This is right out of the book of saul alinsky rules for radicals, which Barak Hussien Obama used as his manual while learning the techniques of “community organization” in the inner cities of Chicago. Hillary Clinton also did her thesis on this book while in college. The cloward piven strategy goes one step futher in detailing how to overburden the system with entitlement programs to bring it to a point of collapse to bring in a new system of Government control. What is happening in our country is more akin to a global take over of countries by a world government and banking system… which I believe to be the end time government spoken of in the Book of Revelation.
