Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III levels charge in an effort to avert what he described as a pending civil war.
American Grand Jury has incorporated the Fitzpatrick criminal complaint within its Presentments. The Presentments were served on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia on July 2nd, 2009. The Presentments are still pending before Chief Judge Royce Lamberth. Two Orders, a Motion to Reconsider, and a Response have been issued. The American Grand Jury Response to the Court’s 2nd Order was filed in late October. The Response is currently pending before the Court.
If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that Obama be criminally indicted for fraud as to “Eligibility” and “Treason” per the Fitzpatrick complaint.
American Grand Jury is actively pursuing the serving of Presentments in a number of United States District Courts in different States.

With, Judge Lamberths earlier dismissal of the Grand Juries presentments. He should send this to a lower Court with orders to a State Attorney General to form a Grand Jury to hear the presentments Should the then Grand Jury find to order again presentments. The State Attorney must prosecute as to the charges of fruad and treason.
How long do we have to wait for this now?….for the court to respond?? Seems to me they’ve had plenty of time to look at this.
Is America fed up yet? Is the military fed up? How many more soldiers are going to die before we fight back, march to DC and take back the country??? I can’t stand this any longer. The SS is about to arrest Rev. Manning as it is. I really want to know….how much longer?
Lamberth accepted the presentments. Used car salesmen accept all credit applications, but not everybody gets credit.
It’s not likely that Lamberth will act on anything presented by AGC since they don’t have the backing of any government entity.

From reading Judge Lamberth’s order back on September 10 what he told them in the latest order to pay the filing fee, then he will accept their crap, then dismiss it just like he said he would.

You obviously have no clue how our legal system works.
Karen - Being these are presentments of a Grand Jury, the Judge must prosecute. These are Criminal charges not a lawsuit, the senario enforces the Courts proceedure in assigning a Grand Jury investigation, upholding due process.
