You are poorly informed on the constitutional issue involved with Obama’s eligibility to be President. The primary issue is whether Obama is an Article II “natural born Citizen,” not whether he was born in the U.S. When drafting the eligibility requirements for the President, the Founding Fathers distinguished between “Citizen” and “natural born Citizen” in Article II, sec. 1, cl. 5 and in Articles I, III, and IV of the Constitution. Per the Founders, while Senators and Representatives can be just “citizens,” the President must be a “natural born Citizen.” The Founders wanted to assure that the Office of President and Commander in Chief of the Military, a non-collegial and unique and powerful civil and military position, was free of all foreign influence and that its holder have sole and absolute allegiance, loyalty, and attachment to the U.S. The “natural born Citizen” clause was the best way for them to assure this.

The “FactCheck” COLB’s has been an issue since they were posted. In an attempt to backup the original forgery posted on “Fight the Smears”, there are glaring issues with both the “FactCheck” Colb’s. I reference that there are two separate and individual documents as one clearly shows an embossed SEAL while the other does not. The one that does contain an embossed SEAL, however is not an official SEAL from the State of Hawaii – Department of Health, and hence the document itself is already in question.

Here in an attempt to identify an additional ink markings from the Statement and Signature Stamp applied to the back of an authentic Certificate from the Vital Records Department, I will be using the “FactCheck” images and developing a composite image based on several layers, and seeing if any additional indications can be detected.

First let us provide an over-view of the images posted on FactCheck.

FactCheck posted nine (9) images none of which are head-on and provide clear reference points. If you look at the image in the upper right hand of the composite, you will notice one glaring issue. The area where there should be an embossed SEAL is shaded by the arm of the person taking the picture. Other images are similarly deceptive in angle or contrast.

Disney got it right. It’s a small [Obama] world after all.

Let’s follow this particular small world link from the beginning, which was Dan Riehl’s July 25 Riehl World View post , A Gatesgate At Henry Gates’ “Bogus” Charity?.

The background on the story, for those who do not know, is that Henry Louis Gates Jr. (right) is the Harvard professor and Barack and Michelle (Robinson) Obama mentor and friend who was arrested July 16 by Cambridge, Massachusetts police. Gates and his driver had been observed by a neighbor, who at the time did not know his identity, attempting to break in to his own Ware Street house. Matters got out of hand when Gates refused to cooperate with the police who reported Gates had used racially-charged language. To be fair, law enforcement officers are used to far far worse.

However, the brouhaha which has ensued stems directly from the orchestrated prime time presidential news conference final question posed by Chicago Sun-Times D.C. correspondent Lynn Sweet and the insertion by POTUS of himself into the whole affair.

More disruptions for the US dollar and UK Pound, international financial system too weak, GDP numbers are phony, more devaluation and default, Globalization a disaster, Purging the system still a good idea, Abolish the Fed, Gold and Silver your only safe haven, What can the market possibly do under such stress?….

As we enter August we are getting closer and closer to real disruptions with the US dollar, as well as problems with the British pound, as both economies feel the sting of rising inflation within a progressive depression. The stimulus package has exhausted itself for this year so the economy in the US can at best stay neutral at a minus 4% of GDP.

Like Obama, I am a graduate of Harvard Law School. I too have Muslims in my family. I am black, and I was once a leftist Democrat. Since our backgrounds are somewhat similar, I perceive something in Obama’s policy toward Israel which people without that background may not see. All my life I have witnessed a strain of anti-Semitism in the black community. It has been fueled by the rise of the Nation of Islam and Louis Farrakhan, but it predates that organization.

Some required nothing more than assertion from an adult

An analysis of Hawaii’s birth recording requirements around the time of Barack Obama’s 1961 birth reveals several ways to generate a “Certificate of Birth,” including some that require no documentation other than the assertion of a adult.

The word comes in a report by an investigator commissioned by a retired CIA officer. The report was posted online by the Western Center for Journalism, which withheld the officer’s name.

While there, the Secret Service, FBI, Pentagon, Supreme Court 16 Senators and Congressmen and the US District Court were all served the American Grand Jury Super Grand Jury presentments and the treason complaint from CMDC. The SCOTUS decision in Wong Kim Ark has caused more confusion regarding the natural born citizen issue than any other case in US history.  One particular passage has been fervently relied upon by Obama eligibility supporters in claiming the case establishes children of aliens – born in the US – as natural-born citizens.

I can understand such reliance.  The passage below has been confusing for me as well.  Yet, I never truly believed SCOTUS was stating that Wong Kim Ark could be President and Commander In Chief.  I just couldn’t find the words to thoroughly distinguish the case.

However, it finally became clear today.  The words of the passage suddenly re-arranged the focus of the majority’s intent.  Here’s the infamous passage:

The Obama File released the following explanation as to the reasons for yesterdays sudden closure of this priceless site. My personal reaction would be that I understand but whereas I know from own experience that there are some serious costs, both material as immaterial,  involved in running a site and in particular a site as popular as The Obama File but the cause is too important to abondon. Please this is no criticism on my part but rather an offer to start a fundraising campaign if you would consider to continue .

Please don’t blame the visitors as everbody is deeply involved with the struggle for our Country, our Constitution and Constitutional Republic the very essence of our being. Too be very honest neither I even noticed the paypall button as I was too foucussed on the issues at hand.

What if correct this and start a fundingraising campaign to reopen The Obama File, would this be an option.

You all deserve an explanation. No, Obama, nor the Obots shut me down. You guys did.

I didn’t get into this for the money. As I say on my Read Me page, “My agenda is simple and clear. I am opposed to a socialist sitting in the Oval Office — especially one that employs teams of lawyers and the legal system to hide his questionable background from the American People.”

But, I’ve had a PayPal “Contribute” button on my site for over a year. Every day, I get 200 to 300 emails. 50 Of them from folks that tell me I’m a patriot, or they’re praying for me, or the site is invaluable, blah, blah, blah. None of those emailers ever clicked the PayPal button.

I’ve been reading those emails for months, and instead of making me feel good, they disappointed me. I spend 8 to 10 hours a day at this — 7 days a week, and with the exception of a local guy who sent me two $100 hits a year ago, I have received from my loyal readership $40 in contributions in the last 16 months — while my bandwidth steadily increased.

Right now, my email box is full of emails telling me how valuable the site is, and please don’t take it down — oh yeah, and I’m a patriot. Not one of those emailers has ever sent me 5 bucks. I’m a strong believer in non-verbal communication. Flattery doesn’t pay the bills.

This isn’t about money. I do not want any contributions at this point. If you send me any money, I will just send it back — and I’ll pay the PayPal fee — costing me more money.

I realize I sound bitchy, but I’m discouraged — yeah, and angry. You want me to fight the fight, but you don’t want to give me any bullets.

I’m done. I’m going to the beach.

According to a CNN report, the military will assist civilian authorities in the event of a significant swine flu outbreak in the U.S. this fall, stoking fears that the pandemic, which has claimed relatively few lives so far, will be used as an excuse to implement martial law and a mandatory vaccination program.

“The plan calls for military task forces to work in conjunction with the Federal Emergency Management Agency. There is no final decision on how the military effort would be manned, but one source said it would likely include personnel from all branches of the military,” states the report.

The proposal, which was drawn up by U.S. Northern Command’s Gen. Victor Renuart, is awaiting final approval from Defense Secretary Robert Gates. The first step would be to sign an “execution order” which would authorize the military to begin detailed planning on how to implement the proposal, before actual orders to deploy military personnel are given.The amount of troops required or whether they would come from the active duty or the National Guard and Reserve forces has not yet been determined.
