The Miami-Herald is reporting that U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook filed a request last week in federal court seeking a temporary restraining order and status as a conscientious objector with the intent to stall and eventually prevent an upcoming deployment to Afghanistan.
In the 20-page document — filed July 8 with the United States District Court, Middle District of Georgia — Cook’s California-based attorney, Orly Taitz, asks the court to consider granting his client’s request based upon Cook’s belief that Barrack Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States and is therefore ineligible to serve as commander-in-chief of U.S Armed Forces.
Cook further states he “would be acting in violation of international law by engaging in military actions outside the United States under this President’s command, and that Plaintiff would thus be simultaneously unable to perform his duties in good Rule 65(b) Application for Temporary Restraining Order 22 conscience and yet be simultaneously subjecting himself to possible prosecution as a war criminal by the faithful execution of these duties.”
Cook received the orders mobilizing him to active duty on June 9, 2009. According to this document, which accompanies Cook’s July 8 application for a temporary restraining order, he has been ordered to report to MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Fla. on July 15. From there, the Florida resident will to go to Fort Benning, Ga., before deploying overseas.
A hearing to discuss Cook’s request for an injunction or temporary restraining order will take place in federal court Thursday at 9:30 a.m.
Some say that a TRO is not good in a UCMJ court, But the real issue is the Usurper C-in-C refuses to to acknowlege even basic Constitutional Law. This may also mean that the obama admin. will be setting a precedence with the Bush investigations. They are going to investigate the people who followed orders from the Bush admin. to see if crimes were committed. When it is discovered that Obama was never eligible to be president, the US citizens will be able to take all their asses (obama admin.) to court and prosecute them, for following his orders. So even if they decide to investigate Bush and his admin, the US Citizens will in turn be able to investigate and prosecute any in the obama admin. who may have committed treason to the US people and Constitution. Even if they don’t find any wrong doing by the Bush Admin., the US will still be able to investigate the obama admin.

Well as far as I see it, I am no lawyer, ever since the Comander in Chief is to be considered a usurper so after Barry Soetoro laind false claim on the Presidency, anybody taking orders of the usurper would do so illegally and by consequence any war conducted on orders of the ususrper would become an lllegal war.
In my own humble opinion however the troops cannot legally be held responsible the Joint Cjeifs of Staff however, as they should be considered aware of the fact that the usurper-in-chief is de facto acting unlawfully any time he is issueing orders, very well could be charged.

We are (family) currently going through harrassment by these pagans. But this is the kicker, I have called my cell carrier (fraud department) and they said they won’t investigate any time of phone cloning or signal interception (so what do they do? Right?). I have called the local and state FBI offices and they won’t investigate my case (EVEN in a case of identity theft, which is what I am going through). And lets not talk about going to the local police. Even a small town that I am in.
The mason’s are in your workplace and if someone or anyone asks for your personal info. Asking questions won’t settle. Simply refuse to give it. John McCain never was a legal, constitutional candidate for President. He was just as ineligible as Obama. It really doesn’;t matter what you believe to be true. it is the Facts based on the Constitution. If you believe we should follow the Constitution , then you have to with each candidate.
There is plenty of facts on the web to prove my point if you will only take the time to rtesearch without just stating your individual opinion.
Just because he was born of 2 American parents and served in the US Navy( in itself sure doesn’t make him eligible) doesn’t in itself make McCain a legal candidate.
The senate knew this and went so far in trying to pass a non-binding resolution in order to try and get around the requirement that He be born on American soil as defined in the Constitution and I believe the State dept. requirements. If he had been born in a Naval Hospital on a Base in Panama. he would have been eligible, but he wasn’t. The place he was born was not an authorized part of American soil as defined. Therefore he would only have been eligible if there was an amendment to the US Constitution ratified by the reqied number of States, I believe 3/4.
On the other hand, McCain would have been an equally worthless president as his beliefs are similiar to Obamas. He lost the Election the day he flew back to washington to Vote for the largest Pork spending bill in History.
Also, I had seen in an earlier post of yours that you labled McCain as a Christian. He has no record in his past of ever being one. As a Christian I can assure you he posesses absolutely no sign of being a friend to The Christian. His views are all based on Humanist views.

Arnold SCHWARTZENEGGER inherits of the Natural Born CItizenship of his Austrian parents, but by acquierring the US Citizenship he became a dual citizen or US Citizen by naturalization.

Read it and research and then talk to someone about the FACTS, not your phony beliefs.. Thank you, but capture wasn’t in the picture for a Florida boy (swamps are swamps), also the first time, we were 7th shot down out of the first 9 to go in, there were clouds of other helos. We weren’t on the ground long enough to get our stuff together when an empty C-model gun-ship landed to pick us up. I saw a Georgia kid, door-gunner, fumble the push pin to his M-60 swivel mount, stand up, jerk and break it. Engineers will say, can’t happen, but adrenolen is your friend. 2rd time was even less, got away, landed, crew-chief and I figured out the problem, called the gun-ships to relay to base for parts and oil, took about 30 minutes to get parts, fixed the thing and flew home. No hero, just country-boy mechanic.
John McCain didn’t have my support or options. It was unfair for me to even make a joking comparison.
But still, it doesn’t take alot of smarts to get your ass shot off, quite the contrary.

I had often thought about that after McCain was declared a hero for getting shot down. I just don’t have any experience as a pilot so it would not be right for me to voice my opinion over it. Now as an Artilleryman if I were to lose a howitzer I would feel pretty stupid.

Citizen at Birth (CAB) does NOT equal Natural Born Citizen (NBC)
While a natural born citizen is obviously a citizen at birth, not all citizens at birth are natural born citizens. The two legal terms of art are not identical and are not equal.
There is absolutely nothing in that U.S. Statute, USC Title 8 Section 1401, that grants “natural born citizenship” to anyone. The legal term of art “natural born citizen” is not even mentioned in that law. USC Section 1401 only determines by law who is a “citizen” or a “national” of the U.S. at birth, i.e., a basic “citizen at birth”. The Section 1401 law is a naturalization law which grants citizenship by law, not by nature. The legal term of art “citizen at birth” is not the same legally as the legal term of art “natural born citizen”. Simply note that in one case we are talking about who is at least an ordinary, basic “citizen” at birth with no adjectives in front of the word citizen, and in the other case we have two very important adjectives placed in front of the word citizen by the framers of the Constitution, i.e., “natural born” citizen. That specific type of citizenship and “legal term of art” was codified by Vattel in his legal treatise “The Law of Nations”, published in 1758, in which he said that … a natural born citizen is a person born in the country to parents who are both citizens of the country. And this group or class of citizens are the most populous group of any nation.
Most citizens of the USA are natural born citizens. Most citizens of the USA were born in the USA to two parents who were citizens of the USA. And that is the pool of citizens that must be chosen from for the singular most powerful office in our nation, the President and Commander-in-Chief of our military. Simple citizenship at birth by being born in the USA without regard to the citizenship status of both your parents … or by naturalization and swearing an oath to this country and renouncing all allegiances foreign kings, princes, and potentates later as an adult, is adequate for the offices of Senator, Representative, or a Governor of a state. But it is not sufficient to be the President under Article II, to Constitutional standards. Article II requires that the person to be eligible to be President must be a “natural born citizen”. And that means that person must be born in the USA … AND … both his parents must be citizens of the USA.
Natural born citizenship status in a nation is granted by the facts of nature of your birth. No law or statute is necessary to grant it. The nations can make any law they wish to make a person a citizen at birth or later. But natural born citizenship can only be conveyed by nature by the facts at birth of the child. If you are born in the country of two citizen parents you are “naturally” … a “natural born citizen” … a citizen too … but a specific kind of citizen who is eligible to be the President and Commander-in-Chief of our military since the child when born has sole allegiance to this country and there is no claim on him/her by a foreign country or power as to their citizenship at birth by that country too. Natural born citizens have unity of citizenship at birth. A natural born citizen is NOT a dual citizen at birth. A natural born citizen has no divided loyalty issues by his birth since the child was born in the country to two citizens of the country.

And natural born citizens are not rare in the USA. The natural born citizens are by far the most populous group in the nation. And it from this group, under Article II of our Constitution, we are to choose our President and Commander-in-Chief, the group with sole allegiance at birth to the USA and only the USA, not someone who has foreign and/or dual citizenship and divided loyalties at and by birth. Obama is not a natural born citizen of the USA and he is not eligible to be the President under Article II of our U.S. Constitution. He is a Usurper.
