Some of the first acts of the new presidential administration make it clear that there has been a dramatic change in the way that traditional religious faith is going to be handled at the White House. For example, when the new White House website went public immediately following the inauguration, it dropped the previously prominent section on the faith-based office.

A second visible change was related to hiring protections for faith-based activities and organizations. On February 5, President Obama announced that he would no longer extend the same unqualified level of hiring protections observed by the previous administration but instead would extend those traditional religious protections to faith-based organizations only on a “case-by-case” basis. ¹

Significantly, hiring protections allow religious organizations to hire those employees who hold the same religious convictions as the organization. As a result, groups such as Catholic Relief Services can hire just Catholics; and the same is true with Protestant, Jewish, and other religious groups. With hiring protections, religious groups cannot be forced to hire those who disagree with their beliefs and values – for example, Evangelical organizations cannot be required to hire homosexuals, pro-life groups don’t have to hire pro-choice advocates, etc.

It is difficult these days not to come upon some pessimistic patriotic commentator expressing the fear that something called “martial law” may soon be imposed on this country, as the General Government’s response to a new “terrorist attack”, or to the economic and social chaos arising out of a collapse of the monetary and banking systems, or to some other dire event that frightens hapless Americans into trading a sure and certain loss of their liberties for a dollop of conjectural safety.

Whether or not the military personnel are following some specific “code of military law”, “martial law” in this sense purports to set aside the Constitution and all of the other “Laws of the Union” and to substitute therefore the orders of officers in the Armed Forces.

An optimistic patriot might scoff at such fears. But both pessimists and optimists typically share the same implicit first premise: namely, that the form of “martial law” they have in mind is legitimate. Most of the time, this is a rather glaring and dangerous error.

In legal analysis, definitions of terms make all the difference. And “martial law” can be defined in at least four ways:

·First, the term could denote the law that Congress may enact for governance of the Armed Forces and “the Militia of the several States”. This kind of “martial law” is plainly legitimate, because the Constitution delegates to Congress the powers “[t]o make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces” and “[t]o provide * * * for governing such Part of the[ Militia of the several States] as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States, respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress”. [U.S. Const. art. I, § 8, cls. 14 and 16.] With respect to “the land and naval Forces” such “martial law” applies at all times. With respect to the Militia, it applies only when the latter have been “call[ed] forth * * * to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”. [U.S. Const. art. I, § 8, cl. 15.]

With respect to everyone else, though, it applies not at all. This absolute separation the Fifth Amendment confirms: “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger”. “Martial law” (in this first sense), which may (but need not necessarily) dispense with “Grand Jur[ies]”, applies only to “the land and naval forces” and to the Militia in time of “War” (“repel[ling] Invasions”) or “public danger” (“execut[ing] the Laws of the Union” and “suppress[ing] Insurrections”), and to no one else.

New evidence has surfaced, thanks to the Attorney General’s war on the CIA, confirming what most already know. Nancy Pelosi is a hypocritical liar.

Remember last April when Nancy Pelosi was cornered exposing her hypocrisy on the enhanced interrogation techniques used against terrorists? She had been crying how evil Bush was and pretending she was in the dark on the issue. The CIA let the world know she had been briefed on the techniques and that they were being used. She claimed the CIA was lying.

“In that or any other briefing we were not, and I repeat, were not told that waterboarding or any of these other enhanced interrogation techniques were used. What they did tell us is that they had some legislative counsel opinions that they could be used.”

Uh oh! Documented evidence has surfaced! In a report given to congress by the National Intelligence Director this week, on September 4th 2002 Nancy Pelosi was briefed. Her name is in the column stating:

Dear Dr. Orly Taitz,

As you well may know I have always been one of your staunchest supporters and believed in your dedication and patriotism. Still I believe that you have in yourself to be The Lady Liberty who can be instrumental in Taking America Back for our children and grandchildren for generations to come. One nation under God built on the foundations laid out in our Constitution inspired and bestowed on us by our Savior.

Unfortunately however it is my strong impression that certain things are not as they seemed and serious questions have arisen in regards to alliances and orientation which now are causing some serious cracks in our ranks that will be exploited by the conspirators of tyranny and usurpation in order to get away with establishing the rule of no other than Satan. Unity within the ranks of the patriots is essential as the battle we are waging for the survival of our Constitutional Republic is not only the hardest we ever had to fight, it is a battle which we can and may not loose as it is for our survival as a free and Christian nation. Without wanting to dramatize this battle is between the Sons and Daughters of Light and Darkness.

Both myself and a large number of outstanding patriots placed all their trust in you and have been praying for you to overcome. Fort that reason I and many others are deeply saddened about a number of inconsistencies in respect to both the legal approach as to alliances the latter for example in respect to Charles Lincoln who has a proven criminal track record and who seems to have a detrimental influence on your often times failure to understand and/or apply the rudimentary rules of law. Let me point and the fact that in case of two plaintiffs their Attorney didn’t sign the motion, now I am not in the position to reach a conclusion or make any statements in respect to their motivation but the fact that the situation lead to dismissal should and could have been avoided.

The fact that obviously the Connie Rhodes motion was a straight copy of the Maj. Cook motion without it even been proofread ( the he was a she) shows a very serious lack of preciseness that directly caused it to be denied. I like to e a straight arrow so I will just ask whether this kind of oversights are not the resultant of either intentionality or serious distraction caused by say other priorities in the case of Charles Lincoln. Please tell me that this is not so.

Whatever I would urge you to get rid of Charles Lincoln as having a convicted criminal as assistant and ally further damages your and our cause and gives credence to attacks by our enemies and by that furthers the cause of the criminal conspirators of tyranny and usurpation that are destructing our Constitutional Republic in order to establish a satanic One World Government. Of course I cannot judge and convict Mr. Charles Lincoln purely on the basis of his past behavior, although given his track record some serious clarifications in respect to the foreclosure thing would certainly be appropriate, but given the stakes it is essential and unavoidable for you to sack him as your assistant/associate. In fact if he would truly be a patriot and committed to the Country he would have resigned a long time ago as also he must be aware of the fact that due his past he is a liability. Clearly he didn’t.

Forgive me for being this straight and direct, I have no choice as it is the Country at stake which doesn’t allow me to be considerate and diplomatic. Therefore I call on you to answer to this open letter and hopefully straighten things out.

We know for a fact that Obama’s father was a UKC citizen and never became a US citizen and was never permanently domiciled in the US.  As to Obama’s mother, everyone has always assumed she was a US citizen at the time of Obama Jr.’s birth.

But it’s very possible Stanley Ann Obama was not a US citizen by the time Obama was born.

The British Nationality Act of 1948 established Barack Obama Sr. as a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies.  But as to the relevance of the BNA 1948 to Obama’s mother, please take a look at Section “6(2)”:

(2) Subject to the provisions of subsection (3) of this section, a woman who has been married to a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies shall be entitled, on making application therefor to the Secretary of State in the prescribed manner, and, if she is a British protected person or an alien, on taking an oath of allegiance in the form specified in the First Schedule to this Act, to be registered as a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies, whether or not she is of full age and capacity.

How do we know Stanley Ann Obama didn’t avail herself -  after she was married, but before Obama Jr. was born -  of the BNA 1948 by registering to be a UKC citizen?

Back on July 8, 2008, I had originally reported a story by WND wherein Mr. Obama had referenced Jakarta, Indonesia as “my old home town.” In that posting, I also referenced the following picture by Tatan Syuflana (an Indonesian reporter and photographer) of Mr. Obama’s registration card at Indonesia’s Fransiskus Assisi Catholic school:

To date, the White House has remained silent on the fact that the document shows “Barry Soetoro’s” citizenship as being Indonesian.

I’m just the messenger on this one .. people need to see both sides to make a justifiable conclusions for themselves. I have my own opinion. You may have to turn this one up a bit, sometimes hard to hear Mr. Smith, but overall does pretty-well with the presentation.

Also, Sync1959 .. you were right in saying you thought it was a “Xerox” copy. Unless, of course, Mr. Smith has been reading this blog, but you only posted that here that i know of, and am pretty-sure
Mr. Smith doesn’t read or has visited this blog.

In any case, that is something else that seems logical and Mr. Smith verfies that as to why the copy is of the Footprint is darker.

Should you think it useful, you may include me as a plaintiff in any suit that you file. I cannot, however, appear in person other than for anything local in the Tampa, FL area because of heavy (if petty) demands on my time (many animals/pets that I have to care for, like a farmer, that keep me tied down these days — no complaint, for I love and enjoy them, but a reality). You have done and are doing a superb job in legal efforts to protect the US Constitution against fraud and resultant tyranny. It is ironic but understandable that you a former subject of communist despotism should as an American citizen lead the battle in defense of our Constitutional representative government against a usurper led or abetted growing socialist tyranny that many of our fellow citizens seem not to recognize. You know the face of the enemy, while most of our people do not. We American people overall do not begin to understand or appreciate what you are doing for us. I do. You have the strength of moral right and the letter of the Constitution on our side, and eventually, you will prevail. Thank you for your courage, patriotism and zeal in addressing what appears to be a horrendous political crime against our republic.

Plaintiff Captain Dr. Connie Rhodes has received what appear to be facially valid orders mobilizing her to active duty with the United States Army in Iraq on September 5th, 2009 (Exhibit A). Captain Rhodes is both a US army officer and a medical doctor, a flight surgeon. On May 15th of this year 501 brigade out of Fort Campbell, KY, currently stationed in Iraq, has requested a support of medical personal in Iraq. Two days ago, August the 23rd, an order was given through the chain of command via e-mail for Captain Rhodes to arrive in San Antonio TX, Fort Sam Houston for Tactical Combat Medical Care Course (TCMC) to be held from August 30th till September 4t and next day, on September the 5th to arrive in Fort Benning in Columbus GA for immediate deployment to Iraq for a period of one year and twelve days from September 5th, 2009 until September 17th 2010. Captain Dr. Connie Rhodes wants to serve her country and fulfill her tour of duty, however as a US army officer and a medical doctor she has severe reservations regarding legitimacy of Barack Obama as the Commander in Chief and repercussions of her service under his orders, particularly in light of mounting evidence of him having allegiance to other Nations and citizenship of Kenya, Indonesia and Great Britain.

Warns disclosing where money went would cause ‘irreparable harm’

The Federal Reserve Board, despite being ordered to disclose to whom it awarded roughly $2 trillion in discount “stimulus” loans, is fighting to keep the information under wraps as a protected “trade secret.”

Earlier this week, a U.S. district court judge rejected the Fed’s argument that the names of borrowers are exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act and ordered the board to release the information by Monday, Aug. 31.

The Fed’s board of governors, however, has now filed a motion asking the judge to delay enforcement of the order, seeking time to appeal and arguing that disclosing which banks borrowed the funds could lead to a backlash from the banks’ customers and stockholders.

Barack Obama is being hailed by his supporters as one of the greatest leaders to ever guide America. He is the voice of hope and change that this county is dying for. Unfortunately, when you look past the side issues and media hype, you discover that there is little meaning to his rhetoric. He is controlled by the same corporate and globalist interests that Bush and Clinton were controlled by. He is a C.F.R. puppet and it is very dangerous to blindly support him. For the record, I hated Bush too.

The false left right paradigm is what got us here in the first place. If you strongly support Barack Obama, please watch this video and comment on how you feel. Give it one star if you want, I don’t care. Just think for yourself.
