Today Sen. Patrick Leahy delivered on his promise to hold a federal hate bill hearing. Yet it was meant to only further his agenda, strongly slanted against opponents of the hate bill.

Attorney Gen. Eric Holder and three other hate bill witnesses chosen by Leahy had a four-to-two advantage over opponents of S. 909, the Matthew Shephard Hate Crimes Prevention Act. The two pro-freedom witnesses surprisingly included Gail Heriot, one of the six members of the US Commission on Civil Rights who have publicly opposed the hate bill. Leahy’s time restrictions (little more than two hours) forced these outnumbered patriots, led by the excellent arguments of Sen. Jeff Sessions, to severely narrow their objections. An issue of such danger and complication demands at least three days of hearings, with more than just two witnesses permitted to object!

Michael Jackson dies at age 50, the pop icon of two generations, it is now plastered all over the media, taking the lead over Farrah Fawcett.

All of this is sad, but not tragic, what is tragic is they way our servant and mankind of a president represents our soldiers.

Mark my words my friends that our president will make some sort of reference or speech on this, yet he will not ever mention soldiers who die on an almost daily basis.

I believe that the president should have to read the names of the soldiers when they die on a national address.

Why not? Are they not worthy of Mr Obama’s precious time? Is he too busy running about visiting? Entertaining his wife and appeasing terrorist nations?

There have been issues regarding where Obama was born. When asked Obama says he was born in Hawaii but cites two different hospitals. He presents a certificate of live birth form which is not an actual birth certificate signed by a doctor from the hospital where the birth took place. This is some document that one was able to obtain in Hawaii as sort of an after the fact birth document. It does not necessarily mean that the person was born there. The one that Obama presented has no mention of any other former name, which is in great conflict with his other records.

In January, without any recognizable corporate media coverage, Rep. Bob Filner, a California Democrat, introducedH.R. 675. The bill would amend title 10 of the United States Code and extend to civilian employees of the Department of Defense the authority to execute warrants, make arrests, and carry firearms. The bill was referred to the Armed Services Committee on January 26, 2009.

Filner’s bill would amend the United States code with the following: “Sec. 1585b. Law enforcement officers of the Department of Defense: authority to execute warrants, make arrests, and carry firearms… for any offense against the United States.” (Emphasis added.)

The Posse Comitatus Act, passed on June 18, 1878 after the end of Reconstruction, limits the powers of the federal government to use the military for law enforcement. The Act prohibits members of the federal uniformed services from exercising nominally state law enforcement, police, or peace officer powers that maintain “law and order” on non-federal property within the United States.

H.R. 675 sidesteps Posse Comitatus by defining “law enforcement officer of the Department of Defense” as “a civilian employee of the Department of Defense,” including federal police officers, detectives, criminal investigators, special agents, and game law enforcement officers classified by the Office of Personnel Management Occupational Series 0083 (the United States Office of Personnel Management is described as an “independent agency” of the U.S. government that manages the civil service of the federal government).

In 2005, the Office of Personnel Management partnered with the Department of Homeland Security to create a “21st century human resources management system that fully supports the Department’s vital mission,” according to then Office of Personnel Management Associate Director for Strategic Human Resources Policy Ron Sanders.

Dear Patriots you will have noticed that I am hardly reporting on Iran, this not because I don’t care or am indifferent to the ordeal the Iranian People are experiencing. The reason is that we have to struggle for our Constitution and Constitutional Republic and cannot afford te become distracted. The main sleaze media are jumping on the Iranian issue in order to divert the attention from the conspiracy of tyranny and usurpation right here in the US, and let nobody think this is by accident.

The following article however is important in that it exposes the true nature of the Muslim Usurper Barry Soetoro.

Judge asks for 2nd confirmation that president notified of case

A judge in California has scheduled a July 13 hearing in a case challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president in which the plaintiffs’ attorney, Orly Taitz, says the commander-in-chief is in default.

Taitz told WND if her motion is granted she will immediately request access to Obama’s birth records and other documentation that could determine his eligibility to occupy the Oval Office.

The announcement came from U.S. District Judge David O. Carter, who said: “Before the court is a motion by plaintiffs for reconsideration of order to show cause or in the alternative to certify question for appeal. Court sets this matter for hearing on July 13, 2009 at 8:30a.m. in Courtroom 9D. Plaintiffs are directed to make every effort possible to ensure that all remaining defendants are aware of the hearing and provide documentation that the individual receiving service is authorized to accept on defendants’ behalf.”

Taitz told WND she previously had served notice of the action but would pursue a further notification and confirmation.

“I have a very clear case,” Taitz said. “I think they dropped the ball. They didn’t figure out this case filed on Jan. 20th, on the day of inauguration.

Dear Dr. Taitz,

I am writing to offer another investigative angle, Genealogy Lists.

It occurred to me, even if we are not allowed to see Obama’s original Hawaiian Vault Record of Birth, (as if one exists…) then perhaps we can at least access a state archive supported genealogy list, and see if his original birth record certificate number is on the list…

For example - - I was born somewhere in the Deep South in 1949. My original long form vault record of live birth certificate number is 1949-343. My original certificate appears to have been partially typed on a small form using an old manual typewriter, and partial executed by hand, on what looks to be a 4” X 6” form card. Those “index cards” were all sequentially numbered (again, mine is number 1949-343) The original cards are all kept in metal trays, in a vault. When I order up a “Certified Copy of my Vault Record of Live Birth”, the records clerk pulls out the original document, (which has stamps, seals, my mom’s signature, the delivering doctor’s signature, etc.) places the document on a photocopy (“Xerox”) machine, feeds 8.5” X 11” security paper (“Check Protect Green, 25 Lb. Bond”) into the machine, and a copy is made, which is later stamped, signed, and a raised impression seal embossed into the paper. That is how a real “Birth Certificate” is produced from an “Original Vault Record of Live Birth”. That number, 1949-343, my name, my DOB, and my POB, and my parents names all appear on a simple little archive list.
