I’d worry about our own sanity, I think I’d learn from the mistakes made, and move on.
In otherwords - Leos job is done - he confused, he got his message out, and gained support, and made it easier to avoid the truth by turning the truth around to look better from his side, and actually accomplished the task he was meant to accomplish..

My two cents (I can hear folks groaning already)…
Mr. Crockett may have a point about Leo in the regard of his not being prior service…many a Soldier has put his uniform on in the morning and performed his Duty regardless of nervous breakdowns, strokes, family crisis, crushing doubt, illness/injury, etc. It’s just the way we are. And in talking and listening to the folks on this site, not much changes after retirement.
As per his legal opinions;
1. He has provided analysis and documentation for every legal consideration offered to remove the usurper.
2. He has corrected himself and had a bite of crow on several occassions (i,e. advocating active military as litigants).
3. He has stood fast on the opinion that to save (and defend) a Republic rooted in Law, it is imperative to use it appropriately (hypocrisy is not an option). Others (Berg, Taitz, Apuzzo, et al) have succored those that believe Mr. Obama is a usurper with legal propositions of “may”, “possibly”, “could”, “might”, etc. whereas Mr. Donofrio looked at the law and tried to identify “IS”.
It is no secret that I admire the man. I respect his Integrity, Humanity, and Love of this Republic. I’m not surprised anymore when he meltsdown. This effort to correct the worst violation of the Constitution is STRESSFUL. We are not all made equal other than in the eyes of the Lord. We all have our flaws. If I could choose mine, perhaps they would not be too different than Leo’s.

I hear folks speaking of Mr. Donofrio as a traitor, unpatriotic, unamerican, an Obot plant, and other disparaging language meant to diminish someone who has not been any of those things.
I read the open letter to Leo at “The Birthers”…infantile and insulting (and illiterate…did a heavily medicated child write that letter?). Really over the top and I should know.
Look, what has Donofrio advocated? In the same vein that most service folks would understand, he went Bottom Line Up Front and Keep It Simple Stupid;
1. Mr. Obama is not eligible to hold office due to the fact he is not a NBC.
2. Mr. Obama fails to meet the criteria of NBC due to his admitted dual citizenship.
3. The proper venue for a challenge is the DC District Court with Quo Warranto.
4. The missing piece was the correct PLAINTIFF. Most of the heartache is in this realm among the various litigators.
5. He did not advocate the proposition of the usurper’s possible Kenyan birth, primarily due to the irrelevant nature of the contention. Only recently, did he pursue the obvious lies purported by the HI government and Factcheck.
I’m a simple man who relies heavily on common sense and the requirement to correct injustice within the framework of our legal system…ethically and without hypocrisy.
This past year has been an incoherent goat screw amongst those that have assailed the courts. The failure is not Leo’s; it solely with those that threw as much crap at the wall to see what would stick. Several Soldiers were in that effort and suffered due to incompetent and unconscionable legal representation. As for the rest of us that have enjoyed the roller coaster of emotions watching the cases crash and burn…it was the judges fault, it was a conspiracy, it was something other than poor litigation.

We will prevail next year. I have to believe this to remain sane. But this hope is based on folks like Leo taking the high road, identifying venue and plaintiff, and holding a usurper accountable PROPERLY before the Law.

Leo is a flake…I mean that in the nicest terms possible. He is also a slave to his convictions and has suffered for it. He made the call to challenge the usurper on the terms his Conscience would allow.

Leo could have made his site inactive instead of removing all the information from the web, much of which came from thoughtful, well-informed commenters who made serious contributions and who in fact made the long-running discussion possible.
Now I am not calling Leo a traitor or Obot, but I do feel betrayed by what appears to be Leo’s childlike petulant peevishness, and I’m thankful that David is providing a repository of Natural Born Citizen material.
I hope the ultimate debate between Leo and Mario Apuzzo was saved. That debate, in which Leo was determined to make a mountain out of a molehill, ended with Leo’s unnecessarily harsh, ego-defensive exaggeration of their differences.
In one of the last comments I tried to post at Leo’s site, I sought to mitigate his tendency toward destructive divisiveness . But he declined to publish that final conciliatory comment of mine, which concluded something like this: “Let us keep the flame of liberty burning, and let no one in our camp be cast into outer darkness.”
That goes for temperamental Leo, too. He is still in the camp as far as I’m concerned, although he has backed away from the fire for now. He has done much to illuminate the Obama-eligibility question, especially as it concerns quo warranto, and we owe him gratitude as well as a mild reproach.
BTW, I am certainly a FLAKE. Who would you rather spend time with at a party…the guy talking about his last tax return or the dude in drag who lost a bet and has a parrot that can curse in nine languages? Yeah, me too.

I want to believe that it will be restored to its previous state at some time in the future. He has a circle of friends that will encourage him to do so and, most importantly, he will realize that it is the right thing to do and make it so.

I too wish that Leo had kept his blog open so we could review his excellent research. There is a conflict between Apuzzo and Leo, and we need to understand that conflict.
Let me remind you that Leo took up the birth certificate issue to clear out the fog of war surrounding the natural born Citizen clause. He has been hotly pursuing the Hawaii Department of Health over the birth certificate.
Just because Leo has closed his blog does not mean he is not committed. He has said in blog that talk is cheap, and it is time to get to work. To do effective work a person needs to eliminate distraction.
Also, Leo is not one to take on lawsuits that he believes have no chance of winning. Hence, he has consistently stressed that Quo Warranto through the DC District Court (I think I have the right court here.) is the way to go. He is wise to pick his battles.
Although I have not studied Leo’s conflict with Apuzzo, I do tend to side with Leo. If Leo, for some reason, finds that he himself is wrong, then Leo will own up to Apuzzo. Leo C. Donofrio is honest and he does have integrity. Honesty and integrity can solve and prevent a multitude of problems.
Donofrio is certainly not guilty of treason against America or the United States Constitution.

It is precisely because Leo knows how the law works that he knows the flaws in Orly’s reasoning. Orly is the one facing sanctions and possible disbarment, not Leo. You seem to want an attorney that fights a losing battle for the sake of losing and martyrdom. It may make you feel better, Michael, but its not a smart strategy.

I too have been certainly disgusted with Leo’s “The Constitution is dead” talk. That does not mean that Leo is guilty of treason.
Leo is fighting the birth certificate battle in Hawaii. He knows talk is cheap.
Like every other person, Leo needs encouragement. I am aware that “The Constitution is dead” talk is very destructive.

You and Leo share something in common…a strong visceral response to the status quo. I, too, am overwhelmed in my emotion sometimes to the Injustice of this glaring Constitutional question. I have had some days that I could be considered certifiably nuts.
You make points that only Leo can answer…I will eventually ask why he has and has not done certain things to him directly. Until then I have faith that there is sufficient reason (perhaps boderline) for his actions.
Do I think him a coward for not carrying the banner into the nearest courtroom? Uh, no, as evidenced by the other litigators who have said emphatically that such and such is true and found wanting in their efforts.
He has encouraged many to act upon their convictions (i.e. write the relevant AGs to act upon certain questions) with little or no response. He has advised potential plaintiffs and advocates as to the premise of the challenge and the proper venues.
Micheal, how is your case going in court? Did you not have the money to retain a lawyer versed in the constitution? Perhaps you’ve been ill. No doubt, there is a very good reason that you have not challenged the status quo…you seem quite adament and determined to see justice wrought.
Some have followed the measured and thoughtful reasoning of Leo’s effort. He desired to see how certain cases played out and the subsequent opinions rendered…makes sense.
As for Mr. Donofrio’s recent “going dark”, I am in the same boat as everyone…I think it was an uncalled for nuclear response to a situation I am at a loss to fathom. Was it petty, petulant, childish…I’d like to think not, but it has the appearance of a disturbed psyche. I am prone to sympathize rather than criticize for the near term and have faith in his devotion to the Cause of Republican Liberty during the latter.

Y’know, I hope this thread stays alive for some time and I’ll tell you why…
Mr. Donofrio’s actions are a referendum and reality check on the legal effort to unseat the usurper.
What are the present cases before the court?
What is their basis in law?
Are they ethical and IAW with the proscribed methods to remove the President from office?
Are the plaintiffs needs foremost in the minds of thier advocates?
What is BEST course of action, Legally, to remove a usurper from office?
What are alternative Legal actions that should be pursued (i.e. election fraud)?
Are we to hold accountable the acts of litigators that have deprived thier clients of livelihood and succor?
This and many other questions can be debated among the bright and concerned folks of this site. Leo’s actions have opened a can of worms that perhaps we should honestly address.

I think you are asking some very relevant questions and at the right time. Let’s face it legally we have arrived at a dead end as it seems obvious that the Judges are either too chicken or find themselves under too much pressure to rule on the merits.
These means that we have to conclude that judges up to the Supreme Court have surrendered and de facto went in league with a conspiracy of tyranny and usurpation. The consequences are clear in that we can forget about the courts.
Furthermore we have to face the fact that Representatives and Senators in Congress have leagued together in a conspiracy of usurpation and tyranny and by consequence the political establishment has to be considered to be in the enemy camp. No much use in petitioning there.
Next we have to face up to the fact that a usurper has been installed in the Whitehouse, there is no question in this regards something something Leo Donofrio has sufficiently shown to be the case. You certainly will agree with me this to be the case.
Fact of the matter is that we are facing a conspiracy of tyranny and usurpation or would you think otherwise and if so on which grounds.
Okay let’s go from there:

Obviously given the fact that the person illegally holding the Office of the President has been proven to be a usurper the proscribed methods for removal don’t apply in this case. Therefore we can skip the issue of proscribed methods. Than there is the question of ethics, in all honesty before being able to arrive at a conclusion on the issue we would have to define ethics in the context of the case at hand. Let me put it as follows Joe finds himself in the following situation, and unfortunately it is not an hypothetical one, a very young child comes up to him holding an unlocked grenade, hence that kid for all intends and purposes was dead already, would it have been ethical for Joe to shoot the kid and save his own life. In reality he did not and we had to scratch his gut from the pavement.
What I mean to say is that ethics will have to be discussed in the context of the situation.
Than the question as to the BEST course of action such to legally, to remove a usurper from office? Given that we can forget about the courts the question becomes a difficult one which cannot be answered without considering the fact that we are speaking of a conspiracy of tyranny and usurpation. Legally, that is Constitutionally, the question can be answered by pointing at what Dr. Vieira stated on the subject. My won take is that we have to go to The Declaration of Independence as it does provide a blueprint for the course of action required.

Do we believe the law and the courts are blind? Let the question sink in before answering. It really is critical to any future hope in certain ventures. It also determines what your options are…pack a lunch if you intend to live in the hills fighting the ‘gummint” for the next 20 years.
I choose to believe that there is hope in the courts (perhaps wrongly).
So, what now? Was Leo wrong to advocate the course he did? Were other litigators aware of courses of action viable and helpful to relieving the usurper of his duties?
Not to prejudge…but it would appear Mr. Donofrio was right and others were, perhaps, consumed with wishful thinking, vanity, and lack of critical understanding of the LAW.

It is debatable as to whether this is self inflicted…I would hazard that we have not even begun to PROPERLY challenge the question of the usurper having right to hold office due to the incompetent and incoherent nature of the challenge.

The QW in the DC District Court would hopefully address the eligibility of the office holder in question…what does the Constitution require, what is NBC, and does Mr. Obama meet the criteria?
The evidence is immaterial until a valid venue for question is entered into…folks have put the cart before the horse and wondered why everything turned to crap…uh, duh, the Law does not recognize passion and cause…only reason and precedent.
