This isn’t good .. it is all the taxing for “Carbon Emmissions” and providing “Credits” for Carbon. Taxes, taxes and more taxes. All in the name of “junk science” which has been disproven with ClimateGate. The data was fudged to make it appear that Carbon Emmissions were causing Global Warming, when in fact, there has been a global cooling trend. There is ZERO proof that Human induced Carbon Emissions cause Global Warming .. however, there is all kinds of evidence/proof that any warming cycles are nearly in perfect synch with the Sun’s Solar Flare Cycles.

Leave it to the left to turn something as sensible as insulating your house into a big-government organized-labor boondoggle.

Head of UN climate change body ‘not at fault’ for false claim Himalaya ice caps would melt by 2035

The embattled chief of the UN’s climate change body has hit out at his critics and refused to resign or apologise for a ­damaging mistake in a landmark 2007 report on global warming.

In an exclusive interview with the Guardian, Dr Rajendra Pachauri, chair of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, said it would be hypocritical to apologise for the false claim that ­Himalayan glaciers could melt away by 2035, because he was not personally responsible for that part of the report. “You can’t expect me to be personally responsible for every word in a 3,000 page report,” he said.

A new audio tape said to contain the voice of Osama Bin Laden has been broadcast on Al Jazeera television in which he squarely blames the U.S. and other large industrialized countries for global warming.

“Al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden has called in a new audiotape for the world to boycott American goods and the U.S. dollar, blaming the United States and other industrialized countries for global warming.” reports the AP.

“This is a message to the whole world about those responsible for climate change and its repercussions - whether intentionally or unintentionally - and about the action we must take,” a transcript on Al-Jazeera’s Web site states.
