American Grand Jury “presentments” are formalized! - Bob Campbell
Hi Everyone,
From now on I will attempt to update the general public on the status of our Grand Jury presentments (indictments), court filings and the status of those filings. We expect activity to grow and results to happen. We would be wasting our time if we didn’t believe in this cause and our plan of action. Our goal has always been to get the indictment(s) and then find the courts to file those indictments with.
IMPORTANT: We do not publicize hearing dates for a reason and we will continue that policy as long as we build Grand Juries. Jury membership is private. We never give that information out. Even our “inter-group” mailing lists are private. Our deliberations and voting are done behind “password protected” websites. There is nothing unsual about this. This is the way a Grand Jury is supposed to operate.
The April 29th Presentments are in the finishing stages of being formalized. The final package for court filing is about 10 pages long. That sounds long, but in reality it is just right. There are lots of supporting paperwork that goes with it: evidence, or reference to evidence, a copy of the Treason complaint by the military officer making the accusation, logs (about 1500 pieces of communication in digital form), jury foreman verification of the presentments — details, details — and more! That is about all I can say publicly that is in the package. Everything has been preserved for integrity and credibility — the court should have no problem seeing what is being asked of them — that is to prosecute Obama on Fraud (Eligibility) and Treason.
The NEXT PHASE is critically important. We are looking for the warriors now! The Grand Jury did its job. Now we need American Grand Jury Representatives to file the Presentments far and wide — that would be with any court that has a front door, specifically any court that is local or State in jurisdiction. We don’t care much about Federal courts at this point — they work for Obama. This is a “we the people” movement and the States will be taking notice. The Constitution guarantees us the right to peaceable assemby and the grand jury. Your job is to recognize those rights and act upon them.

It is heartening to see that so many of us are working so hard to save our Republic.
GOP is another story.
If only the GOP are not so blind to the reality and stop their ‘ business as usual’ despite all our shouts and pleas! When are they going to wake up?
Case in point, PA Republican Party is endorcing a ‘moderate’ candidate (Ridge?) instead of a conservative (Toomey) for the senate seat vacated by Specter. They still have not learned from this recent slap in the face episode by Spector.
In NJ, they are endorcing the ‘democrat-look-alike’ Christie to be the governor, rather than Lonegan the conservative!

I encourage everyone to read the CP platform and join, if you feel it can be your new party. It is the only one that’s pro life, pro Constitution, Pro Amendment II, pro Amendment X, anti illegal immigration, anti undeclared wars, anti UN, and anti NAFTA/GATT.
The CP is also the only party who wants to get rid of the Federal Reserve and personal income tax at the same time.
I hate to say this njresident, but I don’t even think there is such a thing as a conservative in office anymore.
The Dems in office aren’t really Liberals anymore, and the Conservatives aren’t really conservatives.
One is socialists, and one is Liberal.. ( Moderate) It’s taken them many years to achieve this, but I believe they have finally got rid of all the true conservatives in Washington. And the only “True” conservatives that actually is/was one, they’ve attacked, and attacked, and attacked them…. Who ? Sarah Palin, and Alen Keyes…..
Now this is a good pair for President and VP…
And btw…. To those who still aren’t getting the importance of why this fight is so important…. I say this….
There are many people involved in the fight to return our country to a sovereign nation and there are many people who are just plain sick and tired of the “governmental” controls placed on our every day lives.
The “government” controls our lives via taxation, schools, levies, traffic tickets, code enforcement, licensing, permits, registrations, inspections, the mails, banking, child protective services, airport “in”-security, etc.
They listen to our telephone conversations, watch us on the streets, read our e-mails, rifle through our trash, and now they can come into our homes without a search warrant, through cable boxes, monitors, and even when we’re not home using Homeland Security.
They want to - own our children, keep tabs on our movements, put chips in us to keep us in line, and take our freedom to disagree away. Troops are already being trained to stop us on the highways and demand to see our “papers please.” But ask the man that wants to enforce these same laws on us to produce a birth certificate that doesn’t look like it was made by a photoshop employee, and you get a million dollar refusal.
Wake Up America - the time to say no more is here.
The Grand Jury has more legitimaty than a person that is not a Nat. Born Citizen, but holds the Office of President.
More legitimacy also than John ROBERTS, that administred the Oath, aknowledging that the person was prohibited by the US Constitution to be eligible to take the Oath of President.
It seems as if the Republicans want to implode. Anyone with half a brain should have been able to figure out why so many of them were voted out in 2006 and 2008, even a few good ones. They apparently exist just to prop up the Democrats, so that means they are in collusion with them on the NWO and everything else.
They care nothing for our sovereignty, nothing for our prosperity, only for their own pensions once they retire. It is an elite club that knows they can’t be sued for whatever evil they are voting on and doing to our country. All of them are shameful. It became obvious during this election that there is absolutely no difference between them.
No one stands on principle anymore, and neither party should survive. People need to give up hoping that the Republican Party will return to being a constitutional party; it won’t, because it doesn’t want to. They are just as morally bankrupt as the Democrats.

For immediate release… 5/1/09 Everyone seeing this needs to call the Tennessee US Attorneys office and demand ACTION, further, all Circuit court Judges who we serve our indictments to need to be handed a copy of this Criminal Complaint. Our Government is sitting on this. Failure to act means they are complicit.

The Secret Service from Knoxville showed up at the Commander’s home 2 days later March 19th…He showed them all the documents. They were cordial….and wished him well……..They know the Commander has standing or they would have arrested him on the spot…….This puts aka obama in a very hard spot..he has to prove he is legitimate in that the Commander was NOT and HAS NOT BEEN ARRESTED…..IT IS NOW ON DELAY AND STALL STATUS…..spread this all over the net……exposure is necessary !!!!!! We need this before the DEPT OF JUSTICE !!!!
