THE YELLOW STRIPE OF COWARDICE

(Feb. 8, 2011) — I am Color blind, … except for seeing the yellow stripe of cowardice running down the backs of many of those who are committed to or sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States.

That would include all members of the 111^th Congress, and all members of the 112^th who were previously members of the 111^th Congress.

And that would also include all members of the judiciary who:

1.    Say that they themselves (the judges) lack ‘jurisdiction’ to rule on the eligibility issue, or

2.    Tell the People that they don’t have ‘standing’ to demand that the Constitution be upheld;

(Sept. 2, 2010) — Dr. Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree from Smith College in geology and a doctorate in hydrology from the University of Arizona.  She has worked in the field of Indian water rights for the last 30 years.   A professional resource manager with substantial legal training, Dr. Kate describes the laws governing Indian water rights as “very complex.”  Her role has been to find solutions to water resource problems for Native Americans.

When we asked her if she was an attorney, Dr. Kate told us, “It is just as much of a surprise to me that I could end up on this end and having people think that I’m a lawyer.  No, I’m not; I’m just extremely concerned about our country.  Fortunately, my training has required me to do a lot of writing.  Because I’ve had to have some legal background, at least I know where to look on certain things.”

THE CURRENT REGIME DOES NOT SERVE THE PEOPLE

Please tell me why we are being asked to pay protection to the Republican Party?  I don’t know about you, but the practice of soliciting public funds to combat “organized government crime” is disturbing.  Seems very reminiscent of the old Chicago-based protection racket.

• Are you not offended by this arrogance?
• Are you not offended by the failure of any member of Congress to honor his or her oath to protect the Constitution?
• Are you not offended by the refusal of the Supreme Court to exercise its authority over the separation of powers as demanded by the Constitution?
• Have you not been disenfranchised as a citizen by this consistent lack of accountability by all three branches of the current government?
• Do you not see this as the current government has served us, “We the People,” with an official notice that they no longer regard us as their boss?

In my view, outsourcing our need for government, the protection of our citizens and the enforcement of our laws would be a better way to spend our money.  Perhaps it is time to consider a third-party service?

In fact, some especially depend upon fallacies to drive their message since their essential convictions are defective or even diseased. Such groups as the Nazis, Fascists and Communists immediately spring to mind here.

(Jul. 11, 2010) — The most powerful nation on Earth?  Hardly!  With our apologies to the fairer sex, America is ruled by the pink-panty crowd, afraid to offend, afraid to portray strength and afraid to win, but not afraid to deceive, lie, cheat and steal.  It apologizes when no apology is warranted.  It skirts around victory with our sworn enemies but refuses to close the deal in the hopes that our friends and enemies will “like” us and think we are being magnanimous and compassionate. The true reality is, our enemies look upon us as weak.  Brave men and women have died and sacrificed needlessly for wars we didn’t have the stomach to win.   That should be a treasonous act.

HAVE WE BEEN REDUCED TO A COLONY RULED BY FOREIGNERS?

(Jul. 4, 2010) — On this July 4, 2010, my city-sponsored “Skyfire” celebration is under way as I sit down to write this. Last year it was canceled for economic reasons. Right now food, music and other entertainment are being provided to the crowd. In about two hours the fireworks will begin, but I am not participating in the festivities this year. In fact, I am not so sure that America is really independent anymore.

In the Gulf of Mexico our nation’s ecology and natural resources are being subjected to ruinous exploitation by a foreign entity, the British Petroleum company, which deliberately neglected proper, safe drilling methods for the fast, dirty methods typical of an imperial power exploiting a colony. BP cared little or nothing for the well-being of our people, economy or coast.

The Roman empire covered the world with roads, trade, soldiers, and technology. It was a thing of pride to be a Roman citizen. Produce and goods were inexpensive. They were the wealthiest people in the world who conquered all her challengers.

The Romans started out using barbarians in their armies, until eventually the barbarians became their emperors. So too the Ottoman Empire began by using non-Muslims as Janissaries in their armies, only to have them nearly take over. Similarly there was a time when we tried to use Muslim countries as proxies in our wars. Today Muslims use us as proxies in their wars.

There was a time when things seemed very clear and simple. Nuclear weapons and the memory of the devastation that WW2 had brought,  made a direct war between the US and the USSR too prohibitive to be seriously considered. So instead we used proxies to fight our wars for us. We needed to protect our oil supply, which meant that both the US and the USSR tried to form alliances with Muslim countries in the Middle East. But then the Soviet Union fell, and in that same year, US forces found themselves engaged as proxies in a war between Saddam Hussein and the Saudi Royal Family.

Before anyone in the Obama administration, including his chief law enforcement agent DOJ head Eric Holder bothered to read the new Arizona border enforcement law, Democrats were out in force condemning the state of Arizona for taking local enforcement of federal immigration laws seriously.

In case after case, we can see the Obama administration’s pro-terror policies here and abroad - from forcing U.S. soldiers to mirandize known enemy combatants on foreign fields of battle - to their insistence upon national tolerance for a so-called “religion of peace,” and their ongoing redefining of “terrorist” to include only American citizens who still believe in their Constitution.
