(Dec. 9, 2009) — Last night Sean Hannity affirmed that the desire of millions of U.S. Citizens to see the real birth certification of Barack Hussein Obama was legitimate.
His argument was, that if Obama was bold enough to vaunt an electronic image to “prove” anything, that he should not be cowardly to hide the real mcoy.

Bobby Eberle, writing for GOP USA, is alarmed by the latest Obama political tactic — characterizing all who would oppose Obamacare as rightwing extremists. Eberle points to a post dated the first of September on the Heritage Foundation website.
Heritage’s Rory Cooper notes a page — since removed in now standard Obama memory hole fashion — on the Obama website that called opponents to Plan Obama “Right-Wing Domestic Terrorists who are subverting the American Democratic Process.” The post on BarackObama.com called for the faithful to stay home on “Patriot Day” (what the government now calls September 11) and make two phone calls, one to each senator, and demand congress critters far and wide get aboard the Obamacare bandwagon and “defeat anti-democratic forces of hate” exercising their right under the First Amendment.
Well this here David Crockett would suggest that CIA could easily get rid of this marxist, muslim usurper by exposing him as such. Hey you only need some rogue operatives dropping some crucial information at the right places and the Zebra is on his way to Gitmo.

Media coverage of Obama has taken a sudden sour turn over the past few days – especially from the more unapologetically leftist crowd – since the president hinted over the weekend that the so-called “public option” could be scrapped from his health care reform plans.
“How did we get here?” objected MSNBC host Rachel Maddow. “How did we get to the foretold ‘death’ of the public option? … We got here through a collapse of political ambition.”
In an eight-minute advocacy piece for government-run health care, blasting Big Business and free market insurance coverage, Maddow turned her ire on the president and congressional Democrats for backing down from drafting a socialized health care system like those adopted by some European nations.

There has been a concerted campaign by the Obama Administration and Democrats to paint opponenets - particularly pro-life opponents - as terrorists. The most recent example is Congressman Baron Hill from Indiana, who recently about opponents of BHO`s health care bill:
“What I don’t want to do is create an opportunity for the people who are political terrorists to blow up the meeting and not try to answer thoughtful questions”
So, dissent, that thing which the Democrats praised as the highest civic virtue during the Bush Administration, now equates with political terrorism.

Condemns action of officer at department that ticketed prez 17 times while a student
President Obama, who targeted the Cambridge, Mass., police department with his comment that one of its officers acted “stupidly” in the arrest of a black man, has a history with the department dating from his college years to as recently as the launch of his presidential campaign.
Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates Jr. was arrested July 16 by Cambridge police Sgt. James Crowley, who responded when a woman called police to say two black men were trying to force open the door of the home.

A top Republican senator has ordered an investigation into the Environmental Protection Agency’s alleged suppression of a report that questioned the science behind global warming.
The 98-page report, co-authored by EPA analyst Alan Carlin, pushed back on the prospect of regulating gases like carbon dioxide as a way to reduce global warming. Carlin’s report argued that the information the EPA was using was out of date, and that even as atmospheric carbon dioxide levels have increased, global temperatures have declined.
“He came out with the truth. They don’t want the truth at the EPA,” Sen. James Inhofe, R-Okla, a global warming skeptic, told FOX News, saying he’s ordered an investigation. “We’re going to expose it.”
The controversy comes after the House of Representatives passed a landmark bill to regulate greenhouse gas emissions, one that Inhofe said will be “dead on arrival” in the Senate despite Obama’s energy adviser voicing confidence in the measure.

Double digit millions of Americans now know the legal facts or at least are questioning why Obama/Soetoro won’t release his long form birth certificate. Of course, that isn’t the core issue, but millions of us know there is something wrong or Obama/Soetoro would have released it by now, as well as his college transcripts as have other candidates and presidents.
Despite the bald faced lies by the compromised media, not a single case to date has been heard on merit or legal arguments..
Obama recently crowed to an audience of his cult followers and fellow Marxists:
“Why bother hanging out with celebrities when I can spend time with the people who made me one?” Obama asked the crowd of black tie journalists and media personalities gathered at the Washington Convention Center. “I know where my bread is buttered.” And: “I have to admit though, it wasn’t easy coming up with fresh material for this dinner,” Obama said. “A few nights ago, I was up tossing and turning trying to figure out exactly what to say. Finally, when I couldn’t get back to sleep, I rolled over and asked Brian Williams what he thought.”
Obama/Soetoro thinks that’s funny. It is the compromised media that helped “elect” this usurper and continues the black out regarding his real citizenship status. All these cable network anchors and reporters for the MSM are fake reporters and journalists. They have shamed their profession, and as Joseph Pulitzer said, “A cynical, mercenary, demagogic press will produce in time a people as base as itself.”

According to the provisions of the U.S. Constitution, Congress has the power to impeach and remove from office any President that is charged and found guilty of ‘high crimes and misdemeanors.’ The term encompasses felonies and other unlawful acts that are not considered felonies.
Barack Obama has a truckload of problems on his hands. He has enacted policies that fit the description of impeachable offenses. He can be thankful that Congress is controlled by his partners-in-crime, or else he would be facing serious charges.
Let’s take a look at some of his offenses, shall we?
*He violated the law and the provisions of the Constitution by seizing control of GM and Chrysler without proper authorization from Congress. Although his unlawful cronies in Congress granted him the authority after the fact, his action to seize corporations was a violation of the law at the time it was implemented. The fact that the U.S. Supreme Court allowed this atrocity is no matter. Thomas Jefferson said it best when he articulated a key principle of liberty–any government that willfully violates the rule of law and encroaches on the rights of the people ceases to be a legitimate government. This government has violated the provisions of the 5th Amendment regarding due process and fair compensation at the very least.

While nearly 400,000 concerned citizens demand President Obama present his elusive “long-form” birth certificate, more than a dozen other documents remain unreleased or otherwise blocked from the public eye.
Numerous documents which have yet to be surrendered include the following.
Obama kindergarten records
The Maui News reported that Obama attended kindergarten at Noelani Elementary School on Oahu during the school year 1966-67. It released a photo of two teachers, Katherine Nakamoto and Aimee Yatsushiro, with five students. The teachers claim one of the children is Barack Obama.
According to the Hawaii Department of Education, students must submit a birth certificate to register. Parents may bring a passport or student visa if the child is from a foreign country.
So far, no records have been released by the school. Noelani Elementary School officials have not responded to WND’s request for comment.
