Preface

Recently, I closed my blog out-of-the-blue and without a clear stated reason. However, I did have a compelling reason for my decision to close shop, and it fit the dramatic blog entry I left announcing that decision. The truth is, I emailed Loretta Fuddy, Acting Director for the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH) earlier the same day I announced that I was closing my blog; and I felt (and still feel) that the content of that email led to the event which prompted me and my husband to have a conversation about the future of this blog and my ‘hobby.’ In that email to Ms. Fuddy, I demonstrated that the document alleged to have been President Obama’s ‘Certification of Live Birth’ (COLB), which was photographed by Factcheck.org, in 2008, was not a legally certified copy of a vital record issued by the Hawaii Department of Health. I also pointed out to Ms. Fuddy that there was really no arguing this fact, and no way to effectively bury the kind of proof I had accumulated. I also bluntly suggested she was foolish for having gotten involved in this controversy. And, I asked one remaining question of Ms. Fuddy, but I didn’t honestly expect her to answer it – and it didn’t matter to me if she did.

“WE’VE GOT THE INITIALS”

(May 21, 2011) — Dr. Jerome Corsi, Ph.D., who was recently interviewed by Alex Jones, provided details about when and by whom he believes forgers created the image released by the White House on April 27, 2011 purported to be the long-form birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama II.  Corsi also declared in the interview that he has documents from the government of Kenya which show that a crime was committed when Obama’s records were either destroyed or hidden.

Corsi said he is “on the trail” of a media person who may have been involved in the creation of the long-form forgery which he claimed was released in response to the anticipated publication of his book, Where’s the Birth Certificate?.  Blogger ObamaReleaseYourRecords has suggested that that person is AP reporter Mark Niesse.

Author Jerome Corsi has now become the target of White House dirty tricks coinciding with the release of his new book, ‘Where is the Birth Certificate?‘ Corsi has not backed down, but rather renewed his charges, asserting that the long-form birth certificate just released by Obama is a composite forgery made up of several real birth certificates. He has stated his intent to validate these claims in coming media interviews, including a scheduled appearance on the Alex Jones Show this Friday, May 20, 2011.

Newly released immigration documents indicate Obama Sr. was 2 years older

Overshadowed by reaction to the release of Barack Obama’s long-form birth certificate was the unearthing of half-century-old files that cast doubt on whether the age of the president’s father indicated on the Hawaii document is accurate.

The applications, memos and other documents from the Immigration and Naturalization Service acquired in a Freedom of Information Act request by Heather Smathers of the Arizona Independent – which indicate Barack Obama Sr. would have been 27 at the time of his son’s birth, not 25 – also suggest that the president’s father did not leave the islands from the time of his August 1959 arrival until he departed for graduate studies at Harvard in June 1962.

ANALYSIS OF IMAGE POSTED ON THE WEB ON APRIL 27, 2011

(Apr. 30, 2011) — In March 2010, The Post & Email published Mr. Sweeney’s  analysis of the Certification of Live Birth image posted on the internet in June 2008 purported to be Obama’s “birth certificate.” The form taken from the White House blog is shown in black and white rather than the green background with black letters originally released at The Daily KOS, followed by other websites such as Politifact and Factcheck.org.

Here Mr. Sweeney shares his findings  regarding the image published by the White House on Wednesday, April 27, 2011  “long-form birth certificate” containing more detail than the first document.  However, no paper document has been made available to the public, despite the appearance of a letter from Hawaii Department of Health Director Loretta J. Fuddy stating that two “certified” paper copies were provided to Obama’s attorney, Judith Corley, on Tuesday, April 26.

Phase 2: I’m going to keep this short and to the point. Obama Releases His Alleged Long Form Certificate of Live Birth But He’s Still Not a Natural Born Citizen

On December 20, 2008, I published an essay entitled, The Two Constitutional Obstacles that Obama Has to Overcome to Be President, accessed at http://puzo1.blogspot.com/2008/12/two-constitutional-obstacles-obama-has.html.  I explained that Obama has to first conclusively show that he was born in Hawaii. Having done that, he must still show that he is an Article II “natural born Citizen” which is a child born in the country to citizen parents. I also explained that Obama may be able at some point to show that he was born in Hawaii, which would make him a “citizen” under the Fourteenth Amendment, but that he would not be able to show that he is an Article II “natural born Citizen.”

IF THE RECORDS WEREN’T THERE, WHERE DID THEY COME FROM?

(Apr. 29, 2011) — In July 2009, CNN President Jon Klein stated that the vital records belonging to Barack Hussein Obama could not be obtained because the Hawaii Department of Health had discarded original paper birth records in 2001.

Klein told some members of the staff of “Lou Dobbs Tonight” that no one should have a “legitimate beef” over Obama’s failure to release his birth certificate because it was no longer available.

However, the website for the Hawaii Department of Health mentions releasing “certified copies” of paper documents to eligible requesters, not electronic documents which would occur in a paperless environment.

(Apr. 28, 2011) — On April 27, 2011, The Post & Email contacted Dr. Ron Polland, whose work we have cited here before, about the Certificate of Live Birth released by the White House online.

Last July we published a full-length interview in which Dr. Polland detailed why he was positive that the Certification of Live Birth posted online by Factcheck.org in 2008 and pictured at right was a forgery.

Dr. Polland was kind enough to respond to our inquiry on his opinion of the image presented to the public yesterday which we reported here.

I predicted multiple times that President Obama would produce the original long form birth certificate when it best served him to do so. Today that prophecy was fulfilled. I have always maintained that the birth certificate issue was a red herring smoke screen protecting Obama from facing the true issue of his ineligibility – dual nationality.

Today, Barack Obama blinked – releasing birth records he has hired lawyers to prevent the public from seeing, even at the expense of allowing U.S. Army Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin to be court-martialed and sent to prison for having dared ask questions the White House until now has resolutely dismissed with ridicule and disdain.

A key problem for Obama is that birth certificates issued to twin girls born one day later at Kapi’olani hospital, the Nordykes, are the Rosetta Stone of deciphering both Obama’s previously released short-form Certification of Live Birth and the newly released purported copy of his long-form birth certificate.
