An Afghan source in Kabul reports that U.S. Ambassador in Afghanistan Karl Eikenberry is holding secret talks with Taliban elements headed by the movement’s foreign minister, Ahmad Mutawakil, at a secret location in Kabul. According to the source, the U.S. has offered the Taliban control of the Kandahar, Helmand, Oruzgan, Kunar and Nuristan provinces in return for a halt to the Taliban missile attacks on U.S. bases.

One of my greatest concerns about the Usurper has been his plans of action/inaction when dealing with the Taliban and Al Qaeda. WE CANNOT AFFORD TO SCREW UP IN AFGHANISTAN!
Bargaining with the Taliban is treason. The Taliban have been killing and torturing our service members and non-military members for over a decade. Al Qaeda is obviously operating with the Taliban, and these groups are growing stronger by the minute.
Afghanistan MUST be dealt with and we must execute every Taliban and Al Qaeda member! Bargaining will mean certain death for our service men and women stationed in Afghanistan and throughout the world. If we don’t disable and eradicate Al Qaeda, they will engage in a plan that will make 9/11 look like a minor incident.
Obama needs to turn over all decisions about Afghanistan, the Taliban and Al Qaeda to those who know what they are doing and who are currently leading the US military.
