Looking at the style in which it was written we are dealing with some convert to Islam and given their predisposition we have to take such threads extremely serious. Personally I would concur with Dr. Orly Taitz in suspecting the henchmen of the usurper using that nutcase as a patsy.

“Why can’t Orly re-file the case with Judge Carter and only ask the Alan Keyes be given a token monetary award like $1 or some other nominal figure?
The Judge seemed to think that Keyes had standing but the he could not give them what they were asking for (removing Obama from the presidency)if they were proven correct about their claims.
They only need the information. The outcome of that information would take care of itself.”

Supposedly, courts -at least federal courts - are not supposed to hear cases in which they cannot provide the relief demanded by the Plaintiff. But if everyone remembers, in Roe v. Wade, the High Court heard that case even though “Jane Roe” was no longer pregnant! Since Roe was asking for the right to have an abortion - something she clearly no longer either required or in fact could receive - SCOTUS should have denied a hearing to the case. It didn’t. Why? Because the majority of the Justices wanted to legalize abortion on demand and strike down state laws limiting the procedure. Hence, the Court heard what by law it could NOT hear.
So why can’t this Judge hear this case? Even if he cannot remove Obama, his finding could open the possibility of some OTHER court hearing the case for his removal if in no other way than by impeachment (if we could get this criminal Congress to bring forth a case based upon his lack of eligibility). If the Congress refused its duty under the Constitution, then at least we’d know that the whole shootin’ match was a fraud and We the People could react accordingly.
