To Any and All Interested Parties,
As an active-duty Officer in the United States Army, I have grave concerns about the constitutional eligibilty of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the Office of President of The United States. He has absolutely refused to provide to the American public his original birth certificate, as well as other documents which may prove or disprove his eligibility. In fact, he has fought every attempt made by concerned citizens in their effort to force him to do so.
Until Mr. Obama releases a “vault copy” of his original birth certificate for public review, I will consider him neither my Commander in Chief nor my President, but rather, a usurper to the Office - an impostor.
My conviction is such that I am compelled to join Dr. Orly Taitz’s lawsuit, as a plaintiff, against Mr. Obama. As a citizen, it pains me to do this, but as an Offficer, my sworn oath to support and defend our Constitution requires this action.
I joined the Army at age 40, after working in Iraq as a contractor with KBR in ‘05/’06. I chose to work with KBR to support my troops and then left that lucrative position when the Army raised it’s maximum enlistment age to 40. Upon completion of Basic Training, I entered Officer Candidate School and commissioned as a 2LT in August 2007. After completing the subsequent Basic Officer Leadership courses, I was assigned to Ft. Knox and shortly therafter deployed to Balad, Iraq. I was promoted to 1LT on Feb. 2, 2009 and I have approximately five months remaining of our fifteen month deployment.
I implore all Service-members and citizens to contact their Senators and Representatives and demand that they require Mr. Obama prove his eligibility. Our Constitution and our great nation must not be allowed to be disgraced.

We need to get more military members to join this brave man. As more soldiers find out, more will join his action. It may take thousands of soldiers in the action to unmask the fraud.
Every member of the US Armed Forces has the duty to demand proofs of eligibility to hold the Office of Commander in Chief, and to demand special investigation of the category of citizenship that is required by the US Constitution.
That don’t means desobey to orders but apply the Supreme Law.
The citizenship of the US Armed Forces’ members is asked to every member and it is a different matter that the qualifications of a Presidential Candidate.
It is a matter of production of “business records”.
The Martial Court and Dod have the power to make transparency about the “business records” of the Commander in Chief.
All Commanders in Chief of the History of the USA were Natural Born Citizens.

Whats going to happen to him…I pray that He is removed from office Kicking and screaming as they drag him to the van….Will he get away with the treasonous crimes committed in this country..?
Does anyone know what kind of punishment will come from his actions…….I think he should sit in a Cell for life w/o parole or pardon…….pay Billions in fines and face a possible of the D penalty….. Treason is a very serious crime and all of this adds up to treason….Especially the release of Gitmo Prisoners( they are dangerous terrorists and he wants them freed in the US, free to do what they want ) all of his recent actions are that of a very unstable psychopath and if we were attacked with a nuclear strike, I’m sure it wouldn’t even phase him in the least because…”He gets to live”
I seriously doubt that he will even see 1 minute of a Jail cell if he is found Guilty of treason, fraud, perjury because Biden will Pardon him 1 second after he is found guilty and prepped for transfer to a federal prison, Biden will pardon and Commute his sentence w/o batting an Eye

Am not promoting my book but seeking to also gather veteran support for the present effort to petition the possible fraud holding the office of president, perhaps Lt Easterling, Dr Taitz, Alan Keyes and many others can help in gathering veteran support of all branches of the military who gave it all and will not have our sacrifices cheapened by a bleeping communist.

Army Officer Defies Obama
A U.S. Army officer, on active duty in Iraq, has called President Obama an “impostor” in a statement in which he affirmed plans to join in, as plaintiff, a challenge to Obama’s eligibility to be commander in chief.
“Lt. Scott Easterling, a retired US Army Sergeant Firs Class, wrote in a “to-whom-it-may-concern” letter, “As an active-duty officer in the United States Army, I have grave concerns about the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of President of the United States.”
Obama “has absolutely refused to provide to the American public his original birth certificate, as well as other documents which may prove or disprove his eligibility,” Easterling continued. “In fact, he has fought every attempt made by concerned citizens in their effort to force him to do so.”

Now, this one is interesting. When Easterling refuses to obey a “lawful order” of a superior officer, he will be subject to court martial under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). This is what Easterling seeks.
As a defendant he will definitely have “standing” to subpoena individuals, records and documents for his defense.
This guy is putting his personal freedom and career on the line to force this issue. He is a patriot.
