I want to talk with you about the State Sovereignty movement and Nullification. Our Founding Fathers secured for us a land of freedom and opportunity that has been the envy of the entire world, and sought to protect those freedoms and that opportunity with our Constitution. But the Constitution is not in itself the protection, only the means for us to protect ourselves.
And so am I, nobody should harbor any illusions about that. The Betrayal Blog is here to stay and will not rest until the conspirators of tryanny and usurpation are brought down. Those who in their ignorance have chosen the road of division and by that have made themselves into useful fools furthering the goals and objectives of the beast, let me tell you I don’t hate you only pitty you for having fallen for the ploys of Satan’s propagand machine. One day you will know that you have been deceived and when day comes you will be forgiven in spite of the damage you now cause.
And that is all I am going to say as it is a time for unity, the enmy we are facing will feed on division in our ranks.

(Dec. 4, 2009) — Let us recall what John Fitzgerald Kennedy said, on January 20, 1961 said: “And so, my fellow Americans: Ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country.”
The liberty of “freedom of choice”
What can you do for your country? You have a world of choices in how you can effect the direction your country will take. Bet on it.
Go buy yourself a US flag, hang old glory where everyone can see it. That star spangled banner is an inspiration. It is your unequivocal expression of your faith in God and country.
It can not be understated how much this simple gesture empowers you and sends an unimpeachable message of your patriotism. While your at it, get a Gadsden flag too. “Do Not Tread On Me” is pretty darn clear. These two items of patriotic expression carry the weight of 234 years of Constitutional Law and more years than that of Liberty and Self-Determination. Ain’t a soul on earth who can stand against to this. No one. Bet on it!
Patriots and Friends today we are facing the fact that a new foreign monarch has been installed in what was to be the House of Liberty. Our Constitutional Republic has been invaded not by foreign armies but by the conspirators of tyranny and usurpation guided and directed by a global alliance I call the Brotherhood of Satan. Our God-given Constitution is being trashed by the forces of darkness whose goal it is to deprive the American People of their Rights. Rights possessed by Man under the laws of God’s creation and therefore by gift of God. For every such right there is a correlative, inseparable duty–for every aspect of freedom there is a corresponding responsibility; so that it is always Right-Duty and Freedom-Responsibility, or Liberty-Responsibility. There is a duty, or responsibility, to God as the giver of these unalienable rights: a moral duty–to keep secure and use soundly these gifts, with due respect for the equal rights of others and for the right of Posterity to their just heritage of liberty.

Before and during the American Revolution, there were no IRS controls laid upon pastors and churches, inhibiting their teaching the People, in specific, of their Creator endowed civic responsibilities. America was implored to become a nation of free men and women, from the pulpit. The time has come to throw off such bondage, again. Do you know what the First Amendment says?

Thanks DefendUSx for writing this important article, the way I see it that whatever happens we need to flood Washington DC with patriots and start something along the lines of some of the East European revolutions. Revolutions in which no single shot was fired and tyrannical Governments where removed from power. I hate to borrow words from the usurper but nevertheless I see The Time Is Now and we can do it. What we will need is to be in overwhelming numbers and absolute discipline like it was shown during the various tea parties. At The Alamo nobody stepped on the grass how strong dignity was shown there, it still brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it.
Of course the conspirators of tyranny and usurpation will attempt to create situations designed to brand American Patriots as terrorists. I certainly don’t exclude the possibility that prior to the 4th of July we will witness a staged event and a subsequent crackdown for which case I do call on the Oath Keepers in our armed forces and law enforcement take side with the Patriots and make true to their vows. I call on the Militia of the several States to prepare for deployment in defense of We The People against Soviet styled repression.
I pray that the conspirators of tyranny and usurpation will see the futility of crakingdown on good honest citizen and patriots, will refrain from committing heinous crimes such as staging an outrage, but we must be prepared as there is no way in which we could allow the Constitutional Republic to be destroyed by the forces of darkness.

The reason I say this (Will July 4th really be independence day?), is because there seems to be a concerted effort to “criminalize those who are opposed to government policies”. Contrary to what skewed Liberal Polls will tell you, that puts about 70% of the US population into a new category recently defined by DHS called “Low-level Terrorism”. It includes namely protests, but protests can be any one of the government opposition groups, protesting issues ranging from Abortion to Taxes to his Usurpership.
There is talk all over the Web about “Teaparty 2.0″ taking place on July 4th. It doesn’t take a Rocket Scientist to know that the Obama Administration by way of the DHS, will start finding new ways to label “potential terrorists” in the coming weeks, before this next wave of Tea Parties. Based on what we have already seen in the last few weeks, it will only probably elevate and the tensions will increase, making it convenient for DHS, FBI or local Law Enforcement to arrest and detain Tea Party 2.0 activists.
If this should happen, and people are arrested, beaten and/or detained for exercising their right to free speech and more under the Constitution, it will be a turning point for the country in either waking people up that have been oblivious to what is going on, or will go unchecked like most everything else has been in the last 6 months. Even ex-President George W. Bush said today that the “Government is getting into too many things and spending way too much money”. In other words, the government is expanding well beyond the limits imposed by the Constitution. The whole idea of the Constitution is to give “we the people” a voice, and to limit the Government from dictatorial power. Senator Byrd, a Democrat, has recently stated that Obama’s 21 Czars (last count) was unconstitutional. Yes, it certainly is Senator Byrd, so what have you done to protect the Constitution lately?
I don’t know about you, but it seems many people have had enough already. It doesn’t mean their gonna do something bad, but simply means, in spite of all the BS and assaults on the Constitution, people are very concerned and certainly should be. You should know that this Puppet administration of the “shadow government”, want the country to become devided as a means to impose and “regulate” AKA “dictate” every privacy you have. A convenient excuse to impose Martial Law.
This administration with their propaganda machine, are putting fuel on the flames - trying to exaggerate the domestic terrorism issue beyond measure. One of Alinsky’s infamous rule for radicals is to “ridicule” your opponents and/or competition. Using intimidation and scare tactics may make the media, each making their millions, afraid to research and speak the truth about this obvious dismantling of America, but the American people just don’t have it in their DNA.
The only thing that can stop this freight train assault on America and the Constitution is for the states’ to pass their soveriegnty legislation and use it if things get out of control. If you ask me, things arleady have. I’m still baffled by what has transpired lately, from the lame and obvious accusations on people concerned about their nation everytime a murder happens in an attempt to assimulate them to the murder (though any Muslim associated ones are not discussed), to assigning 21 Soviet-style Czars. Afterall, Obama was recruited to study “Sovietology” at Occidental College
Early this morning, well it is about 4, before going to bed I still paid a visit at the Restore the Constitutional Republic forum. What I found was one of the most beautiful and inspiring texts I have ever read. It brought tears to my eyes and made me realize, more than ever before, that we have to retake our God Given Constitutional Republic. Whatever it takes.

I had a dream the other night I didn’t understand.
A figure walking through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty, as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three cornered hat and speaking low, he said:
“We fought a revolution, to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution, as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave, in this, the land of the free and the home of the brave. You buy permits to travel, and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business, or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in choosing, how the money’s spent.”
“Your children must attend a school that doesn’t educate. Your Christian values can’t be taught, according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press. You pay a tax you do not owe, to please the foreign I.R.S. Your money is no longer made of silver, or of gold. You trade your wealth for paper, so your lives can be controlled.”
“You pay for crimes that make our Nation turn from God in shame. You’ve taken Satan’s number, as you’ve traded in your name. You’ve given government control, to those who do you harm.”

As I awoke he vanished, in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not Free, we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God Given Right, we only watch and tremble, too afraid to stand and fight.
If he stood by your bedside, in a dream, while you’re asleep, and wonders what remains of our Rights he fought so hard to keep, What would be your answer, if he called out from the grave;

How do you, as an individual, defend the Republic of the Founders?
Because you must understand it to defend it, I have endeavored, over several columns, to remind you of the natural law foundations of our Republic (clearly set forth in our Declaration of Independence). I have reminded you that the Ninth and Tenth Amendments contain a built in guide to constitutional interpretation, such that the power granting provisions of the Constitution should be read very narrowly, while the rights protecting provisions should be read very broadly, as legal scholar St. George Tucker pointed out back in 1803.
But don’t take my word for it. Open the Constitution and read it for yourself, and then read Jefferson’s Kentucky Resolutions, which contain an excellent, concise analysis of the Constitution, as well as the Federalist Papers and the Anti-Federalist Papers. All of the above can be found online at http://www.constitution.org/.
But once we understand it, how do we defend it? Once again, we can learn much from the Founding generation, and one of the very best examples is that of Founding Father James Otis.
Founding Father James Otis - the patron saint of lawyers who take their oath seriously.
In 1760 James Otis, a successful Boston lawyer, was appointed to the prestigious position of Advocate General of the Admiralty Court, the colonial equivalent of today’s U.S. Attorney General. However, in 1761 Otis was expected to defend the Crown’s use of the odious writs of assistance that allowed British customs agents to undertake warrantless searches without a probable cause determination by a judge. Otis not only refused to argue the government’s case, he quite his job as Advocate General and became the pro bono (free) lawyer for the colonists who were challenging the writs as violations of their rights.
I fully agree with the conclusion that “a perfect storm is brewing.” Obviously this thing could go two ways first the removal of the usurper, the only right course of action, or the opposite situation in which the conspirators of tyranny and usurpation would open an all out attack on us. We need to be prepared for both scenario’s.
I call on the Military & Law Enforcement to stand by the Constitution and defend it against the domestic enemies arround the usurper. Remember the vows remember your duty to the Constitutional Republic.

Authored by Dr. Lyle J. Rapacki, Protective Intelligence Specialist and Agent, the report summarizes the substance of legal challenges to Obama on the question of his constitutional eligibility and concludes that if it “should be discovered Mr. Obama is ineligible, a constitutional crisis would ensue attempting to determine which of his executive branch orders should be valid.” It goes on to warn that “if…Mr. Obama fights revealing his documentation, there is growing concern of civil unrest, or worse, being unleashed in the streets of our nation. The economic crisis coupled with this type of a constitutional crisis could prove to be a flashpoint that would test conventional law enforcement and elements of homeland security.”
