SANTA ANA — Even though President Barack Obama released his full birth certificate Wednesday, two Southland attorneys who sued in federal court in Santa Ana to challenge his citizenship continued to raise questions.

Attorneys Gary Kreep and Orly Taitz, who sued in federal court, will continue to press their cases in oral arguments scheduled for Monday morning in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Pasadena. U.S. District Judge David O. Carter dismissed their lawsuit in October 2009, ruling the courts are not the proper place to challenge a president’s election.

Obama Releases His Alleged Long Form Certificate of Live Birth But He’s Still Not a Natural Born Citizen

On December 20, 2008, I published an essay entitled, The Two Constitutional Obstacles that Obama Has to Overcome to Be President, accessed at http://puzo1.blogspot.com/2008/12/two-constitutional-obstacles-obama-has.html.  I explained that Obama has to first conclusively show that he was born in Hawaii. Having done that, he must still show that he is an Article II “natural born Citizen” which is a child born in the country to citizen parents. I also explained that Obama may be able at some point to show that he was born in Hawaii, which would make him a “citizen” under the Fourteenth Amendment, but that he would not be able to show that he is an Article II “natural born Citizen.”

IF THE RECORDS WEREN’T THERE, WHERE DID THEY COME FROM?

(Apr. 29, 2011) — In July 2009, CNN President Jon Klein stated that the vital records belonging to Barack Hussein Obama could not be obtained because the Hawaii Department of Health had discarded original paper birth records in 2001.

Klein told some members of the staff of “Lou Dobbs Tonight” that no one should have a “legitimate beef” over Obama’s failure to release his birth certificate because it was no longer available.

However, the website for the Hawaii Department of Health mentions releasing “certified copies” of paper documents to eligible requesters, not electronic documents which would occur in a paperless environment.

A statement from Barack Obama’s half-sister has at least cast a shadow of doubt on the legitimacy of the “Certificate of Live Birth” document that was released by the White House this week in an attempt to stifle questions about his eligibility, by referencing his apparent adoption by her father, Indonesian Lolo Soetoro.

On a Facebook page, Maya Soetoro-Ng wrote to a woman who had met her in Hawaii after Madelyn Dunham, the mother of ObamStanley Ann Dunham Soetoro and grandmother to both Maya and Barack, passed away in 2008.

Soetoro-Ng was objecting to having a conversation with a critic of her half-brother, and said she had been misquoted as saying her whole family was Muslim.

She wrote, “I did not say my brother was a Muslim. I did say that I was more philosophically Buddhist. I told you that you were upsetting me. You said that you were not trying to upset me but wanted to know the truth about (Raila) Odinga (a Muslim for whom Barack Obama campaigned in the 2007 presidential race in Kenya). I told you I didn’t know who that was and had never met him. You mentioned the adoption laws of Indonesia that you saw as related to my brother’s legitimacy (you were suggesting that because my father, his stepfather, had adopted him, that my brother was no longer American) and I said that I had no idea about Indonesian adoption law.”

Last July we published a full-length interview in which Dr. Polland detailed why he was positive that the Certification of Live Birth posted online by Factcheck.org in 2008 and pictured at right was a forgery.

I predicted multiple times that President Obama would produce the original long form birth certificate when it best served him to do so. Today that prophecy was fulfilled. I have always maintained that the birth certificate issue was a red herring smoke screen protecting Obama from facing the true issue of his ineligibility – dual nationality.

Today, Barack Obama blinked – releasing birth records he has hired lawyers to prevent the public from seeing, even at the expense of allowing U.S. Army Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin to be court-martialed and sent to prison for having dared ask questions the White House until now has resolutely dismissed with ridicule and disdain.

A key problem for Obama is that birth certificates issued to twin girls born one day later at Kapi’olani hospital, the Nordykes, are the Rosetta Stone of deciphering both Obama’s previously released short-form Certification of Live Birth and the newly released purported copy of his long-form birth certificate.

Before Tim and I proceeded with the treason complaint two years ago, we did everything we thought we needed to do to make the complaint, and we gave other people the opportunity to do it before Tim and I did.  We wrote to the Electoral College and got no response.  We made phone calls; we looked for this wherever we could find some way to answer it.  Then, in the meantime, we had reports coming out of Kenya that Mr. Obama was being celebrated there as a national hero because he’s just been elected President of the United States.

There were the radio talk show hosts who got a hold of that ambassador who said, “Oh, yes, we have a monument to him here,” and then later, it was reported that when Obama ran for the Senate, the Nigerian Observer announced that Kenyan-born Senator Obama was likely to win the presidency.  So Tim and I had done everything that we thought we needed to do to confirm the fact that Mr. Obama was a foreign-born domestic enemy, and when we said “foreign-born,” we pointed to Mombasa, Kenya.
