   Why do we celebrate December 25th as the birthday of Christ when so many churches know it’s not his birthday? “The World Book Encyclopedia” says:

   “The early Church Fathers probably chose December 25th because the feast of the sun, or winter solstice, was a familiar Roman feast celebrating the victory of light over darkness. This idea was easily turned from a pagan to a Christian one, since Christians consider Christ as the light of life.”

   During the fall of each year, the sun descends in the southern sky. It stops that decent at what we call the winter solstice, which is usually December 23rd. On or about December 25th, the sun slowly starts to move back northward and daylight increases. “The Roman Catholic Encyclopedia” agrees with this origin of Christmas from their own church history and states the following:

   “In about the year 330, however, the Church in Rome definitely assigned December 25th for the celebration, in order to honor Christ, the Light of the World and the true Sun of Justice. This was the day which had been dedicated in Pagan Rome to the feast of the sun god and had been called Birthday of the Unconquered Sun. By the end of the fourth century this Roman date of the Nativity celebration was universally accepted by all churches, both in the east and in the west.”

   One can see why a holiday that started out as pagan, can end up with so many pagan rituals today. (The Christmas Tree, The Yule Log, Santa Claus, Mistletoe, etc. Refer to these subjects in any Encyclopedia)

   Why is it so critical to get to the truth of the matter? Because “The Word of God is living and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword…” (Hebrews 4:12). The Word of God is precise in it’s instruction. Man is the one that says “Oh what difference does it make?” “What difference does it make if we eat the fruit off of this tree in the garden or that one?” “What difference does it make if we confess Krishna or Christ.” The Word of God is exact. And you and I have to study the details of our Bibles if we expect to be right in our quest for Biblical truth.

   There were religious leaders and religious people back in the lands and times of the Bible that were totally off the Word of God in that day. And yet they were convinced beyond a doubt that they were 100% right on. They argued with Jesus Christ, God’s only begotten son. They refused to allow healings on the Sabbath day. They insisted Christ was of Belial. Jesus told them how off they were. He said, “You do err not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God” (Matthew 22:29).

   You and I have to get to the details and the meat of the Word if we are ever going to be sharp so that we can stand against the wiles of the devil. The devil knows the Word of God better than you and I do. How can you be so sure that you have truth if you are not diligent in your study of the scriptures? Every word from Genesis to Revelation is the Word of God. We can’t afford to personally determine what’s important in the Bible and what’s not. If we can not trust the organized Churches to tell us the truth about Christ’s birth without all the pagan rituals to go along with it, how can we trust them with the weightier matters like salvation and eternal life? In addition, if the organized churches can not properly and simply count to three concerning Christ’s death from Good Friday to Easter Sunday morning why would we trust them with righteousness? Do we want a watered-down version of Scripture, a “religious” version filled with man’s opinion? If so, then one shouldn’t wonder why prayers are not getting answered or why there’s not enough prosperity and health in a person‘s life. If I lay claim to something that is not the Word of God, then I am powerless. It takes the truth of God’s Word to bring light and power into a situation. Darkness will remain until light is present.

   God has always been concerned about those who would literally carry out His Word with the same detail in which He gave it. Joseph and Mary escaped to Egypt on specific instructions that God gave them. Had they decided to go just anywhere, or if they would have said, “It doesn’t really matter where we go as long as we get out of Judea,” they might not have been protected by God. Adam and Eve did not follow specific instructions and look at what happened to them. Paul didn’t follow specific instructions when God told him not to go to Jerusalem and he ended up in prison. When we follow God’s details we get blessed.

   All humans for the last 2000 years have had to acknowledge the birthday of Jesus Christ every time they write the year. Daniel B. Wallace (See The Birth of Jesus Christ) writes:

   “…the evidence that Jesus Christ invaded history is not just shut up to the testimony of the New Testament–as irrefutable as that might be! The very enemies of Christianity claimed that he lived–and that he performed miracles! Early Jewish documents such as the Mishnah and even Josephus–as well as first-century Gentile historians–such as Thallus, Serapion, and Tacitus–all testify that the one called Christ lived in Palestine and died under Pontius Pilate. As the British scholar, F. F. Bruce put it, “The historicity of Christ is as [certain]. . . as the historicity of Julius Caesar” (NT Documents, 119).”

   In order to keep this subject brief, highlights are presented here biblically, astronomically and historically for your consideration.

   Matthew 2:1-2 1 Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men (Magi) from the east to Jerusalem, 2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him. (KJV)

   The Magi didn’t follow just any star. They were specific in their quest. They were trained in an astronomical religion, a sect similar to the one Daniel was head of (Daniel 2:48). They knew exactly what they were looking for. These wise men or “magi” did not make this trip from an Eastern, Persian culture in just one day. It took months to arrive there. It’s possible it took over a year and would have placed them in Jerusalem about December of 2BC. They were considered very knowledgeable in astronomy or earthly, physical elements (Davis Dictionary of the Bible and The Interpreter’s Dictionary of the Bible). What astronomical event or events would have inspired them to travel this distance? In 3BC and 2BC, there were numerous conjunctions involving Jupiter, also known as the kingly or righteous planet (Craig Chester, Co-founder of the Monterey Institute for Research in Astronomy, The Star of Bethlehem). These conjunctions all happened in the constellation Leo which is the constellation of kings.

   August of 3BC-Jupiter and Venus
   September of 3BC-Jupiter and Regulus
   February of 2BC-Jupiter and Regulus
   May of 2BC-Jupiter and Regulus
   June of 2BC-Jupiter and Venus

   In August of 3BC, the wise men or Magi would have seen Jupiter first becoming visible above the eastern horizon as a morning star. In Jesus Christ our Promised Seed, Victor Paul Wierwille states:

   “As the Magi approached Bethlehem, Jupiter finally “stood over” where the child was, the area of Bethlehem. The time period in which the Magi traveled to Bethlehem could only have been between December 4, 2BC, when Jupiter could be seen in this position over Bethlehem, and before January 9, 1BC, when the events surrounding the death of Herod began.”

   This would coincide with the Matthew 2:2 record, “…for we have seen his star in the east…” If they were in Jerusalem heading toward Bethlehem, then they would have seen the star/planet before them (Matthew 2:9,10). That’s exactly where Jupiter was in the morning sky in December of 2BC, a year and three months after the birth of Christ. God has made it very clear what the stars and planets declare.

   Psalm 19:1-6 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. 2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. 3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. 4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun, 5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race. 6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof. (KJV)

   David has equated the heavens with the written Word of God, teaching God’s people, prophesying of future events. The 12 signs of the zodiac are implied in verse 4 (See E. W. Bullinger’s Companion Bible) as the sun takes one year to travel through all of them (verse 6) “and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.” In marking the exact date, we find in Revelation 12 the sign of the zodiac involving a virgin.

   Revelation 12:1,2,5 1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: 2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. 5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. (KJV)

   From the earth’s perspective, the sun appears to go through the 12 signs of the zodiac. The constellation Virgo is the only constellation that represents a “woman.” For 20 days Virgo was “clothed” with the sun, between August 27th to September 15th. But, the exact day when “the moon was under her feet” could only occur during an eighty minute period. On September 11th of 3BC between sunset at “6:15pm and moonset at 7:45pm” (Ernest Martin, The Birth of Christ Recalculated and The Star that Astonished the World, page 85, 1996.) this event could be seen in the Palestine area. It was during those few minutes that our lord and savior, Jesus Christ was born. This event marks his birth.

   According to Josephus, a noted historian, a lunar eclipse occurred on January 9, 1BC preceding Herod’s death. This event helps to fix the year of Christ’s birth as 3BC and not any other year. Herod had to still be alive and numerous events had to have time to occur between 3BC and this eclipse on January 9th of 1BC.

   Why would Herod have all male children 2 years and under killed? Because it took these wise men from the east a year and three months to arrive on the scene. Herod inquired of these wise men about when the new king had been born so that he could have the appropriate ages killed. The shepherds were nearby in the fields on the very day of Christ’s birth. They could see the newborn babe. The shepherds should not be confused with the wise men. The shepherds would still have their flocks grazing in September, but not in the cold of December. The wise men, on the other hand, arrived a year and three months later, saw the “young child,” and not the newborn “babe” (Matthew 2:8,9,11). They were the ones who inquired of Herod where the King of the Jews was located. That’s why Herod had males two years and under killed.

   Matthew 2:16 Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men (because they did not return to tell Herod where Jesus was), was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently enquired of the wise men. (KJV)

   In addition, as if this is not enough, is it any wonder that on September 11th of 3BC, this great event occurred on the exact same day as the start of the Judean New Year known as Tishri 1, also known as The Day of Trumpets. Today it’s called Rosh Hashanah. This Judean New Year started at sunset on September 11th of 3BC at 6:15pm, precisely when the woman was clothed with the sun and the moon under her feet. Coincidence? No because God’s timetable is perfect.

   Just as the devil was completely evil back then when Jesus was born, trying to kill the savior of the world, he is just as evil today trying to erase or change the focus of September 11th with death and destruction by terrorists.

   To recap regarding the birth of Jesus Christ:
   1. Churches admit that December 25th is NOT the birth of Jesus Christ.
   2. The term “Christmas” dates back to pagan rituals.
   3. An accurate knowledge of biblical, historical and astronomical events help to pinpoint the correct date.
   4. The “Magi” from the east and the shepherds from the nearby field must not be confused with one another.
   5. There were several planetary conjunctions indicating to the “Magi” to start their journey.
   6. From our earthly perspective, the sun travels through all twelve signs of the zodiac in one year.
   7. Revelation chapter 12 reveals within an 81 minute period when the birth of Christ happened in the constellation Virgo (virgin) with the moon under her feet.
   8. The historian Josephus helps to pinpoint the exact year with information regarding King Herod and a lunar eclipse.
   9. By gathering information from the “Magi,” Herod attempts to kill (two years and under) the “young child,” not the newborn “babe.”
   10. September 11th of 3BC also marked the start of the Judean New Year known as Tishi 1, the Day of Trumpets, today called Rosh Hashanah.

   Jesus Christ was not born on Christmas. He was born on September 11th of 3BC with great signs from heaven, marking his birth for all “who had ears to hear and eyes to see.” This was not just any birth. It was of great significance, marking the birth of the savior for all mankind, Jesus Christ. September 11th is worth remembering because it’s the birthday of God’s only begotten son, our lord and savior, Jesus Christ!

   This is interesting!!

   First, thank you for the info about Christmas. You obviously have been schooled by the Jehovah’s witnesses, for you have quoted them verbatim.

   As for the date above…not so much.

   King Herod, the guy who initiated the search and slaughter of the innocents in Bethlehem, died in March of 4 B.C. You”ve listed Jesus being born the very next year. Why would Herod send the Magi after a child that hadn’t been born yet?

   Jesus was very probably born about 7 B.C. That would make him about two years old when his parents took him to Egypt to avoid Herod’s wrath. He was about three years old when Herod died. Subsequently, Joseph and Mary returned to Israel.

   I do not have a problem with the Sept date, though. It’s a bit disingenuous to assign the 11th, but that date will do as well as any. He was born six months after John the Baptist. JTB was born in March.

   To all patriots,
   It is time to re-assess our strategies.
   It is obvious that Obama, Pelosi and Reid et all have gone completely insane. They will not listen. It is a waste of time and energy to oppose their insane policies one at a time.
   They see our weaknesses:
   1. don’t dare to challenge or failed miserably in our court challenges of Obama’s constitutional eligibility;
   2. don’t have the guts to start a revolution other than peacefully writing, assembling and doing all the things they can simply ignore and ridicule us with.
   3. waiting, plotting to vote them out in 1 to 3 years’ time.

   They see this as their perfect opportunities to ram through everything their hearts desire, even bringing 911 terrorists to Ground Zero, while watching us writhe in pain.

   Starting a non-peaceful revolution is the last resort. It is never too soon to plot to vote them out. There is no reason why we cannot start a renewed war against Obama on his eligibility issue while we are preparing to vote them all out next election!

   It has just been reported that Congressman Nathan Deal and colleagues are writing letter to Obama to ask for his bc. This is another sign that our Republican congress is seeing the need to expose Obama to stop the destruction!

   Chance of success from lawsuits is getting slimmer and slimmer. The courts/judges are all hiding behind ‘separation of power’ to shun their duties and oaths. Quo Warranto won’t work either because the A.G and the US Attorney at DC are either Obama operatives or cowards, and no judge will allow the people to be their own attorney bringing Quo Warranto. Media has the power to expose Obama but to-date they have steadfastly refused to do so. Congress has the ultimate authority and power to conduct hearings to investigate Obama and remove him when he is found to be ineligible. So far they don’t have the guts, nor do they have the full fury of We the people to demand them to act on this most important matter.
   We the people are the only dare-devil truth-seekers, especially the so-called ‘birthers’. It is up to us and only us to do the job now.

   How can we proceed with a renewed war on the Obama’s eligibility issue?

   There are so many patriot groups each focusing on certain issues. Our efforts are fragmented. Everyone is going after the symptoms not the root cause! It is time we all focus on the one and only one issue – the root cause of all our demise – Obama is a usurper and must be removed. With Obama removed, the Dems are history. All the heinous legislations/appointees are null and void.

   The hardest part is to get all groups to buy into this war. However, it is possible: look back at how just about all groups bought into the 912 march idea and we managed to pull off an unbelievably successful march! Can you imagine if we get all groups to buy into this war? We can mobilize all the 9/12 marchers (DC and local) – 2 millions strong, to march right into this war!

   What would the marchers be doing to wage this war?

   March our emails, faxes. letters, calls, personal visits and protest signs to the Republican members of congress and media insisting they conduct hearing to expose/remove Obama.
   The Republicans are listening to us in all matters except Obama eligibility. Why? Because we do not insist that they expose Obama! Times have changed, situations have changed. I am sure most of them are regretting their silence on this matter during the election. They are waiting for some one to lead the way.
   Michelle Bachmann keeps telling us it is up to us – we must let our voices be heard that we don’t want government takeover of healthcare; that only we can stop the Dems from shoving obamacare down our throats. If she thinks we can convince the Dems to stop Obamacare, then we should be able to convince the Republicans to expose/remove Obama! Follow her advice – have millions of us demanding the Republicans in 1 voice: expose Obama! Remove the usurper! Millions of us would also be demanding the conservative media to lead the charges, to create an atmosphere where the Republican Congress feels safe and justified in investigating Obama.

   We can do it! We need to brain-storm on how to get all groups together to pursue this 1 and only 1 goal – to expose and remove Obama! With all the patriots from all groups bombarding Congress and media non-stop, with all protests focused on 1 and only 1 issue – is Obama eligible to be POTUS? As we march along, more and more people will be educated on this issue. More people will join the war. The war gets bigger and bigger until they surrender!

   We can simply apply the same methods we are using now to oppose Obamacare to Obama eligibility issue:

   Each buy-in group can design easy to do writing campaigns, keep constant communication with their members (just like what they are doing now to oppose Obamacare), encouraging them to fire their shots, organizing periodic rallies/protests with signs challenging Obama eligibility, arranging guest speakers at radio shows, conference calls ……

   That is what I think we should be doing. You might think it is fantasy. But please before you discount this, think about it!

   Obama’s ineligibility is the biggest weapon we have against them but we are NOT using it! Obama and Pelosi are laughing at us: all these idiots! They don’t even know we have pulled a fast one on them! Those who know it are too weak and civil to undo what we have done! We can butcher them in whatever way we want, first with Obamacare, then domestic and global climate taxes, then take away all their guns and freedom of speech, then send the world’s terrorists among them to slit their throats………….HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

   Come on! We need to wage this war before they take the Internet from us! We need to yank out the root to stop the weeds once and for all! Currently we are only spraying weed-killer here and there. The weeds grow much faster than we can spray them! Before we know it the weeds will take over and there will be so mamy more roots (ACORN, Service America, Youth Corp, the brain-washed school kids…..) to yank ……….

   One more idea: it has been suggested that we all pledge dollars to create a humongous war-chest ($2 billions) to win elections. I say why not use part of the money to wage war on Obama eligibility – pledge to republican congress a billion dollars in campaign money to conduct hearing to investigate/remove Obama. This way the money is used to kill 2 birds with 1 stone - first get them to act to expose/remove Obama, second get them the money to finance their election campaign. The other billion we can use to advertise Obama’s eligibility issue, organize protests: Obama are you legit? and other activities to get media attention.

   We need people to promote this strategy. We need to convince Resistnet leaders first who will then convince leaders of other groups.

   So state your ideas or comments here. Make it 20, 30 or more pages long really fast. If the majority is in favor of this we will get Resistnet leaders’ attention.

   Remember the first step is UNITE?
   THIS IS HOW YOU UNITE – first speak up right here to make a statement and promote our ideas. Get patriots fired up about our ideas. Get leaders to buy into our ideas. Our leaders in turn spread the fires to other groups and secure their buy in …..until we reach a critical mass.
   Then commence our great march to expose/remove the usurper!

   Resist net is full of crap. What a joke! They have censored my post on Republicans. They have deleted my articles. Can not be called a Patriot site. They are one sided on there thinking. This is the best place for TRUE AMERICAN PATRIOTS.

   Patriots need to be warned about this so called resist net. They are not worthy of the name. They ought to be called REPUB.NET. This is the proper name they need to use.

   They are like a bunch of cry babies. There are few on the sight that will stand with us on that site. A lot of good Patriots who stand against them have been locked out and can not get back in. This is due to there censorship.

   If you want the real truth stay on here. These so call Patriot sites will not tell you the real truth about what is happening. The time for real action is now. Not some letter writing idiotic idea. Words don’t mean a thing with these serpents in Washington DC.

   Real Action is all that they will understand. I for one will not call or write anymore to these Serpents.

    Will We Be Microchipped?

    Bible prophecy foretells a time coming in the prophetic future when the prophesied Antichrist is going to cause “all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” (Revelation 13:16-17)

    All of us familiar with bible prophecy know what the preceding Scripture specifically refers to, namely the mark of the beast, but do we fully realize that right now, buried within a Democratic party-endorsed bill that most of us overwhelmingly stand in opposition to, the precursor to the mark of the beast, at the very least, may be lurking, largely unseen by the public?

    The following is an excerpt from a Canada Free Press article dealing, in part, with ObamaCare and the Democratic Party’s greatly sought health care reform bill:

    The Obama Health care bill under Class II (Paragraph 1, Section B) specifically includes in its lists of things that must be registered in the NATIONAL MEDICAL DEVICE REGISTRY: ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable.”

    Then on page 1004 it describes what the term “data” means in paragraph 1, section B:

    ‘‘(B) In this paragraph, the term ‘data’ refers to information respecting a device described in paragraph (1), including claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary.”

    What is meant by the term, “class II device that is implantable”?

    According to the FDA, a class II implantable device is a “implantable radiofrequency transponder system for patient identification and health information.” The purpose of a class II device is to collect data in medical patients such as “claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary.” In other words an RFID chip such as are used in a number of dogs and cats. Just like Obama’s dogs.
    Humans being marked in the manner domestic pets and livestock presently are? That’s precisely what bible prophecy seems to foretell coming, does it not?

    Numerous times in the past I’ve directed my readers to consider the possibility that the implantable microchip, the VeriChip, could be the prophesied mark of the beast in the making or a precursor to same. The information above does nothing to discredit that possibility. To the contrary, it raises the possibility dramatically, especially when we consider the course VeriChip Corporation recently embarked on.

    In an article entitled “VeriChip Buys Steel Vault, Creating Micro-Implant Health Record/Credit Score Empire” we read the following, in part:

    VeriChip (CHIP), the company that markets a microchip implant that links to your online health records, has acquired Steel Vault (SVUL), a credit monitoring and anti-identity theft company. The combined company will operate under a new name: PositiveID.

    The all-stock transaction will leave PositiveID in charge of a burgeoning empire of identity, health and microchip implant businesses that will only encourage its critics. BNET previously noted that some regard the company as part of a prophecy in the Book of Revelation (because the HealthLink chip carries an RFID number that can be used as both money and proof of ID) or as part of President Obama’s secret Nazi plan to enslave America.

    Remember when the implantable VeriChip was approved by the FDA in October of 2004, supposedly for use in humans for ‘medical’ purposes, and critics of my suspicions were laughing at me, as well as others observing current events in light of bible prophecy, for speculating that the VeriChip’s applications might be expanded to include mark of the beast-like qualities? I do. The critics aren’t laughing now. Well, they may be but they’re doing it a lot more quietly, primarily because it looks like the bible prophecy-watching community had a great deal more foresight than they did.

    As early as 2005, it was becoming clear the VeriChip implantable microchip was being eyed as attractive to government - and not just to store medical records. In a 2005 commentary, I included a quote of interest indicating that “these types of applications are actually being driven under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.” And no,
    I didn’t make that quote up. I pulled it directly from a story posted on Yahoo Finance’s list of business news stories and provided a link to same as verification for my readers to review for themselves. Unfortunately, the link from the 2005 commentary is dead now, as is often the case with news items several years old, but look at where we are now!

    Before our very eyes, the once innocuous-sounding VeriChip Corporation has metamorphosized into PositiveID Corporation, indicating, in my opinion, that the primary focus of this company, regardless of how much it touts the medical uses of its implantable microchips, is CLEARLY on marketing its implantable microchip as a means of IDENTIFICATION.

    The term ‘positive identification’ is one I’m quite familiar with as a retired police officer with decades of experience. Establishing positive identification is critical in any case where law is going to be enforced, far more so than in any hospital emergency room I’m familiar with! As a police officer, I have seen many an individual transported to the hospital and treated for serious illnesses or injuries without anyone positively knowing who the individuals were. I have not, on the other hand, seen a lot of people go to jail without ‘positive ID’ having been established beforehand.

    Now don’t get me wrong! There are any number of circumstances where I’ve seen an unidentified suspect hauled off to jail and booked as a John Doe for committing a crime, but this is the exception rather than the rule - and by far! Reason? It’s a crime in most states to fail to identify one’s self to law enforcement if one is being legally detained or arrested by a police officer having probable cause to do so. Not only is it a crime to refuse to be positively identified, it’s a major inconvenience for a suspect. Refusing to be identified is a separate criminal offense that only adds to the suspect’s troubles. Even more bothersome, one charged with a criminal offense as a John Doe is never granted bail.

    What I’m trying to convey here is we may be able to tell a great deal concerning the direction a corporation’s technology may be headed based on something as simple as a name change, especially in this case.

    From day one I’ve said that if the implantable microchip is the prophesied mark of the beast in the making, or even a precursor to it, we would begin to see similarities between the two. While the verdict is still out, we know the implantable microchip can serve as a positive identification, can store personal information like medical records, and even be utilized to make a financial transaction. Without drawing any final conclusions, we’re getting there, aren’t we?

    Assume for a moment that the implantation of microchips becomes mandatory in the future, toss in a dictatorial leader who would connect having (or not having) the implant as an indication of where one’s political loyalties lie, and make it impossible for one to buy or sell without having the chip and what do you have? I don’t know about any of you, but I think you may well have the mark of the beast.
