   Read almost all of this deposition. There were quite a few typographical/grammatical errors in it. Hard to say if even this is truthful!!

   If you read Smith’s affidavit, he claims he personally witnessed the affair between Charles Edward Lincoln III and Taitz. He quotes Lincoln with some fairly ribald comments about Taitz’ sexuality.

   He also claims that Taitz is deliberately sabotaging Lincoln’s court filings in a manner designed to make them legally ineffective.

   Lincoln’s article yesterday about sabotaging the birther movement applies here. is Smith the obot? Or is orly?

   Again, Smiths motive is money. When Orly didn’t give him any, he began to assasinate her character. Aligning himself and singing praises to Lincoln, a Convicted Felon, shows the true nature of Smith.

   Orly never had to like Smith. All she was interested in was obtaining the B/C which she was able to accomplish.

   You just commented on another thread here that you never believed Smith. So, how can you cite anything that Smith said as possibly having truth. Remember, he is a convicted felon as well as Lincoln.

   Can’t have it both ways.

   I read the entire 25 pages of Lucas Smith’s libelous & slanderous statements re: Orly Taitz, Charles Lincoln III, and others.

   I came away from reading it thinking these things: (1) Isn’t Lucas Smith the same man who was trying to sell one of his kidney’s for cash to a person who needed a kidney transplant to survive, then when the family arranged for Lucas to be paid and to donote a kidney, Lucas disappeared?

   (2) Lucas Smith is making extremely suspicious and completely unsubstantiated hearsay accusations against both Orly and Charles, etc. Now, if I were either Orly or Charles, I would be slapping on Lucas Smith legal charges for defamation of character, libel, & for slander.

   I read what Lucas said about Orly and Charles in his 10/12/09 court filings, and I came away thinking, “Lucas Smith’s writings that he, Smith submitted on 10/12/09 to the court in Barnett v Obama really makes Lucas Smith look to be a severely mentally sick & delusional, severely unstable, irrational, and a vindictive con-man looking to get paid for being mentally sick.”

   (3) My advice to Lucas Smith is go get some psychiastic help, Lucas Smith, you are severely delusional and mentally sick. Because Orly and Charles did not bow down and do things your way, you turned against them. No one in their right minds would believe any of your statements in the 100% unstable, irrational, delusional hearsay B.S. that you submitted to the court 10/12/09 in the Barnett v Obama case.

   Lucas Smith, I hope that Orly and Charles put separate law suits on your for defamation of characte, libel, and for slander for your insane ramblings. Lucas NO ONE in their right mind can or will believe even one word of your 10/12/09 insane ramblings that you submitted to the court.

   Lucas Smith, it is very easy to see from reading your 10/12/09 court filings that you, Lucas Smith, are mentally sick and that you are irrational and delusional. PLEASE LUCAS SMITH, GET SOME PSYCHIATRIC PROFESSIONAL HELP, LUCAS, BECAUSE YOU DESPERATELY NEED TO BE UNDER A PSYCHIATRIST’S CARE.

   The birth certificate does not have to be fake. Lucus Smith’s original purpose was to make money by coming up with the birth certificate. When it didn’t work out as planned, he went to Orly Taitz with a sworn testimony. IF he accepted a bribe and or a threat from the Obama camp, his only way to undo the harm he did to their cause was to discredit himself as a witness. That could be the reason for this document from him.

   This is a wicked world; but we have elections and internet blogs. The (Conservative) Republican Party is supposed to support the word of God.
   The (Liberal) Democrat Party generally ignores God’s wisdom. They use the wisdom of those in power.
   When we head toward God; He runs toward us. This might look like a Red Sea dead end, but our God is the same that swept away all the enemy. Glory to God.

    But yet you castigated us for pointing of Smith’s record of malfeasance before he presented Orly with a fake Kenyan BC. He spend months trying to get Ebay people to pay him for various anti-Obama activities. His online videos purported to be from Kenya, but were obviously filmed in the Carribean. The BC itself was full of legal flaws, and yet he filed an affidavit attesting to its authenticity. But all that was OK until he stepped on Orly?

    Say what you will about Obots, we called him a fraud from the jump. Our comments about him haven’t changed from the moment he first popped up on the radar.

    FYI, UNFORTUNATELY you miss a major point re: Lucas Smith. Lucas Smith gave a sworn affidavit that he signed by his own free will in the Barnett v. Obama case re: the authenticity of his Obama Kenyan birth certificate that Lucas claims he recovered in Kenya. Lucas Smith FREELY acknowledges in his signed & sworn affidavit that no one coerced, threatened, bribed, or compensated him to sign his sworn affidavit, and that he freely did so by himself.

    ALL Orly did was present his affidavit to the court like a legal officer of the court should do.

    Orly is NOT verifying that the contents of Lucas Smith’s sworn affidavit have been legally authenticated beyond a doubt, Why? Because this can only come out in discovery only!

    Orly is only verifying that the sworn and free will affidavit of Lucas Smith re: Obama’s Kenya B.C. that Lucas Smith claims HE HAS OBTAINED IN KENYA has been legally authenticated and entered into court by Lucas’ sworn signature in his witness affidavit, and Orly is stating that what Lucas Smith has sworn to in his eyewitness affidavit and what he testifies to in the affidavit re: the contents of the Kenyan B.C. and his (Lucas Smith’s) testimony are true and factual.

    THE ONLY ONE that Lucas Smith discredits in Lucas’ recent 10/12/09 irrational, delusional, unbalanced and 100% unstable, and vindictive and obviously deranged ramblings to the court in the Barnett v. Obama case is clearly ONLY LUCAS SMITH, and certainly not in any way Orly or Charles in any way, shape, or form.

    As I said previously, no one in their right mind who reads the 10/12/09 filing of Lucas Smith can come away from Lucas Smith’s 10/12/09 court filing without thinking that Lucas is obviously unstable and unbalanced, mentally sick, irrational, delusional, & a vindictive character to file a 100% completely unsubstantiated rambling diatribe that Lucas obviously aims at specifically trying to 100% libel, slander, and to ONLY 100% defame BOTH Orly and Charles extremely virtuous and faithful & true upright wonderful personal characters, and fidicuary duties, in an obvious
    attempt to hurt them and the case.

    I pray that Orly and Charles refuse to allow Lucas Smith to attack their extremely virtuous, faithful & true, and always upright characters. Orly & Charles, it looks like since you wouldn’t give Lucas a financial free ride for life in the USA, some of Obama’s no-class scumbags gave Lucas a bribe, and paid Lucas to send in that 10/12/09 false affidavit & perjurious rant.

    FYI: Lucas, right now you are looking at doing jail time for perjuries for filing false sworn statements about Orly and Charles in your 10/12/09 court filing, since they will come forward and say what you said about them in the 10/12/09 filing they both swear is clearly 100% false, 100% libelous, 100% slander, 100% defamation of characters & you are clearly trying to farm & defame their characters in the public eyes with your false and perjurious 10/12/09 affidavit!

    I agree with almost everything that you wrote. I especially agree with what you said regarding Lucas Smith.

    The part I disagree with you on is That I done some serious searching and found Lincoln in no way or stretch of the Immagination any of the favorable words you used in identifying him.
    Contrary, He was disbarred in Florida and California. he had the same effect as disbarment in texas as he surrendered his Law License here in lieu of Criminal penalties being assesed to him. He is prohibitted from being a Plaintiff in The State of Texas for ANY suit. or action.
    He filed numerous frivilous suits against County employees of the Court. He has no respect for the Courts and was admonished severely for it. In Texas he was fined many thousands of Dollars by the court for the frivilous suits. He tried to bankrupt them under Chp. 7. The Judge admonished him again for trying that. He is a convicted felon. I know not one felon and if I did, they certainly wouldn’t be worthy of my defending them. Lincoln used his own son to make up lies saying his mother wanted and tried to kill him during a divorce preceding in Florida. I have read the transcripts and they grabbed my ire.

    Lincoln is engaged in a mortgage redemtion scheme that defrauds owners out of their homes. There is a major investigation going on in Florida over this and him.

    Lincoln is a scumbag and he and Smith have criminal histories in common with each other. Lincoln also defrauded and stole earnest money from a real estate deal which led to his disbarment proceedings in Texas. Read some of the court papers in Texas to see how the Fair minded People of Texas thinks about him. I have personal e-mails from Lincoln where we discussed his criminal background.

    I believe Smith and Lincoln who are both scumbags derived this story and accusations against Orly to try and harm her. I do hope will hold them accountable for what they have done to her and her reputation.

    I have talked with Orly on several occasios regarding Charles Lincoln. Orly did admit to me that she had read all of my negative reports regarding him. She actually was aware of his criminal background, disbarments and such. Orly in essence told me that she made a deal with the Devil as she needed someone to help her but had nobody until Lincoln offered his services toi her.Orly told me that most attorneys who had told her they would help her, surprised her in the end by asking for payment in which she couldn’t afford.

    Orly knows Lincoln is a scam artist and one who has no respect for the courts or legal system. He even has a quote on his blog where he said He was privilaged to have seen the inside of 7 prisons.

    Another problem with Lincoln is Orly and he aren’t ” kissing cousins” in anyones imagination. She and Lincoln actually had a falling out over his clerk who is also a criminal . Orly told me the clerk got mad at her and left with a donated car that had been given to him by a patriot as well as $500.00 cash she had given to him. She told me she didn’t know where they had went to and Lincoln had left her in a bad situation as she was fixing to go to Court on the 5th of October and he was nowhere to be found.

    Charles Lincoln is a total scumbag and anyone who tries to defend that convicted felon had better check their moral compass and see if it needs calibrating. There is no way that man is righteous in anyones eyes, especially God Almighty as He stands for holiness.

    Orly wouldn’t listen to me either as her needs replaced her judgement. Personally, I would have done without his help. He is a scam artist pure and simple!

    A little advice for Orly: You can’t play with a turd without getting sh_t on your hands.

    Maybe I missed something here and don’t understand what is going on, but it looks to me like Orly associated with these two characters while knowing full well their criminal history and their moral ethics. Orly has the truth on her side and, being armed with that, she does not need to go bottom fishing to find more evidence. Had the Kenyan birth certificate been proven to be authentic that would have been a big help, but without it she still has an arsenal of smoking guns. And yet she took these two known criminals into her confidence and allowed them to be privy to her every move, her strategy and her evidence – what was she thinking? She obviously forgot or didn’t realize how powerful, evil and vindictive the Obama team is, and how far they would go to discredit her. Were they originally sent by Obama’s team or did he hire, bribe or blackmail them into service after they established their association with Orly? It was pretty easy to find these two sleazy criminals who were willing to take Orly down, and I’ll bet he paid them out of petty cash. Guess Lincoln and Smith think they are pretty bullet proof now that they are working for the usurper. Like Obama, they are useful idiots who don’t realize how dispensable and what a potential threat they are to the ultimate plan. As soon as they are no longer useful you can look for their obituaries or read about their latest conviction or mysterious disappearance in the local newspaper – never to be seen or heard from again. I may be wrong about Lincoln, but why does a man with so much proven disdain for the law suddenly become so concerned about the truth and the Constitution? It doesn’t add up.

    There isn’t much in Smith’s declaration that can be proven or disproven. The phone calls to and from David DeJute will, of course, be verified by DeJute since they are working on the same team. It is laughable that Smith claims Lincoln, who is in the “mortgage redemption business” himself, was evicted from his own house “unexpectedly” solely because of missed court date (p. 21). Gee - who saw that coming? He never had a clue. We will see what Lincoln has to say about all these accusations, and then we will know his true character. Smith knows full well he could never get away with saying these things without Lincoln’s full co-operation – he would be laughed out of court in a minute. Smith’s second hand description of Dr. Taitz’s sexual “activities and attributes” (p. 9) borders on pornography, and that alone should disqualify the whole declaration. More evidence of the moral character of these two creeps. The creeps’ association with Kreeps –you have to wonder. As for Smith every being prosecuted for his false affidavit – did you forget who he is now working for? The joke is on him – he THINKS he will get away with that because that’s what he was promised. We will see him swinging in the wind.

    Orly has worked harder than any of us realize, and her passion for the truth is much more powerful than that of anyone else. She has an experience that none of us have, having lived under a communist regime, and knows better than most the ultimate result of Obama’s actions. In her desperation to stop our downward spiral she grabbed onto the first life raft that floated past, and now she is paying for that. Orly needs help – isn’t there one decent, honest person with law experience out there who is willing to help her with this? Isn’t there one honest and decent person who sees what she is fighting for and is willing to give some of his/her time, talent and knowledge to help? Is the legal profession in this country as tainted and evil as so many say it is? Are they too stupid to see what she is fighting for, are they too greedy to give a little of themselves to save our country, or are they so apathetic that they would rather play golf?

    Orly has the evidence – a lot of it – and considering what the opposition has to offer this should be a slam-dunk case in an honest court. Millions of people support and believe in her and her case. All she needs is a little HONEST legal help and an HONEST judge to hear the evidence. Is that too much to ask?

    As usual I have said too much. As usual I am so angry!

    I read most of Lucas Smith’s filing. To me, it is full of irrelevant statements that really have no impact on the case. I get the feeling that Orly figured out that Smith was a plant and that’s why she didn’t give him the red carpet treatment that he expected.

    If Smith’s original sworn statement is false, then he will face perjury charges. As a convicted felon, he will most likely go to jail for a long time. If that statement is true and the document he has is really a copy of Obama’s BC, then it should still be entered into evidence.

    No one forced him to swear to that statement. And no one forced him to go to Kenya, if he did, to obtain Obama’s documentation. His affidavit is rambling, unfocused, defamatory, and obviously meant to impugn Orly’s reputation. I personally think he is an Obama plant, and I think there have been many of them along the way.

    The fact that Smith contacted U.S. attorney DeJute, who is working to defend Obama’s obfuscation of his records, shows that he was working for the other side. I agree with other posters here who have observed that he seems imbalanced and detached from reality. No one in his right mind would attest to obtaining a document of such importance, submit it to a court under penalty of perjury, and then come out on his YouTube channel with a totally different story.

    Calling DeJute “Honorable” is questionable, too. Anyone working on the taxpayers’ dime to help Obama create the crime of all time is not honorable.

    One more thing: I do believe that Orly might have obtained verification from the Mossad on Obama’s birth certificate. They know everything about everyone who could impact Israel. It was Israel Insider that first broke the story that Obama hadn’t been born in Hawaii as he had claimed.

Smith was right on the truth about Obama that is why they put him up to this. Get it. I mean come on really where did this Smith get all of this money to leave a travel trail from. And yes the judge should issue a warrant at once but he did not. That should tell you something. Why is the Obama team not hanging this guy out to dry??     It’s possible Marie has hit the nail squarely on the head. Lucas Smith is for sale to the highest bidder. If Obot’s offered him money to impeach himself as a witness, and if they offered him a way out of the perjury charges or personal lawsuits he may incur, he would take the money and run.

    I agree with you 100% when you say, “Orly has worked harder than any of us realize, and her passion for the truth is much more powerful than that of anyone else. She has an experience that none of us have, having lived under a communist regime, and knows better than most the ultimate result of Obama’s actions. In her desperation to stop our downward spiral she grabbed onto the first life raft that floated past, and now she is paying for that. Orly needs help – isn’t there one decent, honest person with law experience out there who is willing to help her with this? Isn’t there one honest and decent person who sees what she is fighting for and is willing to give some of his/her time, talent and knowledge to help? Is the legal profession in this country as tainted and evil as so many say it is? Are they too stupid to see what she is fighting for, are they too greedy to give a little of themselves to save our country, or are they so apathetic that they would rather play golf?

    Orly has the evidence – a lot of it – and considering what the opposition has to offer this should be a slam-dunk case in an honest court. Millions of people support and believe in her and her case. All she needs is a little HONEST legal help and an HONEST judge to hear the evidence.     And to everyone who is planning on growing their own food. This is off topic, I know, but important. Are you aware of the “new and improved seeds” that have been perfected by Monsanto? They are called HYBRID seeds and soon will be the only kind of seed available in the world. Hybrid seeds are sterile and the crop will yield little or no seed for next year’s crop. The small amount of seed you might get will produce a mutated crop. You need to buy HERITAGE seeds which are the old fashioned ones that will give you seed for next year’s crop. I may be overly paranoid, but it looks to me like this is part of the One World Order plan to control the food supply. You will only be allowed as much seed as the “powers” think you should have, and that will not be enough. I have had no success buying heritage seed off the shelf this year – it has to be ordered. You can find mail order houses on the internet but there aren’t very many of them. I am expecting heritage seed to disappear completely by next year or the year after so be sure to buy seed for everything you are ever going to want. It cannot be stored for very long, but you can grow a little of everything each year – at least enough to produce new seed for the following year.

    I expect our water to be rationed soon, too, since Obama now controls every lake, stream and puddle. Feeding our family is going to become our greatest challenge, and we are going to have to think creatively. We may end up having to re-plumb our houses so the bathtub/shower sinks, and washing machine water goes to the garden. We are strong, resourceful people and we will survive whatever is thrown at us. Generations before us did it, and we can, too. And be thankful there are still enough of us left who know how to survive on our own.

    So Smith was present at a meeting with the US Attorney’s to discuss scheduling on 9-10-09? And Charles Lincoln was there, too?

    Hasn’t anyone mentioned to Dr. Taitz that California Rule of Professional Responsibility 1-311(B)(3) prohibit Lincoln from doing such things? Dr. Taitz could get in trouble for that.

    And, are Dr. Taitz and Dr. Lincoln on the outs? Maybe Megan Ward can shine some light on this.

    Otherwise, of course, Lucas Smith’s scurrilous declaration deserves absolutely no credence. He is a little lying, felonious weasel who is unhappy his 15 minutes are up.

    Lucas Smith describes Orly as having a child’s attention span, but it is his own immature, self-centered, small mind that is so manifest is his Oct. 12 Declaration. He did a great service to this country by obtaining a copy of Obama’s 1961 Kenya birth certificate, but his ego-attachment to his success has now become an obstacle to the legal case against the Usurper.

    As an Orly donor, I am disappointed by some of Smith’s allegations, but Orly’s eating and sleeping behaviors are not on trial here. Her personality is not on trial here. It is Barry/Barack Sutero/Sotero/Soetero/Obuma’s eligibility for office that is on trial, and Orly deserves great credit for bringing the Pamela Barnett et al. case before the bar of justice for a trial of truth.

    Let us stay focused on the trial of truth and not be distracted by whatever play of human foibles that may unfold.

    Smith is so horrible that I can’t even use the words that I feel best describe him on this site.

    As many here know, I stopped supporting Orly a few months ago, mainly because of Lincoln. But the things Smith says are outrageous. They are vicious. They are purposely cruel and show Smith as the sociopath he is.

    Orly doesn’t deserve to be treated in such a manner and I sincerely hope she sues Smith. He didn’t just say these things in a court affidavit; he posted it all over the internet, and it is now circling in the media.

    Smith could care less about Obama. He is an opportunist of the worst kind, and tried to con Orly for $. Orly refused to pay his extortion and he writes and posts this “affidavit”. He is a sociopath. I sincerely hope that the court nails him and sends right back to prison. He previous stays obviously did nothing for him.

    I want to know more about any relationship between Lincoln and Smith. Smith just appeared from no where, right after Lincoln showed up to help Orly. This may just be a coincidence. But past behavior is a predictor of future behavior, and Lincoln is a felon. I think these two are trying to bring Orly down.

    No one in their right mind believes what Smith says about Orly in this affidavit. The courts will toss this affidavit.

    New England Patriot. Orly did not get the Kenyan BC from Mossad. Mossad is the equivalent to our CIA and FBI. Honestly, Mossad is NOT going to give Orly evidence. If they had, she would have affidavits from document analysts showing the Kenyan BC (first one) to be real. Mossad would find some American Ivy League Zionist to take this to court, not a lawyer who had never been in court before until 10 months ago, and who earned her law degree online at an uncredited law school and has an ex-felon for a law clerk. With the $$ Mossad has, they could hire someone and pay them millions to try the case. They would not give it to Orly and Lincoln. I believe that Lincoln was already helping Orly when she received the first Kenyan BC. More reason for Mossad to avoid Orly.

    Orly has provided NO forensic analysis of the Kenyan BC. Mossad could easily hire an American forensic specialist to analyze the Kenyan BC. That forensic analyst would never have to know that Mossad was behind this.

    If Mossad was behind this, Obama would be out of office by now. Mossad is that good. And they are too smart to trust a woman who hired a three times disbarred law clerk who is also a convicted felon.

    The Kenyan BC DID NOT come from Mossad.

    Orly and Lincoln made up just after the Oct 5 hearing and are now working together again.

    I personally believe there is no truth in what Lucas Smith has said as he is delusional at best.
