Natural Born Citizen - A Place to Ask Questions and Get the Right Answers published
Arizona’s Proposed Interstate Birth Certificate Compact Law Is Both Unconstitutional and Contrary to the Best Interests of the United States
Arizona is considering passing a law that, among other things, would allow a child born in the U.S. to one or two alien parents to be recognized as a “natural born Citizen.” Such a law would be passed in error. Apart from the proposed law being unconstitutional for violating the Supremacy Clause and the Pre-emption Doctrine, a law that recognizes an Article II “natural born Citizen” as including a child born in the U.S. to one or two alien parents would be contrary to what the Founders and Framers designed as a national security safeguard for the Offices of President and Commander in Chief of the Military. In this article, I will address only that part of the proposed law that attempts to define what an Article II “natural born Citizen” is and specifically that part of the law that includes as an Article II “natural born Citizen” a child born in the U.S. to one or two alien parents. In a follow up article, I will address the other parts of the proposed law that I will show are also unconstitutional.

Arizona is a state that has seen an invasion of illegal immigrants continue unabated for years. Illegal immigration has taken its toll on Arizona in the form of billions of dollars spent on social services, education and prison costs.
Much more devastating, though, has been the human toll it has taken. Human and drug smuggling, kidnappings, drop houses and the murder of immigrants and American citizens are just some of the byproducts of our porous border.
After years of begging the federal government for help, Arizona finally had enough and decided to do something about it. The result is the Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act, better known as Arizona Senate Bill 1070 (SB1070)…..

PHOENIX – A federal judge on Wednesday blocked the most controversial parts of Arizona’s immigration law from taking effect, delivering a last-minute victory to opponents of the crackdown.
The overall law will still take effect Thursday, but without the provisions that angered opponents — including sections that required officers to check a person’s immigration status while enforcing other laws.

AZ GOVERNOR: “THE LAW IS BOTH REASONABLE AND CONSTITUTIONAL”
by Sharon Rondeau
(Jul. 9, 2010) — The federal government has filed suit against the state of Arizona over its recently-passed but not-yet-enacted illegal immigration bill, SB 1070. The law is scheduled to take effect on July 29, 2010 and states that “In order to successfully prosecute a violation of these statutes, the State must be able to prove each element of the offense beyond a reasonable doubt.”
The guidelines reveal that there are both a “citation,” or short-form “submittal” and a “long form,” similar to a birth certificate, for reporting the offense(s). Incomplete forms will be returned to Law Enforcement, and citations suggesting any indication of “racial profiling” will not be accepted.
Earlier this month, Governor Jan Brewer sat in the Oval Office with President Barack Obama to discuss the critical issue of border security. The Governor personally related to the President the concerns of millions of Arizonans over the lack of security on Arizona’s southern border. During their visit, President Obama committed to present details, within two weeks of their meeting, regarding his plans to commit National Guard troops to the Arizona border and commit to spend $500 million in additional funds on border security.
Governor Brewer remains eager to receive the specific details of President Obama’s border security plans. She continues to extend an invitation to the President to visit with families living along the southwestern border and see the situation firsthand.
LOS ANGELES (YBH) – A 28 page friend of the court brief was filed in Federal court today on behalf of the Mexican government. Arizona attorney Albert M. Flores was joined by powerfully-connected Washington law firm Dewey and LeBouef requesting standing in the case, and seeking to join the United States Department of Justice lawsuit against the State of Arizona over their new immigration enforcement.

If you live in southern Arizona now is the time to move if you can. Mexican drug runners and executioners armed with automatic weapons now control three counties stretching from the border to Phoenix.
“We are outgunned, we are out manned and we don’t have the resources here locally to fight this,” admitted Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu during on news conference last week in Casa Grande. “We are three counties deep. How is it that you see pictures like these, not American with semi and fully automatic rifles. How is that okay?”

(NECN/KTVK: Flaggstaff, Arizona) - Authorities in Arizona questioned a man Saturday in connection to a wildfire that broke out just east of downtown Flagstaff.
The fire is mainly burning Ponderosa Pine Trees and had already grown to about 600 acres by Saturday evening.
People fighting the blaze fear that dry, windy weather could help spread the flames on Sunday.
The fire prompted evacuations of nearby homes and businesses, it also forced the shutdown of the east and westbound ramps of Interstate 40 in some areas.
Investigators believe a human did start the fire.
Authorities have not arrested anybody or filed charges yet, and are still investigating the cause.
GOVERNOR BREWER TO OBAMA: “DO YOUR JOB AND SECURE THE BORDER”
by Sharon Rondeau
(Jun. 19, 2010) — In a June 8 interview with Ecuadorian television station NTN-24, Hillary Clinton announced to the world that the Obama regime would be bringing a lawsuit against the state of Arizona over the law it recently passed to combat illegal immigration in the state.
Nothing official had been communicated to Arizona Governor Jan Brewer to that point about a federal lawsuit. Following a meeting with Obama in Washington, Brewer had stated that Obama had promised her “details on his plans to improve border security” and the dispatching of regime officials to Arizona within two weeks. Instead, Brewer said that after two weeks had passed, she had heard “absolutely nothing.”
During the interview, Clinton stated, in part:

For actually winning the Dem primaries, but being told by the Bilderberg group that Obama will be President, she sure has been happy since. I suppose her office getting hundreds of millions$ and for salary raises isn’t hurting. You know her that scum-Hubby Bill are trying to become Billionaires if they haven’t already .. all through cheating and lieing.
WHY HAS ARIZONA BEEN VILIFIED FOR WANTING TO PROTECT ITS CITIZENS?

(Jun. 17, 2010) — The United States is a much different place than it was 20 years ago. It is still the best place to live in spite of a massive, ever-expanding government that’s seeking to control every facet of American life. Those within our government are frauds and tax cheats and are trying to bankrupt the United States and break down America’s sovereignty. The words of General Douglas MacArthur are ringing very true:
imagine MSNBC is shocked to find out what the people have been saying and telling Liberals for a year or more now. This is their simple one question poll. Vote and pass this on, maybe they will wake up to reality.
