The former senior Hawaii elections official that stated that Barack Obama was not born in Hawaii and does not have a long-form birth certificate has given another interview to World Net Daily. Mr. Adams reports that he’s now the victim of a vicious smear campaign to discredit him, which is threatening his position as an instructor at Western Kentucky University. Mr. Adams also reports that he was contacted by Fox News for a possible appearance.

Department of Justice attorney J. Christian Adams has now officially resigned over Obama’s racist refusal to allow the prosecution of armed Black Panthers who openly intimidated voters during Election 2008.
In a letter to the Washington Times, he called the case “the simplest and most obvious violation of federal law” he had ever seen in his entire career at the Justice Department and condemned Obama’s bigoted, dishonest handling of the case as “corrupt” and “indefensible.”

Based on my firsthand experiences, I believe the dismissal of the Black Panther case was motivated by a lawless hostility toward equal enforcement of the law. Others still within the department share my assessment. The department abetted wrongdoers and abandoned law-abiding citizens victimized by the New Black Panthers. The dismissal raises serious questions about the department’s enforcement neutrality in upcoming midterm elections and the subsequent 2012 presidential election.

The Supreme Court ruling in a Chicago gun ban case that found individuals across the nation do, under the Constitution, have a right to bear arms has opened the door for a long list of legal challenges to city, county and other rules and regulations that now may infringe of the 2nd Amendment, according to several civil rights organizations.
“This kind of flips the burden onto the government and legislatures to show why they need to restrict what the court has already said is an individual right,” John Velleco, the director of federal affairs for Gun Owners of America, told WND today after the high court’s decision was released.

Allegedly, there exists some Adam’s family, and Lee family papers that have not been seen by the general public, that prove the framers got their definition and understanding of a natural born citizen from Vattel’s work.
When might they, or other documents, be published?
The country is devolving by the day now.

Earlier this month, Governor Jan Brewer sat in the Oval Office with President Barack Obama to discuss the critical issue of border security. The Governor personally related to the President the concerns of millions of Arizonans over the lack of security on Arizona’s southern border. During their visit, President Obama committed to present details, within two weeks of their meeting, regarding his plans to commit National Guard troops to the Arizona border and commit to spend $500 million in additional funds on border security.
Governor Brewer remains eager to receive the specific details of President Obama’s border security plans. She continues to extend an invitation to the President to visit with families living along the southwestern border and see the situation firsthand.

TEL AVIV – A scholar and charity head appointed to President Obama’s White House Fellowships Commission served as a point man in granting $49.2 million in startup capital to an education reform project founded by Weather Underground terrorist William Ayers and chaired by Obama.
Documentation shows the White House fellow, Vartan Gregorian, was central in Ayers’ recruitment of Obama to serve as the first chairman of the project, the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, or CAC – a job in which Obama worked closely on a regular basis with Ayers.
Obama also later touted his job at the CAC as qualifying him to run for public office, as WND previously reported.
Obama wants to slap a 0.15 percent tax on the liabilities of the biggest U.S. financial institutions to recoup the costs to taxpayers of the financial bailout.
Obama is urging Congress to take up his proposal for a $90 billion, 10-year tax on banks as the next step in reform.
“We need to impose a fee on the banks that were the biggest beneficiaries of taxpayer assistance at the height of our financial crisis — so we can recover every dime of taxpayer money,” Obama said in his weekly radio and Internet address.
