What we are facing is an actual conspiracy of tyranny and usurpation in which the courts and both houses are teaming up with the usurper in the Whitehouse in all out attack against the Constitution we have vowed to uphold and defend against all enemies foreign and domestic. The implications are crystal clear and should prompt all those who have taken the Oath to act in accordance. Therefore the question has to be whether we are going to uphold the Oath or forsake it like Judge Carter just did. We have to take America back and once that is accomplished the likes of Carter will have to face trail for treason.

You are both absolutely correct. What is troubling to me as a fellow Patriot is the fact that there are so many complacent people who call themselves Patriots who hasn’t seen the need and urgeny written on the wall. Each day that passes we are losing more and more fredom to this Usurper and his abettors in tyranny.
We will not regain our land and freedoms by talking, hoping, pacing, wringing our hands and commenting on blogs.
The Declaration of Independence gives us a road map for regaining our land from Tyranny. We are living in those days whether some fools , even some on this site are able to figure it out for themselves. I believe the reason some within this site can’t see the need is because they are pacifists at heart who would cower at the thought of actually having to take up arms to retake our Land from the ones who stole our freedoms.
There were only about 17% of the people who actually fought for our freedom . Thank God they understood the value of freedom and were willing to fight and die for it.
Unfortunately, we must locate that 17% soon to help us as I don’t feel there are but a couple within this blog we could ever count on in helping to fight to regain our land.Those individuals will not understand what I am writing and that doesn’t concern me as they are Patriots in name only.
I am with you David, Lynn and the other TRUE Patriots in understanding the need to physically take our land back. If we wait much longer, we will have no country to retake as we will be in Fema Camps or worse.

David and Lynn: Regarding the coming elections this Tuesday in N.J. There may be a problem on the side of the Rep. candidate. The Secretary of State in N.J. has been asked by the Democratic party not to consider the difference between the signatures on the mail in ballot and the voting application on file in comparison. So far she has not made a decision to ignore the difference or to intervene. Is there a way that on election day the voting polls can be monitored in
addition for a review into this reported issue? Something has to be done with these illegal elections. Where will it stop?
It is depressing to learn by experience that we American’s have not one Judge on our side. What is our country to do?. Is removing the one the only way he can be removed is my legal action?

There have now been 59 lawsuits logged to challenge Obama’s eligibility.
The docket shows 51 lawsuits dismissed or denied, zero victories for plaintiffs and 7 lawsuits pending or on appeal.
Six lawsuits have reached the US Supreme Court. It takes only four justices to agree (the rule of four) in order for the full court to hear a case.
There are five conservative justices at the current time: Alito, Kennedy, Roberts, Scalia and Thomas.
None of these eligibility cases have been granted a hearing: (Berg v Obama, Craig v US, Donofrio v Wells, Lightfoot v Bowen, Schneller v Cortes, and Wrotnowski v. Bysiewicz).
Hmmmm.

The time for that is not yet. Let’s try an ongoing, nonstop peaceful march around the White House, with Obuma in it; let’s build a tent-and-camper city in D.C. and occupy it 24-7 year-round; let’s film a solid mock trial and spread DVDs of the trial around the world; let’s petition the Joint Chiefs of Staff to fulfill their duty to challenge unconstitutional authority (cite Nuremberg Trials); let’s give Leo D. a shot at Quo Warranto in D.C., if he will take it; let’s have sit-ins in the Capitol and Supreme Court, etc.
There is still much to do before marching on the WH with arms, trucks, and tractors. If it comes to that, it must be done, but meanwhile let us exhaust all means of peaceful protest.

I may be wrong but it doesn’t sound like you are a Veteran or have had military leadership experience. We have tried all those touch feely things in vain. Those things you mentioned have no impact on haters of Liberty and the USURPER and ther Tyranny Government.That just laugh at the fools who believe that is going to alter the course of our nation. We are already at war with the Haters of Freedom and our Constitution. The Congress, USURPER and Courts have fired the first shot.
None of the Government will listen mostly in part they have 50% of the country in their pocket and will do whatever they tell them. Then our Government know there are about 30% on the right who are Pacifists and nothing doers who they don’t have to worry about taking their land back. You and people like yourself will still be sitting on the sidelines when we patriots go to reclaim our nation. How much bondage you plan to undertake before you are brave enough to act?
There is about 30% of our Country who are devout Patriots who understand the danger our Country is in. You can be assured while you sit back in your comfort , there will be hundereds of we Patriots fighting to regain your freedom. After all, most of us have fought once for our country before and am not scared to fight again. You just sit back and hope for the best and remain comfortable. No nation has obtained freedom without those willing to fight for it.
Sorry if I sound rash but I am a PATRIOT and truthful. I personally have 20 years in combat arms, Army service to my Nation to undersatand what is needed in time of Tyranny in which we live. We Patriots don’t have time to conduct boot camp with non patriots or the ones who choose to live their coward lives on their Knees to tyrants.. True Patriots know what needs to be done and are prepared to accomplish it!

Hopefully God will impart the necessary wisdom upon each of us. I look forward to working more closely with Lynn, and David in devising a strategy and then trying to find a way to interact and unite with fellow patriots across the land.
As yourself, I never surrendered my Oath to defend my Country against all enemies both foreign and domestic. It is time we call upon our oath again to reclaim our land. CARTER DECISION FATAL FLAW: When all is said and done, ONE CLAIM MOST DEFINITELY SURVIVES, and that is Keyes’ claim for fraud committed by Candidate Obama before becoming President, which Judge Carter pretends away on the sole basis of Orly having filed same on 1/20/09 at an hour after Obama took the Oath. That’s a “red herring” because Obama took the valid Oath on 1/21/09, no Presidential immunity exists for tort fraud by Candidate Obama before becoming President, and “before-or-after” Oath filing by Orly is irrelevant for such case which does NOT seek Presidential removal, albeit Judge Carter pretends that IS the sole relief sought by Keyes.

I agree completely. We have the flame lit for regaining our land. We understand as well as you stated that organization is the key to success. We plan to brainstorm that and God willing devise a plan to unite all fellow Patriots who are willing to answer the call to freedom. I personally believe there must be some sort of “feeler” sent out by some means as yet undetermined, in order to find our approxamately how many Patriots nationally we can rely upon. As you are aware, we are not talking about a social gathering or letter writing campaign, but the return to freedom upon our land from Tyranny.
Stay tuned as it takes time to devise a plan and means. Pray that God will rise up Patriotic American Leaders to lead the way and who can unite all of the millions of Patriots across our land!
The hardest part is finding enough LOYAL and TRUE PATRIOTS who are willing to fight and die for their freedom. There is strength in numbers and I believe if there can be several million amassed and converge on Washington with not idle talk, but demands and willingness to take our Country back by any means necessary, hopefully the use of actual force will not become necessary as hopefully the evil tyrannical powers in Washington will flee like the cowards they are. Hopefully then the so called Patriots who sat on the sideline will then join us in securing our Nation back to a Constitutional and Godly Government.
