DEFENDANT’S (Astrue-Obama) OPPOSITION TO PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
INTRODUCTION
On August 30, 2011, this Court granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment and dismissed with prejudice plaintiff’s claim under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 522 (“FOIA”). See Dkt. 34. Plaintiff had sought information relating to individuals’ social-security numbers, in particular the redacted Form SS-5 for the living individual who holds the social security number xxx-xx-4425. The Court held that the Social Security Administration (“SSA”) conducted an adequate search for documents in response to plaintiff’s FOIA request and disclosed all responsive documents that are not exempt from release. See Dkt. 33. The Court concluded that the SSA properly withheld the single redacted Form SS-5 under exemption 6 of FOIA, because “[d]isclosure of the requested Form SS-5 would implicate a substantial privacy interest while serving no public interest cognizable under FOIA.” Id. at 8.

I just read an article regarding a debate going on in Liberia about Presidential and Vice-Presidential eligibility requirements. The issue is whether the residency has to be immediately before the election. The article may be read at http://allafrica.com/stories/201109200851.html.
The President or Vice-President eligibility requirements in Liberia are: (1) being a natural born citizen 35 years or more, (2) 10 years residence in Liberia 10 years prior to elections; (3) owner of unencumbered real property worth not less than 25,000; and (4) President and Vice-President must not come from the same county.

(Sep. 21, 2011) — Last year, Barack Obama made what must be the most dubiously ironic statement in history: “The only people who don’t want to disclose the truth are people with something to hide.” This, from a person whose entire life seems to be purposely hidden from even the most assiduous scrutiny; and, it appears to have been kept that way at great expense and vast assistance. At the heart of this clandestine artifice are two institutions in Honolulu that are purportedly part of the Obama nativity narrative; however, they both appear either unwilling or unable to corroborate the veracity of their inclusion in that story to any degree of comfortable certainty. A recent visit to both the Kapiolani Medical Center and the Department of Health in Honolulu revealed little more than the furtive mystery that has been characteristic of all things Obama.

Another Hawaii source with inside knowledge has asserted that Obama supporters placed a forged 1961 long-form birth certificate in the vault of the Hawaii Department of Health.
Talk-radio host and former Nixon White House operative G. Gordon Liddy told WND that one of his trusted informants in Hawaii reported to him that while the document was forged recently, there may have been tampering with official Obama birth records as far back as 1978.
Liddy’s warning came in response to WND reports that Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is mobilizing a law enforcement unit with the authority to investigate allegations that the Obama birth certificate released by the White House April 27 is a forgery.

Famous Arizona lawman responds to citizen request to probe president

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona has constituted a special law enforcement posse to investigate allegations brought by members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party that the birth certificate Barack Obama released to the public April 27 might be a forgery, WND has learned.
The posse, under the authority of Arpaio’s office, will consist of two former law enforcement officers and two retired attorneys, headed by Michael Zullo, a retired police detective originally from Bergen County, N.J.

(Sep. 14, 2011) — Many of you have received Malware messages when trying to access The Post & Email since yesterday, September 13, 2011.
We have someone working on the problem now, but it will take many hours to repair the damage done by, most likely, Obama’s attack squad. If the trojan or Malware was planted by one of them, it shows that we indeed living in a Soviet-style gulag, as has been contended in many of our articles. If we cannot speak out against the corruption that we find, what do we have left?

We spent a very long (and hot) day talking with many people on the island and filming several scenes with the “big check” that will be compiled into a video once we get home. There was one conversation, however, that I want to share with you tonight. We spent at least a couple hours at the Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children today. I got a call this morning from a reporter with the Honolulu Civil Beat who wanted to interview us, so he met us at the Medical Center. His story should run tomorrow.
After that interview, we went into the records office, and Miki asked to file a form to get her son’s birth records. While she was filling out the form, I happened to overhear a woman who was sitting at a desk say something about the “race” field on a birth certificate she was preparing. I asked her if this was the office that responsible for filling out the birth certificate information for babies born there, and she said that it was.
