WASHINGTON – Donald Trump today issued a written statement to the leftist Mother Jones magazine and other news outlets denying he told Jerome Corsi, author of a new bestselling book about Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility, he suspected the birth certificate released by the White House is fraudulent.
Trump also said he had not read Corsi’s book, “Where’s the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible To Be President,” despite having his staff sign a non-disclosure agreement to get the book three weeks before it was released May 17.
Trump does not deny calling Corsi this week but claims in his statement it was only to congratulate him on the sales of his book.

And, yes, the controversy continues each day to grow more problematic for Mr. Obama following his “release” of a “picture” of what he claims is his “original Hawaiian birth certificate.” To paraphrase one of the crewmen from the new “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie, the issue has been “zombiefied,” seemingly dead and buried, but still skulking around, terrorizing the White House and its occupants.

Preface
Recently, I closed my blog out-of-the-blue and without a clear stated reason. However, I did have a compelling reason for my decision to close shop, and it fit the dramatic blog entry I left announcing that decision. The truth is, I emailed Loretta Fuddy, Acting Director for the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH) earlier the same day I announced that I was closing my blog; and I felt (and still feel) that the content of that email led to the event which prompted me and my husband to have a conversation about the future of this blog and my ‘hobby.’ In that email to Ms. Fuddy, I demonstrated that the document alleged to have been President Obama’s ‘Certification of Live Birth’ (COLB), which was photographed by Factcheck.org, in 2008, was not a legally certified copy of a vital record issued by the Hawaii Department of Health. I also pointed out to Ms. Fuddy that there was really no arguing this fact, and no way to effectively bury the kind of proof I had accumulated. I also bluntly suggested she was foolish for having gotten involved in this controversy. And, I asked one remaining question of Ms. Fuddy, but I didn’t honestly expect her to answer it – and it didn’t matter to me if she did.

Quick and to the point; according to Hawaiian law sb1326 any Law Enforcement Officer in the United States can access the vital statistics of the Hawaiian Government. Below is an excerpt from the Hawaiian law that regulates the release of records to law enforcement officers. Many people are very frustrated about Obama’s many secrets. As far as I know no one has attempted to obtain the birth records as part of an ongoing criminal investigation of election fraud. I think this should at least be attempted.
