What did Orly file here?
The reason I ask is that it appears that the Affidavit had already been filed. Perhaps I’m missing something or not understanding something here.
In any event, this says it is a “tracsaction”. Not sure what that is.
Judicial notice is a rule in the law of evidence that allows a fact to be introduced into evidence if the truth of that fact is so notorious or well known that it cannot be refuted. This is done upon the request of the party seeking to have the fact at issue determined by the court. Matters admitted under judicial notice are accepted without being formally introduced by a witness or other rule of evidence, and even if one party wishes to lead evidence to the contrary.
For example, in an insurance claim for spoiled food from a blackout, the plaintiff would not be required to call witnesses to prove that there was no way to get power to run their freezers during the period in question.
Orly is probably submitting the news papers that have stated that Barack Obama was born in Kenya….just my guess though.
Orly filed an additional judicial notice affidavit from Inspector Susan Daniels pertaining to SS# obama.
i believe ms daniels is a private investigator….could be wrong ….but if it is …..this matter concerns social security numberss and their abuse
If that’s the case, it would be important to be clear for the reader that the fact in question would merely have to be the fact that the newspapers stated that Obama was Kenyan-born, not necessarily that Obama was, in fact, Kenyan-born.
This is an important distinction because this lower threshhold would be hard for the other side (being the Government itself thru the Dept. of Justice) to refute or even say there’s a guestion that the newspapers said what they said.
If so, this is, indeed, a very big day for Orly, for Alan Keyes et al, and for the American people.

While the posting is incompetent and confusing, read the excerpt:
“Document description:Affidavit Expanded affidavit by Susan Daniels- use of ss number of the deceased by Barack Obama”.
She is adding more discoveries of social security fraud by Ovomit…..using ss#s of deceased people.
It appears this deals with the fact that Obama illegally used multiple social security numbers, even of deceased. This is a big deal and she’s making note of it to bring this into the case.
perkins coie associate is now law clerking for judge carter as of october 1st. a former U.S. attorney in chicago was hired to perkins coie in 2007, no wonder the pat fitzgerald stuff per obama didnt go anywhere.
I believe this is a refile due to filer deficiencies even though the court/clerk’s order instructed Orly that “you need not take any action in response to this notice unless and until the court directs you to do so.”

Yep, its additional evidence of the SSN#s fruad committed by O. Dr. Taitz can proof fraud against her clients the issue of standing and juristiction, “go away”, as also the DOJ request for dismissal.
