U.S. House considers repealing 22nd Amendment that limits number of Presidents’ terms served…
Well, folks, you have not heard of this on the mainstream media, but that doesn’t surprise America’s right-thinking people.
The Bill, H.J. Res. 5, was referred to the House Committee on Judiciary in early January 2009 and then to the subcommittee on Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties on 2/9/09. This pending Bill proposes to REPEAL the law that limits the U.S. President’s terms in office to only two.
Personally, we don’t want to see a change where any President has unlimited terms….

This Bill has been introduced and is quietly working its way through channels… is anyone surprised?
If this were to be ratified, any person eligible to hold the office of President of the United States could hold it for as many terms as they were elected to….with the majority of the media still madly in love and refusing to admit any mistake on their part,20you could see how they could continue to destroy anyone who dares to challenge Obama’s “rule” over our Nation, just as they attacked Hillary, McCain, Palin, “Joe The Plumber” and everyone else who stood in his way during the campaign.
How it happened: earlier this year, Rep. Jose Serrano, (D-NY) introduced H. J. Res. 5, a Bill that would cancel our Constitution’s 22nd Amendment which prohibits a U.S. President from being elected to more than two terms in office, thus potentially paving the way to make Barack Obama the President for life.
Not surprisingly, the corporate media currently caught up in Obamamania has not covered this story.

Bush end up being the last true U.S. President?” asked Sher Zieve, writing for the Canadian Free Press on January 14. “As I warned you on multiple occasions prior to the November 2008 General Election, ‘once Obama is elected, we won’t be able to get rid of him.’ Tragically, this warning is now being realized. Not only has Obama established his election-fraud organization ACORN nationwide, his adherents have now begun the process to repeal the U.S. Constitution’s 22nd Amendment limiting his time in office.”
In addition to the obvious reasons that no one should tie up the office of President indefinitely, in the case of the present occupant this country can’t afford him!

It take 3/4 ratification of the States to amend the constitution or get rid of an amendment, which is technically amending the Constitution. It will never happen.

It takes an Amendment to repeal another Amendment. Like that’s going to happen with the states at proverbial battle for sovereignty with the feds…
Once illegal immigrants become legal. Once Acorn falsifies the census. Once Acorn provides more illegal votes, I feel the Amendment can pass due to the Obama love affair.
It’s true that the Constitution requires three fourths of the states to approve any change to it. The Constitution also requires a candidate for President to be a natural born citizen. The Constitution means nothing to this crowd.
Personally I think the easier course would be a manufactured crisis that leads to marshall law and the suspension of the rule of law for the duration (like maybe forever).
I agree that it is impossible to imagine 3/4 of the states ratifying this, but it is an excellent example of how out of touch the Belt-way mob are. They have no care or concern for the American people, or our Constitution. They have nothing but contempt for our history, free-market capitalism, or the concept of a Constitutional Republic. They see themselves as the new aristocracy, all-powerful leaders of a ‘Democratic’ mob-rule of idiot voters bought off by promises of unsustainable ‘entitlements’. They even call their unConstitutional commisars ‘czars’.
It is insane but true, an empty treasury printing fiat ‘money’, world-wide military commitments we can no longer afford, a suicidal immigration ‘policy’, endless Federal intervention in the economy, and a usurperous dictator acting as “President” that consistently encourages our enemies by word and deed. All the while trampling the rights and property, and corrupting the children, of the productive citizens.
Do any of you, fellow Patriots think they care a whit what is written in the Constitution? This socialist mob in Congress passes a ‘law’, the Usurper signs it, and a gelded Supreme Court does nothing. What could the law be? Possibly for a National referendum? With ACORN registering illegal aliens, dead people, and the never-existed as voters, how can they lose?
Who will enforce The Constitution? In what court?
Secession and/or revolution beckon stronger every day, but the egotistical idiots in Washington are blind and deaf, as well as running-dumb stupid.
This is wrong. What is wrong with those brain dead congressmen and Senators. Anyone need anymore reason to take them on.
I need your prayer for my Mother was rushed to the hospital July 4th 2009. She is having breathing problems. Please pray for to get better. I know the Lord is on her side. She has been prepared a head of time. I will be going back to the hospital this afternoon. Just wanted to ask everyone to pray that God give her a little more time.
