PASSAGE OF HEALTH CARE BILL IGNITES WILDFIRE OF SECOND AMERICAN REVOLUTION

From the Atlantic to the Pacific, and from the borders of Canada to the Rio Grande, the U.S. House has fired the opening salvo in what looks soon to become a veritable Second American Revolution.

Against the wishes of the majority of Americans, Nancy Pelosi lead the Democratic majority of 215 (with 1 Republican) against the Republican lead opposition of 210 (with 36 Democrats), and passed the bill. It now goes on to the U.S. Senate, where it will be much more difficult to forge a victory vote.

American citizens are outraged at the power grab being foisted upon them. The Bill has become the single issue which is waking the American public to the power-grab agenda of the Obama regime; even as the vast majority refuse to admit the illegitimacy of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office.

The logical self-contradiction is seen in the very arguments being used on conservative forums, where many who hold that the President is not eligible to hold the office are reacting as if the Bill will obligate the American public according to law.

The United States is presently in full panic mode, and it does not derive from the shooting at Ft. Hood.

What we are facing is an actual conspiracy of tyranny and usurpation in which the courts and both houses are teaming up with the usurper in the Whitehouse in all out attack against the Constitution we have vowed to uphold and defend against all enemies foreign and domestic. The implications are crystal clear and should prompt all those who have taken the Oath to act in accordance. Therefore the question has to be whether we are going to uphold the Oath or forsake it like Judge Carter just did. We have to take America back and once that is accomplished the likes of Carter will have to face trail for treason.

It looks like the Judge has been had.  He granted the motion to dismiss the suit against Obama, stating that over 69 million people wanted the Obamamessiah and he wouldn’t overthrow him.  In saying so, he is also saying that The Constitution is no longer in effect — and he used a bogus Constitutional argument to do it.
  

  
What Carter said:

•  It’s OK to ignore Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U. S. Constitution.

•  Votes trump the U. S. Constitution.

•  The U. S. Constitution does not allow the judicial branch to interfere in a coup d’etat.

The fix was in.  Velamoor probably brought Judge Carter’s ruling with him from Perkins Coie.

CONCRETE SUGGESTIONS TO UNDERMINE OBAMA’S POWER

I cannot forsee the future; and while others fear that we could be in a situation analogous to the Second Republic in Spain, where liberals took control of the national legislature and abolished the constitution and began the persecution of Christians and the Christian religion; American has a different history, culture, legal traditions, and a profound sense of internal peace.

We have not been a nation of uprisings, insurrections, rebellions.  Even our Civil War was over questions of liberty and justice; not internal pre-existing strife.

Americans just are not the kind of people to take up arms against our own.

However, the opposition are all Marxists.  They have no qualms about exterminating tens of millions.  Obama’s close political mentor is Saul Alinsky and members of the Weather Underground, who advocated just that.  Even his green Czar was in favor of the eradication of billions of human beings, to save the planet.

The opposition are not Americans.  They are Marxists.

The problem why most cannot see it, is the very nature and efficacy of infiltration; over several generations; until the average American on the street does not know who to trust and who to fear.

But Civil War is coming because there is a radical, irreconcilable opposition between the politics of Marxist, godless enslavement, and the American Revolutionary spirit.

1) The US Military (majority) is NOT likely to act on orders to go to guns on friends, family, neighbors and fellow Americans for the likes of this Marxist bunch. Some will, most won’t…

2) If they think gorilla warfare is a challenge in the Middle East, they ain’t seen nothin’ yet. In 1776, it was a handful of poorly armed and poorly trained farmers who secured freedom for this nation… This ain’t 1776…

Americans who own bibles and guns, know how to use them, won’t let anyone take either of them away, and will take a bunch of folks down before going down.

A second American Revolution seems unavoidable lest our politicians and judges actively engage in restoring the Constirutional Republic and removing the conspiracy of tyranny and usurpation currently destroying our Country. Sadly it is very unlikely that those who were placed in office to uphold and defend our Constitutional Republic from all its enemies, foreign and domestic, will do their Constitutional duty and by consequence it will be up to We The People which means a Second American Revolution to take place.

Why do we call on for example Sarah Palin to join the ranks of the American Patriots by joing Dr. Orly Taitz in legal action if not to try the legal road once more for war should be the very last resort but if no alternatives remain war is unavoidable as we may never forsake our Constitution.

In fact, in doing a review of the Ruger LCP, my gun store only had a small supply of ONE .380 round on hand, the Winchesters 95-grain SXT, which they had just gotten in. Unfortunately, I had to do a 30-round review of that pistol. There was none other to be found.
