The three enablers of Obama’s usurpation of the Office of the Presidency and Commander-in-Chief of our military in violation of Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution. Despite the pleas and petitions of the hundreds of thousands of Americans, the Congress will not look at or investigate the merits of the charges despite holding hearings and investigations of John McCain in April 2008 on similar eligibility charges thus violating our right to equal protection under our Constitution. The Courts will not hear in a trial the merits of the charges. And the Main Stream Media will not talk about the merits of the charges and discuss the legal and Constitutional issues involved with the American people. The Three Enablers are not being responsive to questions and concerns of We the People and have placed a “cone of silence” over this issue to the detriment of Constitution and the Republic. And their ignoring the People endangers our liberty.

I don’t agree with the Commander or his counsel on all counts, but his effort is heroic and necessary.
The primary difference between Kerchner/Apuzzo and perhaps Taitz/et al is that the defendant is fully aware and prepared for the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune…
Notable is that the Commander has not been incarcerated for his actions which speaks VOLUMES as to the merit of his contentions regarding his CIC’s treasonous acts.

Noz, nice to see you post. I beleive your correct in pointing out the differences between taitz and Kerchner/Apuzzo. Ultimately they are trying to arrive with one goal.
Kerchner is a leader and should step up into that position. Rev Manning can join in as well.
Just my thoughts from a tired week of Holiday festivities. Have a great day all. God Bless those who are watching over us.
I believe the “enablers” are INTENTIONAL! The Media has never put it on the tube since all of this began; the courts are stonewalling it by saying it’s non-”standing”; and Congress is just too afraid to even put it on the “floor” - plus Pelosi will just debunk it anyway since she’s so enjoyed by “him” it’s disgusting!
Our liberties are at a cost to us all - a very high cost - with Obama’s rail-roading us into One World Order, making treaties with foreign powers (already in violation with the Constitution), and forcing us into his healthcare (another violation of our rights); his continuation of usurping the Presidency, his want of Power over the world, his ignorance of the American people and the rights under our Constitution - is putting this America into turmoil, unless we all put up and STAND against him and his Congress in 2010! We need to STAND up and rise together, people…no more complaining, no more talking about it, just DO IT! Involve yourselves with others in the belief of our American Heritage, our Foundations, our Liberties, and go forward and fight against the tyranny that is coming upon us…our men/women overseas are fighting for us, let’s help them out and fight with them, too! I’m sick and tired of hearing what Obama is doing for the world and not for the American people! He’s gone way out of bounds of his “alleged” Presidency!
Well said, C.Ann.C. All three branches of our government have betrayed our Constitution, just as the the Washington Times ad shows. And I’m glad to see Kerchner pointing out the lack of equal protection under the law.
There is no doubt that the biggest fraud in American history has been intentionally perpetrated on this nation and continues to be covered up by our legislators, courts, and “main” media. Why? Because people have been so intimidated by the politics of race that they are terrified of being called a racist for questioning the bona fides of a half-black man.
But this is not about race. It is about what our Constitution says and whether what our Constitution says matters a tinker’s damn any more.
